Within two hours of getting home. Had stomach upset. Then diarrhea. Then vomited all the gumbo up. They need to know to use fresh ingredients and bring food up to temperature. Would go to threshold brewing again, but would never trust the food from guest cooks. Waste of money and ruined my evening. How Sad.

What will prevent us from going back is the mean little turd of a manager. We called him over to compliment our server. He actually told us that he does not and would not give her any sort of positive kudos or thanks. He said it would be okay for us to leave a good review for her, but would not give her any recognition for a job well done. Being in retail myself, I understand how difficult it is to work in a toxic environment like that. So hats off to her. She is brave to stay working there and strong for staying so positive in the face a hostile and mean little man. If you are someone who cares about people and having a good experience, it will not be had here until they get new management. I hope the owners understand what is happening and take quick steps to remedy this. I won't go back and neither will my family. It's not good enough to ignore the toxic environment.

He told me that they would clean off a table for me. WOO HOO. I bursted out crying at the thought that I finally got my seat. As I sat down a soft chair graced my bottom. Beautiful. I looked around and the scenery was beautiful. As I looked at the menu, my eyes sharply turned to the chicken and waffles. Deliciously perfect choice. I ordered my food and got a coffee. My chicken and waffles arrived and I took a bite. I started floating. My soul left my body. I looked down at my body as I floating away, I was enjoying every bite. I reached the heavens. A loud voice said "Its not your time yet. Return and enjoy the rest of your meal." I ascend back to the chair and every chicken and every waffle was gone. The servers were SO kind. Upon walking in, I was expecting flowers on the table and at the least a fully inflated balloon. Walked into a booth with a half inflated balloon and no flowers. Unfortunately, one of the executive chefs had left for an emergency which I understand. This left my wife and I unable to experience about half the menu. We ordered our appetizer and entrees at the same time, appetizer came out rather quickly which is expected as it was just bread and tomatoes. Although the entrees never made it out. We were given complimentary bread and tomato soup and a drink on the house for the long wait. Tons of delays because of one of the chefs not being present but over an hour and a half for entrees is crazy. Although our waitress was kind and accommodating, we decided that instead of wasting our time, we decided we would just pay for whatever we received. The waitress let us know that they waived everything and we left without a bill. Very disappointing but as it was our first impression, I'm hoping that it was just a rough night for them. No management came to our table with any kind of updates or apology. The waitress that helped us is the one getting praise.
