The attendant watches a lady reverse her car backwards into a one way lane instead of guiding the cars through as is apart of his duties. ZERO OUT OF ZERO for customer service!! Wow!! It was my first time coming to this specific Sams. We passed through to get a whole 16 inch pizza for the roadtrip. I ordered at the counter and the service was pretty quick and technically efficient, however not friendly AT ALL (no welcome, no smile, no thank you); I left it as such because its 5:30pm on Thursday before a holiday. Came to the car and the pizza was not properly cooked; at the beginning i thought it was the cheese not "fully melted" but no, it DEFINITELY was the dough on the crust being squishy and smooshy (almost slimy). I kept trying other slices and at least 1/2 pizza was like that. Nasty. I live far from that location and I wasn't going to go back at any point to request a refund, HOWEVER I did call just to make a note to the customer service personnel about my experience for future reference. When the customer service person responded i advised her about my experience and she said let me call a manager. She kept me on hold for 17 min and hanged the call. I called AGAIN and she picked it up and hanged it up. I called ONCE AGAIN and she left the phone open without answering. I have never experienced this type of bad service from Sams Club. Buckwild! Will call customer service 1800 to now complain about this. I have been a customer for 8+ years and the carelessness this time was beyond the line. read more

The shopping carts by the front door are so jammed together that you need a crowbar to get them apart. And of course the guy by the door "checking for member cards does NOTHING to assist anyone, even the elderly people are left to deal with the situation unassisted. When I pointed this out to the manger she just stood and looked at me...not one word came out of her mouth. Food court Pizza combo if you can get it fresh it is great but for some months now it has been less than desirable. The new process for the counter help is to cook a pizza and keep it in a box on the back table, as no one wanted a pizza that was sitting in that upright pizza warmer, so they keep it in a box by the pizza oven. You walk up and ask for a whole one or a Fresh slice they try and fool you by going to the back table and getting what you asked for. You go and sit down thinking you will enjoy this snack only to see that slice is not fresh. Normally a fresh slice is hot and glistening but now room temp and glazed over as all the oils have congealed due to cooling. I have to admit - I am a Costco lover. I love their products, I love their pizzas, I love their prices, I love their layout. Heck, I love seeing their warehouses whenever I travel international. Costco just makes me happy. So very happy. So why in the world would I come to Sam's then? Well, you see...there was a promotion. Purchase the Sam's membership card for $45 and they will send you a Sam's gift card for $45. So basically you get one year of Sam's membership for free! No brainer, right? We were really excited for Sam's. I haven't been in probably over 10 years. Walking in, there was Walmart written all over it. It actually really just felt like an oversized Walmart. It was awful. I hated it. The walls were filled with products, but somehow still felt bare. The ambiance was blah. Just blah. No excitement for products, no fun samples (just a cart rolling around offering chips and salsa). The pizza from the cafe was frozen. Wut??? Why can't they even make fresh pizza? None of the items screamed "take me home!" Instead they sat still, collecting dust, waiting for the next person who needed to buy a 72-count box of fruit roll ups (no judgements here, I would've actually loved that.) We tried Sam's supreme pizza (they informed us it was frozen) and their sushi. The pizza wasn't bad, but the sushi. No no no no no. That's our fault for getting Walmart sushi though. Our experience was so poor, that we actually cancelled the membership. I did not see myself needing or wanting to spend the $45 gift card I would get at Sam's. I know Costco's membership is a bit more expensive, but it is completely worth it. The atmosphere, products and food are just so much better. All in all, just stay away. read more

Very poor customer service. Staff are rude and act like you're an inconvenience to them. I ordered a curbside pickup 2 days in advance. On the day of pickup, I sat in a curbside waiting spot for the entire hour my order was supposed to have been ready, plus an additional 30 minutes. When I went in to ask about the situation and where my order was, I dealt with not only 1 rude employee but 2. Both of which acted irritated and like they had better things to do other than their job. They informed me that a shopper hasn't even begun to pull my items from the shelf! I canceled my order completely and will be taking my business to Costco. Not only was I treated disrespectfully, I just wasted over an hour of my time that I can't get back. I had a tire that leaked air. I brought the problem with Jess the manager. He claimed there was no leak. When I insisted there was, he decided to do the water test. He found there was bubbling in the tire. Instead of replacing the tire, he cleaned it and it no longer has leaks. This is BS. I had Firestone look at it and they found the same thing and said the tire was the problem. Yet Sam's Club would not replace the tire that I brought from them. I wasted 3 hour for them to say there is no issue. When I asked what he will do when the tire leaks, he said he didn't know until I bring it back again. Hotels seem to be slightly cheaper through Sam's. They promote Just Energy for electricity which I found to be more expensive than Good Charlie, my current provider. I went inside this store for paper towels. It was nice. I also picked up 2lbs of hummus for about $5. The Sam's app you can scan and pay for everything through the app and walk out. I bought this roasted chicken from Sam's club. Guess what it is in cooked. There are cooking thermometers that would insure chicken is cooked correctly. Obviously they do no practice these. You buy things and you do not get what you pay for. These could definitely make someone sick. read more

