Before embarking on this project - which I'd contemplated doing for several years - I had researched a few other paving companies. The size, cost, and logistics of redoing such a large and busily trafficked area of my house was daunting. I simply didn't know where to begin. So I started right here at YELP (for the 2nd time in 3 years) to look at the candidates. Ultimately, what it came down to was not only the reviews, but actually meeting with owners and seeing examples of paving jobs completed. That is where Paver Man won the business hands-down. Other paving companies either didn't have access to high quality stones, or were too small a business to do the entire project A to Z, which entails removing the old pavers, laying down a proper foundation, fitting in the new pavers, and then power washing and sealing for the final result. Paver Man did it all, with a single point-man to interface with. Before we signed off on the job, the owner of Paver Man gave us three addresses of driveways they'd done, so we could see for ourselves the options for stones, layout design, and quality of work. I was actually amazed to see how much an exquisitely-executed driveway could add a palpable "WOW!" factor to the property! So we took the plunge and signed a contract. I was impressed with how efficiently the project was run from start to finish. Day one, the cheap, 1" cracked pavers that we'd bought our house with were removed. Day two, a proper foundation was laid. Day 3 the new, beautiful 2-inch shellstone pavers started to go in - with a very nice design! On top of which, we had to replace the aluminum track on our driveway gate. Paver Man coordinated the work needed with our gate guy to make that happen without us even playing "gatekeeper" between the two crews. I was really impressed with the results for our large driveway and the new walkway up to our front door. They replaced large stones set in grass that was hard to walk on with smooth pavers. So I asked if we could have the stones extended along the side of the house for continuity? No problem. The final result was brand new pavers in the driveway extending out to the street, the front walkway, and a path along the side of house. In just 5 days, the entire job was done. Paver Man also did the power washing and sealing of the stones, which really made the shellstone POP with detail. Even our neighbors are amazed at the transformation from tired old to elegant NEW look. Not only is the Paver Man staff extremely responsive - returning calls or texts almost immediately - but they worked seamlessly together to get me a quote with design comps, get the job done, and handle the billing without any hassles. Again, I was convinced I made the right decision hiring Paver Man to do my project. I am confident that these beautiful shellstone pavers will outlast me. Granted, I'm 71, but I'm thinking of decades of longevity for a one-time, week-long project with a dramatic outcome. Money well spent.

It definitely wasn't a straightforward project, we also had a pergola company doing it's thing where they had to work and there were some complicated issues with relocating outdoor plumbing. But everything worked out perfectly l in the end. Antonio the lead contractor was fantastic, and extremely adept at troubleshooting on the fly. Any time a minor issue came up, he addressed it quickly and resolved it, making sure nothing got in the way of completing the project. As for the end result, it was exactly what we were looking for. The workmanship is clean, the layout is precise and the pavers have transformed our property. If you're looking for a reliable paver company I'd highly recommend checking these guys out. We then had a custom mirror built for our main entryway which was extremely large with four different quadrants, we first had it custom stained (by a professional in that field) and then had USI do the installation of the mirrors. They had someone come to do templates for all four quadrants, extremelly professional and timely. THe company then went to work and cut the mirrors to fit and rescheduled while keeping us fully updated along the way! After the work was compelted...3 of the four mirrors were absolutely perfect yet one we felt could of been cut better to show less space between the mirror and wall. Although there was that one issue...I WAS EVEN MORE IMPRESSED how they handled it. I worked with Chris and he was outstanding (I do not know his last name)...but whenever I called for him he was always available, extremely helpful and very professional! The entire company was excellent and when it was time to replace the mirror on that one quadrant...Chris came personally and did a beautiful job! Terra Pavers Where to start? We contracted for pavers in…read morethe middle of the COVID crisis. May 2021 to be exact. I did my due diligence and researched as much as I could find and took 4 quotes from a select group of contractors. I had my personal favorite on who I hoped would win the bid. I got my way! While Terra Pavers was not the lowest bid they also were not the most expensive. I went back to my research and mirrored the pros and cons of several bids; ultimately, Terra Pavers won the job. We went down to their vendor to look at samples and placed our order. Little did we know that there would be a supply issue that would set all paver companies back months. No one's fault, just is what it is. Damn COVID to Hades and back, better yet just stay in Hades and don't come back! Through the waiting process, Terra Pavers got permits approved (no small feat in my little community) and we waited on pavers. During the wait, the Customer Service Manager Janette maintained contact periodically and occasionally Javier (engineer) would check in to let me know they are trying to press but they too are waiting for pavers on ALL jobs. Fast forward... Finally, they arrived. Let the fun begin! Day 1 all old pavers picked up and moved to the side. They brought in sand and leveled the area tamped it down and then rechecked level. Day 2 crew arrives with pavers in tow. Over the course of the day these guys worked like mad and literally were ~90% done at days end. Day 3 smaller crew arrives and they finish up all detail work. They took away all debris and there was NOTHING to clean up when they left. The job they did literally surpassed my highest expectations... as well as when the city comes out to do the final inspection in the permit... they were commenting on the extra touches and attention to detail the company took. They literally cut the pavers on a curve going around the pool with a 15 inch wide blade. I didn't even know that was possible! Can't beat that in my book! Oh, and did I say how incredibly fabulous the pavers look and the top tier workmanship? My backyard is now beautiful! I would highly recommend Terra Pavers and and would like to thank them for their professionalism and incredible work!

I have pavers on my driveway and…read morethey put down plywood and plastic sheeting to protect it since a trailer had to be backed onto the driveway for the removal of old tiles and other old roofing materials. They removed the old tiles & the paper under the tiles down to the plywood and took away the old gutters also. They were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any bad plywood on the roof was replaced with new wood. They were very thorough and efficient. New tiles were stacked on the roof. No heavy trucks were used on the driveway. No damage to property. Overall I was very happy. Eddie or Pablo were in contact with me if I had questions. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company if you need a new roof, they were excellent!
