I went back to DT a few minutes after closing . I was in big trouble because my tire is flat and I have to commend these employees for helping me out! They reopened the place and replaced my flattened tire. On inspection the car wash damaged the valve stem and also punctured the tire. Basically ruined the whole tire. I can't thank DT and the wonderful customer service team enough for promptly fixing the problem and swiftly getting me back on the road. I will continue to do business here. 5

If I could have backed out and left, I would have but there was a car behind me. What does it say about management when they allow this behavior? We are all hot. We get it. But wow!

This damage was clearly not present before my visit. I took photos immediately and later obtained a repair estimate of approximately $300-400. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. While the store initially responded and acknowledged my concern, they have failed to provide any resolution or compensation. Communication has been inconsistent, and more recently, they have completely stopped responding to my follow-ups. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but even with that, the issue remains unresolved and has been delayed for an extended period. It is very disappointing to see a company avoid accountability like this. I simply wanted a fair resolution for damage that occurred during their service. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before any service here.

I've been coming to Firestone now for service for about two years now. I was hesitant to come…read morebecause I wasn't sure how much I could trust them with the service of my car. Luckily I've had only positive experiences. Not only do I service my car there but I also get my oil changes. It's just convenient to get everything done in one place. I prefer this over a random mechanic. I have usually dealt only with Oscar but recently I was with Norman. I've had all my fuel injectors changed, shocks, spark plugs, alignment, gasket replacement, oil filters, coolant flush, and more. Usually everything gets done within the day. I drop off the car in the morning and it's ready by the time I leave work. How convenient. Prices might be a little higher than other places but it's nice to know they use all original parts and they have warranty over work they do. They've also been very diligent and honest about the work they do or could do, or things you could wait on. Communication is top tier especially when I've dealt with Oscar and now Norman. I'm happy I found a forever place for my car. They usually have specials and work with you on coupons and other ways to try and save some money. I've been really happy and I recommend this location for future services to your car.

I'm very shocked with the negative reviews as Sugar Land has grown the past 15 years and tempers are low. Set up your appointment early and discuss the situation on the phone first is my recommendation. These people are the best. They have towed my vehicle when I needed them. Don't go to some cheap auto shop. These guys may change owners, but that doesn't matter. Professional people and trustworthy.
