    Soft chicken taco.

I went to Del Taco and ordered a hard chicken taco. They got my order wrong and gave me a soft checked taco that did not look appetizing. I won't be returning.

I tried to order through door dash, my dasher said "they said someone already picked up the order." But that wasn't possible, because I only had 1 driver. I never received my order and could never get in contact with the store, because the phone lines are cut

Oh no no no. I know they're short staffed but do better. Cold food, broken food, guys who can't follow directions. Total fail.

We have been to this location numerous times. Each time we are greeted with warm smiles and great service. Tonight was no different! Just wanted to leave a review for the great staff on duty tonight. I believe the managers name was Allison and the cashier was Zaria. Service was great, and each person was working diligently. Thanks so much for being one of the better fast food restaurants in the area. The food was delicious as always. Del Taco is definitely consistent when it comes to good food and good service!!! Especially this location!

They need to try cleaning the place on occasion. Don't even mention anything to the manager at this location. He's brutally rude.

The friendliness of the manager is the only good thing about this location. The food was not good. Taco Bell gets my vote for now.

This was probably the worst so called Mexican I've ever had. No taste and the service was like McDonalds will not go back

We used to have family in the area, but unfortunately haven't been down here in 5 years as a result of them not being in the area anymore. When we used to stop in, the service was unbeatable. Everyone would treat you like family, and would get you your food fast. Now, since the restaurant is under ***new ownership***, we are not sure if that is still the case. Our server was great (she remembered our family even after 5 years (connected the dots to us)), but the rest of the employees and the community within the restaurant felt a bit stuffy. They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. What a great guy!

It's Saturday so not going to be too harsh because it was busy but the wait was too long. It took us an hour to get our food. The mimosa was small but good. They have oj and cranberry flavored mimosas.

She was also our waitress as well. We got there 11:27 and was seated right away. We waited literally 2 hours and the food was nasty. Very bland, and upsetting to say the least. Their waffles are not Belgian waffles so be aware! You can do half and half waffles but they charge $3 additional. They advertise chicken and waffles however, it's not on the menu. You have to create it. Our $17 meal turned into $36 a piece because of it. This would not be an issue if the food was good but it was nasty. We tried the peach mango mimosas and they were watered down and served in diner style cups - which were dirty! How gross! And the silverware were dirty also so we opted for plastics. The floor had me sliding around from water or sweat because that's another thing - it was extremely hot in there! Also, they only have one bathroom so keep that in mind. I'm just disappointed. I've never been to a bad breakfast \ brunch place and this one was the first! Most likely won't return.

I finally had to approach someone behind the bar to let them know we had been waiting for quite some time. While waiting, I noticed several other patrons leave after being seated because no one came to take their orders. To make matters worse, the salmon croquettes I wanted to order were unavailable. My husband and I ordered chicken & waffles which were good but our chicken was lukewarm. Between the lack of service and menu items being out of stock, the experience was disappointing. I was passing through Atlanta and a friend recommended this restaurant. I won't be returning.
