Why do I have to pay extra for the rice ? When adding rice is way cheaper than having a wrap filled with meat ‍ and shawarma is something you eat with rice not just meat itself... also there wasn't many toppings in the wrap and the parsley was just added on it wasn't even chopped. They had unfortunately run out of baklava, but Raz came through like a superhero! Just 15 minutes before closing, he managed to bring two of us baklava--and what a way to finish the meal! That kind of service and attention to your guests really makes a difference. And don't forget to get the pickles! They're listed on the menu as pickled cucumbers, although to me, they taste just like delicious kosher dill pickles. I'm not sure why they're called something different, but that tangy flavor adds such an amazing touch to the meal. Both dishes came with these little cups of some kind of red spicy sauce that was delicious. The shawarma plate is $20 and the chicken cream chip plate is $19. It ain't cheap but this is high quality food and you get a lot of it. I know I am supposed to swoon whenever the word "wagyu" is dropped but honestly, I thought the rice was the star of the show. It had some type of cream in it that made it rich and delicious. The shawarma plate was very filling. I actually liked the chicken a little more than the wagyu beef so maybe my taste buds are off. The breaded chicken was excellent and very tasty. Parking is tight. I am not sure if the liquor store's parking spots are supposed to be used for the food truck but I saw people use them that way. Street parking is very rough in this area so good luck. Well worth a visit.
