    Less than 1 pallet of pavers and few bricks was needed but they delivered  6 pallets, with 1/4th pallet unmatching  low quality travetine!

    Stay away from this company as they make big promises and don't deliver. We only need a repair for the driveway, they said we don't do repair, we only do new work. So I thought of extending the driveway. But their saleswoman upsold me the porch extension with travetine. They never take the measurements or anything. No communication from them and they refused to verify the specs or show me the material after it was manufactured. They delivered the wrong pavers, white pavers instead of our pink (10x6") and smaller size (9x5.5"). We needed 1 pallet, but they dumped 4 pallets and said it it was a mistake. They are very negligent and don't care about customers. They send amateur workers who don't speak english who messed up our driveway by cutting and throwing away our precious old pavers. Then they put different pavers they bought from somewhere to restore the driveway. If they can't even do simple repair job then how can they do new work? They pressured us to do the extension with the white pavers they delivered. Because they didn't fit, Deckn'drive said they can do by cutting them. Their own sub-contractor refused to install it saying that it was very laborious task and would take a while and driveway would look ugly. So refused to install the non-matching pavers, as it is clearly written in the contract that new pavers to match the existing one. I even gave them option to get used pavers like ours to get the job done but they didn't want to do it. Why? Because if they can get free money then what is the need for doing anything. They have left all our landscaping all dug up and sprinklers and pipes are broken and left it unrepaired. Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Now DecknDrive is blaming that we didn't want to do the job (when their own contractor refused) demanding $4,500 which they say is their minimum amount for a project. And they have now put a lien on my house. I feel they deliberately do this by hiding information from customers, knowing people will reject the material and not do the project, then get them to pay up money under threat of lien. I can't believe they have damaged my driveway and want free money? I am going to ask for damages. Avoid this company at any cost.

    Seem to promote quite heavily at exhibitions and tv. Professional team from salesperson to negotiation. In office and site management thorough and followed up with promises with actions. We had a fairly simple project but required a permit which they arranged without incident. Work crew did good job and cleaned up well. A few damaged bricks needed to be replaced. Suppliers fault I assume. They did seem to be aggressive on getting staged payments but at the end of the day job done and no surprises

The law requires both a seller of future consumer services and a home solicitation seller to provide written notice of a buyer's cancellation rights at the time of the sale. In the case of a sale of future services, the consumer's notice of cancellation rights must appear immediately next to the space for the buyer's signature on the contract. Every home solicitation seller is also required to provide a written contract to the buyer which includes an explanation of the buyer's right to cancel. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I terminated the contract on 3/23/24 and I have not received my deposit back to date. I received an e-mail from Steven Papis today stating my contract was terminated and the company is keeping my full deposit. Deck and Drive has taken the position that even though they did not provided the Notice of Right Cancel at the time of the Sale on 2/15/2024 and they provided on 3/22/2024 when I called to get a copy. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services , the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Department and Professional Regulations and reaching out an attorney If you had a similar experience with this company, please contact me. If there are enough people, perhaps we can file a class action lawsuit. The sales person not having a hard copy of the contract at the time of the sales appointment for review and execution is by design and is intricate part of the company's business model. The contract is a total of 8 pages yet the sales person only show page 1 and 2 on his/her tablet. Signature is on page 2, the terms start on page 5 and right to cancel is on page 8. The signature not being of page 8 after the TERMS and notice of right to cancel is by design. The company e-mailing the contract is by design. ------------------------------------------------------------

    I called Jack, the owner of Aquatechnics Pool and Spa to fix a pool vac that was not working well…read more He had done work on my pool years ago so I thought I could still trust his business. He had come to me by a recommendation from Pinch n Penny pool store. Jack did not show up but he sent a worker over to look at the problem. He fixed the problem but in the process created another when he broke the cover to my main drain by blowing compressed air into the pipe to "clear any debris" there was not anything stuck in the line and the only thing he managed to do was blow off my cover from the inside. I honestly was not adamant that he fix it on the spot since my concern was the vac. This was a mistake I realized because after he took my money he said: "I'll put my number on the invoice and I'll come back if you need me to put the cover back on. If you need me to just call me later in the week." and he was off with my money. I soon realized that the vac was getting stuck in the open drain now that he had broken the cover off. I texted him and he said he'd be out later in the week and never arrived, then he ignored my next 3 text messages over a few days. After calling a few times as well I called Jack again and explained the issue and lack of communication. He said in a text that "he" meaning Jack, would be over to fix it in a day or two. Two days later the same worker shows up with a very hostile and unprofessional attitude. This guy showed up on my property and starts harassing me about calling his boss. Then he starts yelling and claims that I was supposed to have bought a new cover myself. So I confronted him about the fact that he broke the cover in the first place and he lied on the spot of course and claimed that he didn't break it even though I saw it happen. I will not have some service working speaking to me like that in my house and I told him to "go and just get the hell out of here, and not to ever come back on my property." When I messaged Jack at the owner his only reply was "Have a Nice Day." I texted him a few more times and he will not reply. No wonder his workers behave the way they do. They learned it from daddy.

    So I've had a pool for over 20 years - a great pool but like all pools - "it leaks" ... three times…read moreI've had leak repairs before I finally found Jim Penski from Aqua-Technic. I call him Dr. Pool. Jim is obsessed with the science of finding and fixing pool leaks. Of course like the other three repair attempts I've had he found the "usual suspects" right away and fixed them. His price was reasonable and I paid him but then within a week it seemed like the pool was still leaking. So I called the doctor and over the next 4 weeks I saw the passion and determination that Jim has for what he does as "unusual suspects" started to appear that I had no idea about. I never had to bug Jim. He kept texting me and kept coming back until our last test two days ago and finally - Success AND no extra charge. He stood behind his work. For the first time I am totally confident my pool is leak free and it's a great feeling. I never felt this after the other 3 repair attempts. I can say 3 things about "Dr. Pool" of Aqua-Technic: 1. profound knowledge and professionalism 2. thorough and persistent follow up 3. reasonable pricing and a 100% guarantee.
