A day before I'm supposed to get them back, the owner calls me to say that 1 of my slacks had a hole. These were new slacks, maybe a few weeks old. I found it hard to believe and asked if maybe they had accidentally caught on 1 of their machines and ripped them, which she denied vehemently. She then tells me they wouldn't be fixed by the requested date because their seamstress wasn't there. Fast forward to today when I pick them up (I had been out of town). The price which she quoted me had somehow doubled with no explanation. When I check the pants, there is a HUGE and extremely obvious/poorly-done patch right in the middle. The pants smelled musty as if they had been worn for weeks and never washed. They tried to say that it must have been from the old cologne from other clothes. I have NEVER had clothes dry-cleaned and smell like that. Extremely poor customer service despite the fact that I had given them my business for more than 2 years. Never going back here again.

Today, I walked in six minutes before 7am, the door was open and I thought they were open. She walked to the counter and began to scold me, stating they did not open until 7am. I asked her if I should start going to another cleaners, she shrugged her shoulders turned her back and walked away. I left with my clothes in hand. My biggest complaint is recently I noticed they started locking the lint removal tray for the dryers and it says on there "to be emptied end of day". I came around 8pm and the lint trap was filled and what should've took about 20 minutes to dry took double the amount. As well, the washers had visible hair and dust around the doors so whoever is in charge of cleaning the machines isn't doing a great job. Im not sure if locking the link trays is a tactic for people to spend more but an accumulation of lint is a severe fire hazard.