The best employees ever...OMG, one scorching hot weekend I went to Sam's to stock up on water. I had on the longest dress ever that I kept tripping over, which was s bad combination with trying to drive a manual flatbed basket with 5 cases of water. After realizing the struggle was real, I finally made it to my car, when I saw a truck stop a little before where my car was parked. It was a gentleman to worked in the automotive department. He had gotten off of work, I'm sure she was extremely tired, comfortable in his own car with his own AC blowing and he got out of his car just to help me! That was truly a blessing. I didnt catch his name, but he was indeed an honorable gentleman. From what I could remember he was a seasoned gentleman, with a big dark colored truck (probably black or gray)... This Sam's club is so much better than the Stafford location. I live closer to the Stafford Sam's, but I drive to this one. This Sam's is cleaner & not as crowded. Their cafe has the best prices! Sam's Club is a giant warehouse type place that sells everything in bulk. Do you need 500 plastic cups? What about 25 pounds of pasta? Everyone needs a gallon jug of mustard, right? Well, Sam's (like it's cousin Costco) is a popular place for people to stock up on those often used items. They don't have everything, but what they do have, they have it in large quantities. Don't come here expecting to buy a single tube of toothpaste or one loaf of bread. I haven't been in many other Sam's, but this one seems pretty much the same as the rest. There is a bakery, meat counter, frozen section, lots of bulk food, TVs, some furniture, clothes, books, DVDs, lawn chairs, and quite a few other things. I came in here this weekend to return something for a family member. I don't have a current Sam's card and it started out as a problem. They needed a Sam's card to proceed. Since I had the receipt, they were nice enough to look up all the info and even allow me to make an additional purchase on my dad's Sam's card. We had ordered a few hundred rolls and croissants for a party and they were all ready to go. If you have a large family, or you are really good at planning in advance, this is the place for you! The only reason I'm taking off 1 star is because we were not able to buy steak because there were 2 roaches crawling on the meat. I'm in the food industry so I understand that sometimes no matter how much you clean, pest problems are hard to control in such a large space. This a review for tire department. I called on 8/30 and spoke with Saul to price out 4 new tires for my car. After being informed of my best choice, Saul suggested I bring the car in this morning at 7:00. I got there as Jesse was opening and waited. Jesse told me that only Business and Plus members could shop at 7:00. Regular hours started at 10:00 and I should come back. I told him my tires were almost bald and I was hoping to get this errand out of the way. After a bit, Jesse said he would make an exception. I joined him at the counter inside, paid and waited in a chair. That was a mistake. I asked Jesse to help me after about 30 minutes so I could use the facilities. He had to call a colleague to assist me out of the low chair. I came back and sat on a metal bench. When the car was ready Dylan came in with the papers. He noticed a wound had started to bleed on my elbow. Right away, Dyland got me a bandage and asked if he could help. I thanked him, put on the dressing and left. The difference between Sam's Club and Costco to me is that Sam's has more variety of brands (pro), but....Sam's has less organic foods (if any actually), cheaper and cheaper looking jewelry. 2 FAVES of mine though: 1) their cupcakes are awesome! I always get half vanilla and half chocolate with buttercream for my kids friends and everyone enjoys them. I know adults who get them for baby showers and they are never ever dry! 2) I enjoy their four berry sundae...yum and guilty pleasure... Shame on Sam's Club! I made a couple of store pickup orders recently. I only realized that Sam's Club gives people items with damaged packaging when I got home. Sam's Club takes advantage of curbside pickup customers by picking Items with damaged packaging to deliver to them. The first time might have been a mistake, but by the second time it's obvious this is done on purpose. It is unethical and unacceptable, especially for things like kid's masks, which needs to have proper packaging to ensure it's not contaminated. read more

