Anthony is awesome, year after year the service remains impeccable and it's my favorite thing about the place. I truly enjoy the level of detail this place always treats us with. We split our meal and they make everything special for our multiple courses and individually beautifully plated. The bar has the best seating in the house, you get to people watch but also enjoy conversation. I wish they had more hooks for my purse though sometimes it's a struggle to find a good seat. Kiddos to the team for their excellence!

This was my first time coming to Stripsteak. Joined a group of coworkers for dinner WrestleMania 42 weekend and loved it. The food was delicious, especially the Miso Glazed Sea Bass, Wagyu Steak Tartar, Hamachi Nori Taco, and the American Wagyu Steak New York. I tried the Tasting Menu which also came either veggies and Spicy Pork Belly Fried Rice and beignets. Would definitely come back!

We wanted a drink and some conversation and the bars in the casino are so loud and we stumbled upon this place and it was perfect. Definitely a steak house atmosphere and I loved it. I wish we hadn't already eaten dinner because this place would have been perfect. We were able to sit at the bar and after looking at the nice cocktail menu, I settled on an espresso martini. It was prepared quickly and was nice and cold and was excellent. The bartender was friendly and I had a nice experience. Hope to have time to come back and enjoy a meal in a great atmosphere.

We were looking for a place to grab a nice steak on our last night in town. After a decent amount of research, we ended up on STRIPSTEAK for a few reasons. Great value relative to the filet you get, plus we're previously fans of Michael Mina. STRIPSTEAK is located within the Mandalay Bay Hotel. The vibes are classier, but you know... it's Vegas. DRINKS: They have a solid menu featuring wines by the glass, spirits, specialty cocktails, as well as classic cocktails. I would expect they also have beer, NA options, and the ability to make custom drinks. This trip we were feeling cocktail-y, and went with: -Orchard Smash ($22) - This was very good, combining the flavors of bourbon and vanilla vodka. With a slight hint of sour green apple, this was a lovely cocktail. -Empress In Pink ($24) - A deliciously refreshing drink with a beautiful pink hue. Crisp and tasty! FOOD: This was the main reason we came here. We had been craving a filet as of late, and this one seemed like a good bet. Here's what we got: -Trio of Duck Fat Fries ($16) - These actually came as complements of the house. I've seen others post about this since, so it seems like this is somewhat a thing. While I no longer feel as special as I previously did (lol), we very much appreciated the gesture as we LOVE fries, especially cooked in duck fat! It came with a trio of dipping sauces (ketchup, truffle aioli, buffalo ranch), all of which were delicious! -Bread Service for the Table ($8) - This is perfect for anybody that likes carbs! The loaf was separated into 4 pieces, topped with some seasoning, and served with a side of roasted garlic butter. YUM! -Half Dozen Oysters ($30) - You can choose between East Coast and West Coast, but we all know that the West Coast is the best coast! These were solid in size and very flavorful. It was difficult not to order another half-dozen! -Lobster Tacos ($26) - These were on the "Specials of the Day" menu, so possibly not always available. It came with 3 in the order, and they were loaded with lobster. The mango on top was a nice contrast. With two people sharing, I wish it had come with 4 tacos in the order. -8 oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon ($76) - We both ordered this--I got mine Medium, and the wifey got hers Medium-Rare. They came out perfectly grilled on the outside, and pink on the inside. The flavor was outstanding, and the char on the outside was perfect. The steaks are all finished with a Red Wine-Shallot Butter, which only adds to the epicness of flavor. They have a list of "Enhancements & Additions", such as Half Lobster, Grilled Prawns, Foie Gras, Crab Oscar, and Bone Marrow. We opted for the Grilled Prawns ($20) and Bone Marrow ($24)--both were exceptional! The prawns had an amazing char-grilled taste, and the bone marrow was awesome scooped onto the steak, and on its own! They also have a solid list of sauce options. There is a "Sauce Trio" ($11) which comes with Chimichurri, Béarnaise, and their signature STRIPSTEAK Sauce. They also offer Bordelaise, Creamy Horseradish, and Peppercorn. Since they're all the same price ($4/ea), we were able to customize our own trio! Lastly for the steaks, they offer "Toppings", which include a Blue Cheese Crumble and Bone Marrow-Black Truffle Butter. We didn't try either, but the latter specifically sounds intriguing for next time. -Loaded Baked Potato ($19) - This was one of 8 side options they have. We love loaded potatoes, and the description of bacon and smoked Gouda was delicious and unique enough to peak our interest. We were glad we ordered it, because it was delicious! Other side options include: Whipped Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Mushroom Trio, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Pork Belly Fried Rice, Black Truffle Mac 'N Cheese, and the Duck Fat Fries. OVERALL: This was an absolutely incredible and memorable meal. We were celebrating an anniversary, and they made sure to acknowledge that. Our server, David, was great! He was friendly, gave recommendations, and was a pleasure to interact with. Shout-out to all the BOH staff churning out banger after banger, and one of the best steaks we can remember having! I would love to watch them cook the steaks next time so I can fully appreciate it. I loved this meal so much, I even posted a Reel on Instagram about it! Thanks again STRIPSTEAK, we'll definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas! IG: @bbnem.eats

