Dryers are 50c per ten minutes so a load normally takes about 30 minutes to dry They close at 10pm but don't make you leave immediately if your dryer is still wrapping up. Last load is at 9pm They also have fluff and fold services if you don't want to do the laundry yourself and just wanna drop it off An asset to this community!

Some of them are very large which makes for good value, with some accepting cards for payment which is convenient. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. (Note that restrooms are available when staff are present - just ask) The only downside is that there aren't a whole lot of carts available but this could be remedied if customers wouldn't "claim" them by throwing a towel or something in them while they sit idle. Some people, eh? Well, I'd recommend getting in early anyway, before business picks up and while the vibe is still nice and mellow.

At one point, I had my laundry basket placed in front of the washer I was using, and although it was not blocking anyone or in the way (it was a quiet time with very few customers), it was moved twice without asking and placed on a seating bench. Since it was my first time there, I also asked about the dryer pricing and timing. He said he didn't know and had to ask another customer, which was surprising for staff on-site. Later, while I was transferring my clothes from one dryer to another because they were not drying properly, a dryer sheet fell on the floor. While I was still in the middle of moving my clothes, I was told, "we pick up trash we drop in this location." I understand keeping the place clean is important, but the timing and tone felt unnecessary since I was clearly still in the process of handling my laundry and intended to pick it up right after. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and not very customer-friendly. I hope management can improve staff training and customer service so first-time customers feel more comfortable.

I've had to send entire batches of clothing back to be rewashed because they were actually dirtier than when we sent the clothing. The clothes actually came back smelling like urine. Small things like socks and washclothes have gone missing completely. I guess that's somewhat understandable from time to time. For the last six weeks they've not folded the socks at all. Just left them laying lose in the bag with all the other laundry. I've repeatedly emailed them and I never get more than an email back saying that they're sorry, they'll talk to the people doing the laundry but nothing ever changes for the better. They keep getting worse and worse.

Instead, they used some all-in-one or "sensitive" detergent that does not work. When I reached out, they told me I could start sending my own detergent and fabric softener since they don't supply them anymore. No discount, nothing. Basically, I'd be paying the same price while doing part of their job for them. I've since found a better service near my home that charges half the price and actually does a great job. Happiness Laundry Services is a complete waste of money. I won't be coming back, and I'll be telling my friends to stay away.

I had a little confusion on how to use the machines, so the owner Chris helped me out and got me set up very quickly. Both Chris and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Fyi if its your first time, make sure to get a laundry card from the kiosk next to the vending machines. I saw on Yelp that they accept Apple Pay and tried to tap my phone onto the reader on the machines without realizing you need a laundry card. I'm not from this area, but I would definitely recommend coming here if you live in the area and are in need of larger machines!
