Let's keep this honest and fair. The prices are not the cheapest but they're standard for PV. I wish they would wash casual shirts for men but they don't. Only dry clean. Other than that they have an on-site plant, they're honest with prices and timing. No shannanigans. Dry cleaning is expensive but what can you do? I can hand wash suits and fancy Pakistani/Indian outfits. They're nice and helpful. They offer every time to help me to the car. I used to go to Unique Cleaners for my clothes but I decided to try Elegance Cleaners based on the 5 star reviews. I am so glad I switched considering their prices are much more reasonable. The gal in the front is welcoming and friendly and told me that this is a family owned business of 20 years. You can also get your clothes hemmed here. I came on a Monday morning for a dry clean and they were done that same day. If you love to support small family owned businesses like me - definitely come here. Overpriced. I found this place on Yelp and came because of the reviews. Nice people but the alteration is overpriced. I took a skirt that needed to be re-stitch (the zipper stitching was coming apart). I was given a quote but when I asked why it was so much I was told the entire zipper has to come off for them to re-stitch it. When I mentioned the cost to a friend it was brought to my attention that it was expensive. I called 4 other places locally, explained what needed to be done (and said the zipper had to be taken off completely) including the type of material, and they all quoted me 1/2 the price. read more

If I have any dry cleaning that I need for clothes that require extra attention, I come here. They take good care of my stuff and are so reliable in timing/special requests. Sometimes my pants need hemming quickly and she does a good job every time!! Lately with Covid happening, the owner has been handmaking face masks and she gave me one for free! I have been looking for new cleaners to trust with all of my clothes and I can't express how thankful I am to have found, Amy. She has been able to tailor all my clothes and remove all stains. She is also making sure the safety of her customers is promised by taking covid-19 very seriously. She is always wearing a mask and keeping her 6FT distance. She also makes face masks and sells them for a very cheap price! I bought one from her, and it has been my go to mask because of how well made it is. One of the cleaners that I used to go has closed down due to Covid so I gave this place a shot since its close to my work. Amy who was the owner of this place greeted me while she was sanitizing her place. The place seemed clean and I was already satisfied how Amy was cleaning/sanitizing the place. I had few jeans, a shirt, and two jackets where one of them were fur jackets. Usually, other places say no on that jacket but I recently spilled coffee on it so I needed a professional's hand who can save my fur jacket. She simply took a look at my jacket and said she will give it a try. I told her no rush just please save my jacket. I went back a week later and OMG she cleaned my jacket! If it wasnt for COVID, I'd prob hug her. She was so modest and kind enough to say "anyone could've done it" and smiled. The price of this place is not that bad compare to the one I used to go. I wanted to tip her but she refused so I bought her hand made fabric masks in order to thank her for all the effort she did. She gave me extra for my friend so she can wear one too. Not only she is good at her job but her customer service is AMAZING. She also tailored my jean a little bit free of charge and I love them never been better. I have passed Elegance Cleaners several times but never stopped until yesterday (09-14-2013). The main reason I stopped was a request made by a friend that I drop something off at this particular Cleaners while they were out of town. Elegance Cleaners is located in the Rolling Hills Estates which might be out of the way for most folks. Elegance Cleaners is located a small little side street with plenty of 'free' street parking available. As I pulled up in front of this business I noticed they were advertising they had a 'plant' on the premises and specialized in same day service as well as same day alterations. Elegance Cleaners seems like a little 'Mom' & 'Pop' shop, very small business but very good service. The staff working was friendly, nice and courteous. The prices charged are right on target with any cleaners in the area. I am in the area often and plan on giving this little spot some of my business. read more

By far the best dry cleaners I've ever used. We recently moved 10 minutes farther away and I still drive up the hill to get all of our dry cleaning done. The owners are very nice and take extra care to fix a button, frayed stitching or remove a stain even if I don't identify it when dropping the clothes off. They lost a very expensive shirt and would not apologize or admit responsibility. After 25 years plus as a customer, we expected better. Their error--an identically styled Polo dress shirt was put in our items, three sizes (at least) larger than the one we took in. Owner said they'd contact me by phone--over a week later we returned to get it resolved. NO. Apology, NO acceptance that there was even a problem. They have lost a long time customer.
