He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. I am a DIYer and I replaced my own cv axles, after that my transmission stop engaging so i took my…read morecar there. they charged me $180 for diagnostic and they pointed out i had the wrong parts, so i replaced my cv axle with them and what followed was a grind noise that they ridicularized me saying it was my fault, i swallowed it dry because i know i got the wrong part from the start and i let it go. After a month the grinding noise was too much and i noticed my brake bracket was completely loose, so I took it there again. Result: they charge me for the missing pin it was on my car from the start, i declined, so they say something like 20 years of experience tried to dodge from parts of the inspection, put the pin back in 5 min (most likely my own that was sitting there for a month) and someone drove the car like a crack head to test drive(i saw when i was leaving, they saw me they did not hold back neither), and gave me call gave me back the keys no words about damage on the wheels, tires, loss of wheel balance, absolute silence. Tried to call after do expose all issues and hang up on me at first then manager called me then i lost it when i realized he is also the owner and central part of the disregard for this place because i pointed out personally to him all issues that needed to be addressed. After getting a second opinion, it turned out the problem was actually with the tires they installed. Also, one of the lug nuts was overtightened and got damaged, and they refused to take responsibility. I'm disappointed because instead of fixing the issue, they tried to misdiagnose it and make it seem like a bigger, more expensive problem. Our regular service advisor was friendly, and we initially agreed to have a repair completed. We later decided not to move forward, but we were never told the part had been ordered and held for us. There was no follow-up communication to discuss the situation. Months later, we called to schedule a diagnostic for an entirely different issue. Instead of helping us, the general manager called and immediately began lecturing us about how they do business. She insisted we had to complete the previously recommended repair before they would even look at our vehicle. She also repeatedly claimed that we had left our car sitting at their shop for weeks, which is simply not true. When I explained that this never happened, she argued with me, insisted she was right, and refused to consider that there may have been a misunderstanding. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, she chose to be confrontational and essentially accused us of being dishonest. After years of being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars there, I expected a respectful conversation--not to be scolded or argued with. If there had been confusion about our account, it could have been handled professionally. Instead, the interaction with the general manager cost Autoscope a long-time customer. It's unfortunate because the technicians and our regular service advisor had always provided excellent service. Sadly, one unnecessary confrontation overshadowed years of otherwise positive experiences.

During the time my vehicle was in the shop, two employees were observed rummaging through various compartments, and some items were missing from the middle console. Upon meeting with management, they acknowledged their employees' actions and cleared my invoice. However, the primary reason for my car's delay has yet to be addressed. I contacted the manager via text on June 5th, but I have not received a response to date. Despite my patience, I have now waited until today, June 8th, to await a response. Management has been attentive to their request for videos to review for company purposes, but the focus was not included on the issue. As a patron, I strongly advise you to exercise caution when using this establishment. They billed me 10.8 hours for a job that took them only 4.5 hours. The vehicle was washed before my arrival, but the interior was left in a state of disarray due to the employees' actions. I am now required to have my car re-inspected to identify the underlying issue and obtain a new bill. My vehicle was taken to a repair shop for suspension work, and the process was unnecessarily extensive. My advisor, Alex, provided false information, claiming to have informed me of delays and assuming that the employee had searched my car for a wheel lock without my consent. Some individuals may claim that they have cleared the invoice, which may bring some satisfaction. However, if a significantly increased invoice has been cleared, and the same unusual noise that emanated from your vehicle before the initial repair is now reoccurring, accompanied by new and potentially more disruptive noise, is this situation considered acceptable?
