We usually come here after church on Sundays and I'm always blown away at how messy the floors are. We show up around 11:30am or so, just before the lunch rush. I can understand the floors being filthy if we were showing up during or after the lunch rush. That said, the food is always brought out fast and fresh. They could be a little more liberal with the cheese on tacos, burritos, and nacho cheese fries, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with the food. All in all, I have them three stars because of the floors and bathroom. read more

Went to Del Taco an hour ago through the drive thru and my husband had ordered his 2 for $5 Grilled spicy Chicken Burrito since it does not come with tomato and he's allergic, we ended up coming home and needless to say he had to take Benadryl and I have to monitor him in case we have to go the hospital atleast he was able to taste it before taking another bite... I called and they offered for me to come back and get new ones or 4 free for our next visit... I told them since I might have to go to the hospital another time would be good the lady was very courteous and helpful but still not worth a possible ER visit :/ read more

I just drove through this Del Taco location and ordered their steak and potato burrito. First, the burrito alone is $6 which is ridiculous considering the fact that the "potatoes" are just french fries and the steak is obviously not of high quality. Secondly, due to a dairy allergy, I requested that my burrito be made with no cheese or sour cream. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the cashier dropped my change on the floor, and instead of apologizing or anything, looked at me and said, "Well?" Rude. After I got out of the car and gave it to her, I drove home only to find that my burrito had both cheese and sour cream. There goes $6 and about 15 minutes of my time. Not pleased at all. I was surprised one day when I went in to this Del Taco to find that the prices here were higher than any other Del Taco I have been to. Apparently this is a franchise and they can charge higher prices if they so choose. So I choose to eat at the Del Taco down the street !! read more

I love the chicken soft tacos but I had the worst experience at a fast food facility while going through the drive thru. I ordered food for my kids, then myself and was told the order was $8.00. I gave them my card and was asked if I was asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes, hot and she through some stuff in the bag and handed it to me. She went and ran my card and handed me my reciept, only for me to see that the charge was $8.29, awfully strange. So I looked at the original receipt which showed $8.00 after tax... When I went into the store they said sorry and handed me $0.29 from the register but how many people have they screwed out of change daily and no one notices. Never going here again! read more

Went through Drive thru, accidentally overlooked that they do have a taco burrito box mix and asked them if they had anything like that and there said no we have just to order them separately until I actually saw the option for it they said "oh that, yeah I guess". Got to the window told him we have change and he closed the window and rang up the order. My husband was trying to get his attention and the worker next to him was just staring at him. I shouted "hello! We have the change!" He finally opened the window and said "tsk you should have told me!" I said "we did you closed the window!" Very bad experience as a first time visited at this location. My girlfriend was craving some del taco last night, we found this was the closest one to us. I've had del taco my whole life and have never had a bad experience with employees at this franchise. We got to the drive thru, it was completely empty. We were not greeted with a "hi welcome to del taco what can I get you started with" it was "ready yet?" In a very rude tone for no reason. I ignored it while my girlfriend knew what she wanted I still hadn't made up my mind but I said my girlfriends order and looked at the menu for a min. I asked if the avocado tacos came with cheese she said, "I don't know" I said "what?" the employee said "no". My girlfriend already was saying "what's this girls problem? Why does she have attitude?". I agreed. I asked what does the combo burrito I wanted come with on the side, the employee said, "meat and I think avocado" then I asked again "but what does it come with separately". She said, " you didn't ask that but it comes with a drink". I'm still not sure if it came with fries on the side, if it did I didn't receive them. I said, " I'll have that and a medium normal lemonade". She said nothing for a whole minute so I had no idea if she was busy or not, she didn't ask me if that completed my order, didn't read back my order, didn't tell me the total. I just said "hello?" And she said, "I'm waiting on you". I pulled up and asked what her name was, she said "Jennifer" she had no name tag, no gloves, no face mask. She even gave our food, drinks and my card all in an aggressive way. I have no idea if this employees name was actually Jennifer or she was lying not to get in trouble but she is a short Hispanic woman, looks around 25-35, short with light brown hair, small wedding ring. I have no idea why someone would hire an employee like this, this has turned me completely off from eating at del taco ever again. read more

ALWAYS pleased with this Del Taco (not that I frequent fast food, but if I need something fast, this place tops my list). Del Taco is definitely a hit or miss operation. The location MATTERS. I've been to this location a few times, since it's right down the street from my house. my experiences are usually average, but my experience yesterday was outrageous. we came through the drive thru, ordered our food, and preceded to the window. at the window, we were "greeted" by an employee named Nancy. she was extremely rude!! not only was she rude when speaking to us and handing us our food, but when we drove away, we were missing food that we had paid for!!! will not be returning to this location on behalf of this experience. read more

I see reviewers expressing distaste in the employees' apparent lack of intelligibility, but let me clear that up by saying that if you're a competent human being who understands that there are other cultures in our world? You'll be just fine, big boy. Food: It's Del Taco. If you like Del Taco, you'll like this Del Taco. Simple. Cleanliness: I've never had a problem! It's a little strange to have the bathrooms outside the door and to the side of the building, but I'd imagine that's just how the building was constructed. No big deal. Service: It's quick, and the fries are almost always straight out of the fryer. I only dine-in, so I can't vouch for the drive-through, but really? If you're sitting in a line of 10-cars? Just get yourself outta there and come inside. It's quicker, and you won't sit there polluting the planet with emissions while waiting to stuff your face with fatty fast-food. I used to love coming here after my classes were over for lunch since the college is right near it, until I ordered chili cheese fries. I didn't have time to eat there and had to rush home to run personal errands and when I opened the box, it had foul smelling, and disgustingly thick chili. I tasted it and what do you know, it wasn't good anymore. I called right when I noticed that and an employee kindly said to come back anytime of the day to receive a refund without a problem. Once getting there, I explained the issue to the manager, and instead of helping me out, she didn't believe me and told me I was lying because their chili is always fresh. And even showed me, well if she was smart, she would have listened that I said to her that I had come an hour or so before. And I'm sure they have to eventually run out of chili or change it. And I made sure she knew, and instead of being understanding, she rudely said I should order something else then and threw my refund back at me. At first I thought maybe the manager was having a bad day but clearly she needs to get another job where she's not around people. The next time the person working the drive thru was just as rude. The third time another supervisor was rude as well. It's like they hate people and really we are just ordering food which is limited contact with us. Why the hate and discontent? Just ordered food at the counter at this location and I noticed nobody in the kitchen were wearing gloves. They kept going back and opening refrigerator (where everyone touches) then coming back and using bare hands without sanitizing. Disgusting....threw food in trash. read more
