Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

Instead, the tailor cut off my original sleeves, replaced them, and added floral appliqués that I never requested or approved. This permanently changed the look of my wedding dress and left me devastated. A wedding dress is one of the most important garments a person will ever wear, and I trusted this shop to make a modification--not redesign part of the dress without my permission. The lack of communication and disregard for my instructions were completely unacceptable. If the original request couldn't be done as asked, I should have been contacted before any irreversible changes were made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop for wedding dress alterations. I hope they improve their communication with future brides so no one else has to go through the stress and heartbreak of having their dress altered in a way they never approved.

I also had my alterations done with them where they hemmed, bustled, and switched out the sleeves for me. The dress and alterations cost me about $1500 total (dress itself was on sale), which I thought was a great deal. Ana was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Scheduling my appointments with them was easy. I was also usually the only one in the dress shop during my appointments. I went to a few other dress shops when I was initially looking at dresses, and I felt like a lot of them were overpriced and harder to talk to. I had a one-of-a-kind jersey that I wanted turned into a dress because it was huge. I showed the man a video of exactly what I wanted him to do with this jersey and how to turn it into a dress. All he had to do was cut the sleeves off so up the side and then reattach the sleeve. When I came in to pick it up, the sleeves were not cut, they're two different sizes, the neckline wasn't cut to size and I looked like the background dancers in the goofy movie with the broad shoulders. There's so much bunching in the top since I have smaller breast and I pointed that out on Monday and he just kept repeating "I cut where I pin" anyone can do that. So since he was only going to cut what he pins, which was not our initial discussion, I took the time to explain. Show him the video again. I made it a point to make sure that he was going to be able to do this the way that I wanted before dropping it off because I would've spent more time looking for places that were capable of following instructions. Thankfully, I recorded our conversation and reported it to the Better Business Bureau. They just kept repeating the same sentence over and over again to the point where I started yelling over them and they started calling me crazy because I didn't want them to "fix anything" and I wanted a refund. shoutout to meral for saving me from a stressful experience, aka bridesmaid dress tailoring! i had…read moreordered my dress online with custom measurements, and it still came in all wrong. the wedding was in less than a month so i immediately went online and found meral. she was able to squeeze me in during the evening after work to take my measurements and dress, which i was so thankful for. she provided her suggestions for the dress in terms of the draping and the slit height, and she was able to work her magic so quickly! i got my dress back in less than two weeks and it fit perfectly. the pricing was very reasonable as well, while also considering her disclosure that velvet is typically much harder to work with for most seamstresses (but clearly she had no problem!). she also had a bunch of gorgeous wedding dresses she had created on display in her workroom, so it was very admirable to see the clear care and detail she puts into her work. 10/10, would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a dress altered!
