I struggled to finish my Fontaine Philly cheesesteak (one of my fave sandwiches) - it was light on mushrooms, cheese and steak, and heavy on the jalapeños! And my daughter disliked her croque monsieur, which is one of her favorite sandwiches! Our food was also brought out at different times, and our water was never refilled. She was not friendly or welcoming. Since KTVU recommended this restaurant, I hope this was just an isolated incident and an off day for the staff. We would be open to giving it another try in the future.
