After a few weeks driving my mom around in the handicap van they sold me. All sorts of stuff started happening. The door sensor and lift gate had problems. The check engine light came on and I had to take it in for brakes issues . Overall it's my fault for buying from used car dealers . I trusted them because they had the whole family working there . Now that my mom is no longer able to ride in van I asked them if they could help me sell the vehicle. Be very careful when buying a car from these guys. Make sure to look over every inch of the car before purchasing... bought a Tesla from them and they said the car is in great shape, no issues but come to find out the brakes needed to be replaced and the glue under the screen and steering wheel melted and go over everything and it constantly is dripping and got over the mats and console.... They charge ridiculous prices for warranty so you don't want to pay for it and buy it "as-is". I would not buy from them ever again. And I'll never recommend anyone else to buy from them. They definitely cover up the problems with the car and will sell you it, saying it's fine. read more

My disabled son was defrauded by this dealer. He bought a used car and was told by the owner's son, Raffi Ketchedjian, that the car was in great condition. After purchase we learned that the engine is defective in a way that would have been obvious to the dealer. When I called the owner Serge Ketchedjian and asked for a refund I was told that he was going to teach us a lesson and he didn't give a shit what was wrong with the car he wasn't going to take it back or give a refund. He also told me that the car was a trade-in and he didn't make any money on the car, but I was able to track down the previous owner and was told that she was paid $150 for the car. The car was sold to my disabled son by Deboss Motors for $2,950 and financed at 25% interest. If that wasn't bad enough, Deboss Motors charged my son an additional $799 on top of that for so-called dealer installed window tinting. The mechanic we took the car to said that the dealer didn't even bother putting oil in the car and that the engine is not repairable and needs to be replaced at a cost of over $5,000. We made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and learned that Deboss Motors has a BBB Rating of F which is the lowest rating possible. We have also learned that the owner of Deboss Motors has filed for personal bankruptcy. read more

My fiance was in search of a truck and found a good deal at this dealership. He met with Serge the owner of dealership and finalized the deal on a Tuesday and transferred the downpayment the same afternoon to the dealerships bank account. The following day on a Wednesday, I had to go to the dealership with him to sign the docs since the vehicle was being put under my name. During the waiting time to sign the docs, my fiance wanted to go for another test drive which Serge had issues with and made several comments such as: For a 10k car he wants to go for a test drive, then he tells his staff no more around the block test drives only across the street and back. I kept my mouth shut. Once my fiancé came back and it was my turn to sign the docs, one of his daughter i believe by the name Garcie was very kind and respectful by going through the questions we had etc During this time my fiance mentioned to the owner that the truck has 0 gas and if its possible to put some gas in the tank and yes, my fiance asked 3x which he has all the right to as a customer. The owners response was (in front of other clients) " ITS AS IS!!!!" YOU DONT WANT IT DONT TAKE IT!!, DO I TELL YOU TO GO PUT GAS IN MY CAR!!! I mean does he not know were the clients!!! At this point we both looked at each other and said He is so rude! While Im sighing the docs and they have already ran my credit, the owner Serge turns around from his desk to his daughter and says with anger "CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT" We were both shocked! could not believe it! At this point my fiance still kept his cool and I walked over to his desk and started communicating with him that theres no need for this, as costumers we have the right to ask etc while he's yelling and telling me DO NOT POINT YOUR FINGERS at me (Which I wasn't) i walked away and we left the dealership. He can be rude and yell at his clients and expects people to just shut up! We are both appalled by this whole ordeal and have never ever ever have experienced such a treatment from a business. What a role model to his children's on how to treat woman and how to treat costumers regardless how much they are spending. He should know customers are essential to business's success. This was not needed and all he could've done is have one of his staff members take the car and put $10 worth of gas. But instead he decides to cancel the contract after I signed off and now a hard inquiry. We're very blessed for this incident as who knows what problems the car woodland given us. I saw at least 5 Teslas, but none of the salespeople or even dealership could give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Their prices were the best that I've seen. Being that CA now mandates non haggling car pricing, if you see one on their lot, pick it up right away before it's gone as their prices are very competitive. My husband and I just left here very disappointed. We came wanting to purchase - no financing and ready to pay in full. First off, our sales woman was the owners daughter and she was very off putting. She came out smacking on a handful of pretzels and looked like she just rolled out of bed. We wanted a specific car that was on their other lot and she claimed we needed to run my credit in order to go get it and test drive it. Weird. Then, every time my husband had a question regarding a CarFax or sensor light being on in the vehicle, she was snarky, rude, and acted like we were stupid for even asking these questions. Once she yelled back at my husband for asking yet another stupid question, we started walking back towards our car while her and whomever she was with began speaking and laughing in their native language, after speaking clear English with us. Came here to look at a camper van and at first it was fine. We live 6 hours away but still wanted to come see it because it was one of few vans in our budget, and just to be safe we got the okay to bring a mechanic to check out the engine and the inner workings of the house section of the van. My mechanic started to lift the van as part of the inspection and the owner started yelling at him and telling him he's not allowed to do that. Even though we specifically asked we were allowed to check out everything on the van (including lifting it) before even driving 6 whole hours. After that we didnt feel comfortable buying it because first off we couldn't get a full inspection and second of all the way the owner responded to the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. He could've been more respectful about it if it was truly a liability as he said. But if we weren't allowed to do this then he should have disclosed this before we drove all the way out. There's other reviews talking about how this guy flips out on people but i unfortunately still gave it a chance. Waste of time to be honest. read more

I noticed some oil residue on the inside of engine bay and the salesman goes to say "nothing is wrong with it, it looks better than your cars engine, let's go see your cars engine". Of course I tell him no and that I'd still like to test drive it because I may buy it. He gets the car pulled out after what seemed forever. He then drives off with the car so I have to walk to go find this guy to test drive it. During the test drive he was on his phone talking with people the entire time, loudly. Car was an absolute POS. I was still going to buy it because we are in need of a vehicle right now. When we got back from test drive he proceeded to say " your not going to buy the car" and of course I let him know that is no way to sell a car you do not say that to consumers and he did not care. By far one of the most honest and knowledgeable used car lots I have been at and I'm skeptical about them. Serge runs a family business and is a class act guy. He has his daughters work there as well and it's obvious of the type of guy he is after watching his daughters work. I went in with my 22 year old son to buy one of his Tesla's and couldn't be happier. Everything he said he would do he did. He's been around a long time it's no question why he's still going strong. If you have hesitation to go to a used car lot I would start at this place. I guarantee the next car I buy he will be my first visit. Also to note, not only is Serge completely knowledgeable of everything Tesla his oldest daughter who's only 18 but works like she's 30, is a walking Tesla brain of knowledge.