Ordered HP Ink 64XL cost about $90 through Sam's Club delivery service. I paid $4 for delivery (plus member) and $15/tip. I needed the ink today - they delivered the wrong ink 63XL! I want to cancel the tip and delivery fee as now I have to return the ink to get a refund! Come on Sam's you need to do better. HP ink cartridges are specific to a machine so I am out $90 until I get the return label and take it to the return location! I asked the chat person to return the tip and delivery fee as why tip someone for poor service and they said they would get back to me! We as a customer are supposed to suck it up! They should have gotten me the correct ink and delivered it immediately and taken the wrong one back. Good service is having practices in place for when things go wrong! read more

As I was leaving the store a young lady at the exit door was on the phone carrying a conversation but made a hand gesture asking for the receipt. I handed the receipt and she ask for another receipt my daughter had on her hand. We try to explained it was the same receipt but a dupe print; obviously she did not hear anything with head phones and still talking over us with whom ever she was with on the phone. Agitated she let us go but call us stupid ass. We called the manager and informed him of the situation to which he apologized and said it would not happen again. I am beyond disappointed how the situation was handled and it has left me with a horrible taste; costumer service at its lowest point. I have been a sams club member for 28 years. I have always carried the pro plus card which gets me in the store at 7 rather then everyone else at 10. Those rules stopped being enforced a long time ago, making it frustrating as a small business shopper to navigate through the store. Over the years it is hard not to notice the lack of employees in the store. The morale in this store could not be lower. I will assume that is because of the corporate position, followed by the mandate that must be followed on the local store level. The managers have turned into robots that are completely impotent. A few months ago, in the middle of a pandemic, I noticed that half the people shopping and working in the store had masks on, but they were pulled down uncovering their nose.When I went to the store manager to complain, I was told that your policy was to make sure everyone had a mask on when they walked into the store, but once they got past the greeter, they could literally take their masks off! That was corporate policy, so as not to cause any arguments or confrontations. What level of insanity is this!! This is still going on today. My final straw was my shopping experience yesterday. I spend on a normal year around $80,000.00 in Sams. This year, with the pandemic going on, I only spent $50,000.00. I do not mention this to brag in anyway. It is just a fact, and I have spent this amount generally over the last 28 years. If you do the math, I guess I have spent $2,000,000.00 at Sams club. This i am sure is a paltry sum to those brilliant Bentonnvile executives, but for the average person that is an enormous amount of money. Anyway, i went through the store picking up a few odds and ends and when I reached a real human being that could check me out, I was told that i need to take all the light stuff out of my cart. Is that an employees job, who is checking out a customer? I proceeded to place some of the light things on the belt and then gave her my tax exempt card. She scanned it and started scanning each item. When she was done, i paid my bill and got my receipt. However, every one of my items was still sitting at the cashiers station. I asked her, aren't you going to put these items in my cart. Her response, no that is my responsibility. I immediately asked to speak to a manager. The manager came quickly and told me that it was my responsibility to load my cart. His lame excuse was that for social distancing purposes they did not want to have a helper at the manned lanes. What does that have to do with anything? It is not okay for a Sams employee to load my cart, but it should be the customers responsibility. Of course, my protest and astonishment was met with the futile response, well, I don't make the rules. I have run a business, successfully I might add for 28 years. I have even managed at this point to get through Covid. What happened to customer service and common sense. It is becoming a rare commodity, and at this particular Sams location it no longer exists. So today, I will be going to Costco to sign up for membership. It truly is an absolute shame, how Walmart has let go of the basic tenet and values that made them successful. read more

Cafe Review- I have ordered pizza for a large group twice now- 3 pizzas on a Tuesday night and 12 pizzas on a Sunday noon. The telephone was answered promptly, orders placed in advance accurately, and ready for pick up when asked. The large pizzas are only $8.99 and are great quality and taste. Restrooms- on 6-11-17. the ladies room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a department store with an attendant monitoring regularly. I gave her a compliment but she deserves a raise. read more

I just purchased a Samsung 2.1 Soundbar, expecting it to be brand new since it was place with the rest of the products. However, upon opening, my boyfriend and I discovered that things were missing: HDMI cable and the battery for the remote (which was listed as included). Also, our cables that were provided were placed in ziploc bags. Last time I checked, big name companies didn't package their products with ziplocs. I am extremely disappointed with the entirety of this purchase because I spent the full $149 + tax for this product, and things were missing. Now, if this were placed in the "Open box" section, it would be a completely different story. But it wasn't. And now we're here. Luckily we have an extra HDMI cable on hand, but now we have to travel back to the store to purchase a battery for the remote so we can set things up properly. I do not recommend shopping at this location unless you're ok with not getting what you paid for. read more
