Upon checking the oil, I have been told that it looks nice and clear, but it is a bit low. This young man told me he will not change my oil, and figured out that I will need a coolant change. Never had one, usually you do not need one until 100.000 miles, my car had 114.000 miles. Supposed to be a $125 but with coupons and kindness I paid much much less :) I looked up how much that cost at other places, found prices between $200-$400 and also a long wait time. It was still done in 10 minutes. I am so grateful for him and makes me happy that people who really care are still around. We have been getting our oil changed here for years, never been disappointed. This time was no different! After a month the grinding noise was too much and i noticed my brake bracket was completely loose, so I took it there again. Result: they charge me for the missing pin it was on my car from the start, i declined, so they say something like 20 years of experience tried to dodge from parts of the inspection, put the pin back in 5 min (most likely my own that was sitting there for a month) and someone drove the car like a crack head to test drive(i saw when i was leaving, they saw me they did not hold back neither), and gave me call gave me back the keys no words about damage on the wheels, tires, loss of wheel balance, absolute silence. Tried to call after do expose all issues and hang up on me at first then manager called me then i lost it when i realized he is also the owner and central part of the disregard for this place because i pointed out personally to him all issues that needed to be addressed. So many of these shops are just so terrible and want you to come in so they can rip you off and not be transparent. I'm helping my friend to get her vehicle repaired and one thing I have learned during this process is that shop after shop are rude, dismissive, vague in my expected fees and if their diagnostic will even diagnose the issue with certainty....most people are probably okay with this and will just pick a shop and take their chance. I would rather rent my friend a vehicle and find a shop that's going to business the right way. When enough shops open that are customer service focused, transparent about their process, and don't charge prices that are a ripoff (if an independent shop is charging prices comparable to a dealer, that's a ripoff) - they are going to take market share and hopefully end up shutting down shops like this one. He should not be allowed to touch peoples cars let alone manage the shop. He went under for my oil change and after man handling the oil pan plug, the pan was warped and my car was not able to hold any oil. Not only did he carelessly mishandle my vehicle, he was a pompous arrogant jerk for the entirety of the interaction. He would've taken advantage of the fact that I am a woman if I did not have my father to come and back me up. DO NOT SEND YOUR WIFE OR DAUGHTERS HERE ALONE!! I really hate to say you shouldn't go here because the rest of the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I would say be very careful who you let touch your car here. If a white man with lots of tattoos and piercings tries to get under your car DO NOT LET HIM. because you will leave a new set of repair bills. I will never return
