I just cancelled my service with this company. I had my pool completely redone a year ago with a…read morenew pump, filter and I added a pool vacuum. Just 6 months after the pool was done and we had been using it, the pool started to turn green. I sent messages to the owner and he said he would send someone out and it would look a little better for a week and then start turning green again. I continued to being up my concerns and he said he needed to clean the filter. He said he would be by the next day and nothing. I text messaged him to find out if he was coming and after 5 day he had still not responded. Also,would get emails on Tuesday saying the pool was serviced but I would come home and it looked like it had never been touched. He charged me for a couple of extra services that did not do much to help. My new tile has all kinds of build up even though the service said it was brushed every week. I went back and looked at the emails I was getting and noticed that week after week it shows the exact same PH and Chlorine numbers. How is that possible? I asked him Why and he never answered me. No one was really services my pool or checking the numbers. The owner is not keeping an eye on the people that work for him and they are doing a horrible job. Don't use this company

He assured me that they can service my pool and do the startup. I stayed in touch with all of them through the plastering phase to keep them updated on when to come out. They assured me multiple times all was well and they would be ready to go. All the other pool companies I turned away after we agreed on price. On the day of startup, they came out and he spent a ton of time on the phone in the front of my house. No update from him, he left and I get a random text that my house is out of their service area. I told them that makes no sense as we have been in touch for a few weeks and I was assured all was good. They opted to not take my pool on and told me to contact someone else. They said they wouldn't charge me for the visit like they did me a solid..i just don't get it. All I asked was for transparency and not leave me in a position to call back the other pool companies and ask for a quote. I said, since you made a mistake and it's out of your service area, can you just finish the start up you promised me and I'll find another company to do the maintenance. They said no. After a pool is replastered, it's a crucial time to ensure everything is moving in the start up phase and they almost screwed me over. It's an expensive project to replaster and none of that was taken into account on their behalf. I'm very disappointed in how this company handled my service.
