However, he told me my salt system was broken and showed me how it was gushing water. He said the part warehouse was closed that day and he would call me Monday. I was not able to turn the filter on nor did he finish opening the pool. He stated they would finish opening the pool when they came back to fix the problem. I waited a week and called the parts/service line and left a message asking the status of the parts. I never got a call back. I called again midweek and still no answer. I called back the next Sat (2weeks later) for the pool opening department. Spoke to a lady on the phone about how upset I am that I havent been able to run my pool for 2 weeks nor did anyone ever get back to me. She told me nothing was ever ordered because they didnt know what salt system I had. Yet no one ever called to ask or tell me they werent able to finish fixing my pool. I told her I took it upon myself to disassemble the salt cell and it turns out nothing was broken the tech just didnt have a gasket properly installed. I fixed it and finished opening the pool. I told the lady that I shouldn't have to pay for the opening when they didnt even finish. She told me to come in with pictures of my pool (it was a swamp by this point) and water to test and they would give me the chemicals. When I came in the lady was trying to charge me for the chemicals until I argued with her. I'm pretty sure she only gave them to me because people were in the store listening. None of this is acceptable customer service. I should not have to beg for a company to make things right when they were the ones that messed up.

On three separate occasions, I was given excuses as to why the work could not be completed as scheduled. Each time, I was assured it would be taken care of, yet the service was delayed again. Not only has this been frustrating and inconvenient, but it has also created unnecessary stress as the season has already changed, and I relied on your team's professionalism to ensure my pool was properly closed on time. I scheduled well in advance and expected that commitment to be honored. At this point, I feel that I have not received the level of service I was promised or paid for. I would like a clear explanation as to why these repeated incidents occurred, along with confirmation of when my pool will actually be closed. Additionally, I believe compensation or a discount on this service is warranted given the repeated failures and inconvenience. Lucas M

It was overwhelming having that many items to consider and we were told not to stress everything could be (changed up to the point of putting the markers in the ground before the excavation. We did set up another design meeting a few weeks later and they easily changed some things for us and gave us a new estimate. (I suggest looking at the tiles and patio stone during one of your meetings. I found it helpful to know the shade of blue we were going to use and the color stone.(Go extra on the decking - you can never have enough room on the patio around the pool.)) Payment: The payment schedule was clearly outlined. We asked Kiera to send us an email several days before a payment was due and she did. Install: It was a little chaotic but Kiera was in constant contact with us and happy to answer concerns. The team is truly professional and experts at their trade. They did beautiful work. Calvello landscaping did the travertine stone around the pool. They worked seamlessly with VanBrill during the build.

O NOT USE Niagara pools!!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE…read moreAND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS My family hired Niagara pools to build an in-ground liner pool for our home. We were told the cost would be around $47,000 that actually cost us $53,000. They started work in the fall promising be completed before the next summer season. Due to what they claimed to be a fall with more rain than usual they could not complete our pool in the fall and that we would be first in line when construction continued in the spring. This DID NOT happen in fact I had to email and call throughout the spring for then to return to work on the pool. It did not get finished until the 2/3 week of July that year. Immediately we had problems with the pool. The lining in two spots continued to come apart from the seam at the top requiring multiple visits for them to fix. The pool light did not work, the heat ran sparingly, a large crease developed in the liner in the shallow end and the handle to the filter snapped off the first summer. All these things were reported to the maintenance department via phone and email. With no response in months of trying to get a hold of them. They finally came and addressed the handle and light. And told us the liner crease at the bottom and top liner pop out was from the pool settling. As seasons continued more and more creases have appeared in the shallow end to the point now that we have approximately 5/7 very large creases running the length of the shallow end. When requesting someone come look at it and it to be addressed and fixed. A very rude gentleman named Ken came to our home looked at the pool for a max ten mins determining that they were not at fault, and they would not be fixing the liner. He then ignored countless emails and requests to discuss this. Finally, after months he called me and told me that at some point the pool water had to be less inside then under, which it never was, and that we had not hired them to close the pool, which was never stated as part of the terms of their work warrantee, they would not guarantee the work and we would have to pay $8000 to a different company to come replace the 4-season old liner. Because they were not going to do it. I work as a manager in the home improvement industry, and this is the worst customer experience and customer focused approach I have ever seen. We as the customer where blamed for a pool with a liner that had a visible seam in the shallow end where 2 different pieces of liner were used and connected. The creases have occurred need that seam as has the continued liner popping from the top groove. Ken is the most egotistical home improvement individual I have ever spoken too. He adamantly blamed us and took no responsibility for anything that had gone wrong in the whole process. I understand clearly now why there have been multiple lawsuits against this company. They are solely focused on making money and have no integrity to standby their work or even come up with a mutual agreement to share the cost of fixing the liner. The absolute entitlement is disguising and explains why countless employees I dealt with have since left the company. DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS

Ever since they have moved to the new location in Wenonah, NJ the service has dramatically changed. Last year I came in and found out I had mustard algae; they gave me the printout of how to correct the issue, helped me find everything I needed and sent me on my way. This past week I went back in with a pool sample knowing I had the same mustard algae and was just looking to get the same helpful instruction as I did last year on how to correct the issue. The person at the counter told me everything looked fine with the water, when I told them I was having the same issues as last year and believed it was mustard algae again, I was told I needed 40 gallons of liquid chlorine and Yellow Treat. I was told I needed to scrub down the entire pool and soak everything that came into contact with the pool for 24 hours. When I told them that that was not at all what I was told to do last year, they insisted this was the best way to handle it even though they just got done telling me that the water tested fine. I purchased the $80 worth of product and went home to look for the printout from the previous year. I was able to find it and followed those instructions, which by the way corrected the issue and cleared the pool up. I went back the next day to return the product that was NEVER used, NEVER opened and NEVER left the back seat of my car. I was told they could take back the Yellow Treat but refused to take back the 40 gallons of liquid chlorine saying " I could have contaminated the product" even though it was clear the seal had never been broken. I told them they were going to lose a 35-year customer for accusing me of tampering with product that they insisted my "fine" pool water needed. They let me walk out the door. - Linda Chestnut

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
