They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I got a great deal on a New 2025 Yamaha Xmax 300. $8,000 cash out the door and delivered to my Lake House in the White Mountains of Arizona. The transaction and delivery went the way it's supposed to; flawlessly. I purchased the Scooter sight unseen over the phone based on the good vibe I received from my salesman, John. They are a Class Operation that sells Superior products, provides customer service that is second to none and has a hands-on owner. What more could you possibly want from a dealer. I was trying to think of how this dealer could improve and I couldn't come up with anything. This company ranks as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, not just in the Motorsports industry, but ALL INDUSTRIES for the following reasons. 1. Great Customer Service 2. Doesn't add on fee after fee like other dealers / no hidden charges. 3. Great Products (I am a Yamaha and Honda guy and they carry both). 4. Knowledgeable Sales Staff. 5. Has a Service Department that can handle Warranty issues. 6. Extremely responsive (a live person picks up the phone right away). 8. Saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to hire a delivery company. They delivered it right to my driveway for FREE! I highly recommend this dealer; they will not disappoint.

    I bought a Can Am Maverick X3 on Friday 05-29-2026 I was initially sold a Can Am that was not CA…read morecompliant that was realized by myself after I insisted Dylan Werner my contact double and triple check for CA CARB sticker he told me multiple times it was CA compliant and after I asked him to make sure please he finally came back with its not but they are getting me one from another store that is and said thanks for catching that. This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall.