First time trying this restaurant while we were on vacation in Vegas. We came here because friends and family raved about this restaurant. We were in luck because they had a chef's tasting menu that allowed us to try smaller portions of many of their most popular dishes. There was more than enough food to go around. The dining room is very large, modern and well laid out. All the servers were exceptional and provided the highest level of service. They serve complimentary fries that are fried in duck fat, which makes it extra crispy and tasty, and it comes flavored in 3 different seasonings. The shrimp cocktail from the tasting menu was extremely nicely presented and probably the largest shrimp I have ever had in a shrimp cocktail. The nori hamachi sushi taco was amazing, along with the pork belly fried rice. The wagyu rib cap was delicious, melted in your mouth and the truffle mac n cheese was the perfect pairing to go with it along with the grilled broccolini. The miso marinated sea bass was buttery and a must try! The quality, service and atmosphere of this restaurant definitely lives up to the hype!

We've eaten here 3 times now. All three times, the steak has been cooked perfectly, and the fries are delicious. I am super glad I decided to make reservations earlier in the day because it was the busiest we've ever seen it - that's a good thing. Due to it being super busy, the wait on our steaks did take abnormally longer. Strip steak does change their menu from time to time, so we also try something new every time we go, although I still remember one item that I wish they would bring back. The server provided service that you would expect at a steak house and did apologize for the wait on the food even though it's not her fault.

Easy to make a reservation and we were promptly seated in a nice booth. No smoke from casino which was a bonus. The food was great we shared oysters, poke and a filet mignon. The steak was cooked rare to perfection which is unfortunately hard to find in Vegas. The oysters were tasty though a bit small. My only complaint is that the prices are outrageous, but they are comparable to other high end casino steakhouses and you are paying for the convenience of not having to trek off the property.

Staff is kind, but the space is extremely loud inside, even at 9pm when our reservation was. We ordered 3 filets and they all came out drastically different sizes and thickness, with the one cooked medium rare the largest. The fries and dipping sauces were good, as was the pork belly appetizer. Skip the ahi crispy rice.

Few places leave a lasting impression quite like this one. Having sampled steaks from some of the most acclaimed steakhouses across the country, I can say without hesitation that this was the finest I have ever experienced. The preparation was flawless--so memorable, in fact, that I returned the very next evening to indulge once more. Accompaniments such as the velvety mashed potatoes and the complimentary duck fat fries with their selection of sauces were equally remarkable, striking the perfect balance of indulgence and refinement. The portions are generous, almost lavish, making it difficult to savor everything in a single sitting. Next time, I intend to return with friends so we can share dishes and explore more of the menu's offerings together. The service matched the caliber of the cuisine. Traveling alone, I chose to sit at the bar on both occasions, where I was warmly welcomed by Tony, a bartender whose charm is only matched by his mastery of mixology. Each cocktail was crafted with precision and artistry. For wine enthusiasts, the expertise of the sommelier, Josh is not to be missed--his recommendations elevated the experience even further and proved to be impeccable pairings. This is a restaurant that transcends expectation, delivering not only exceptional food and drink but also an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. It is, without question, a destination worth returning to, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit

StripSteak has only gotten better since Justin took over at the helm! The service is fabulous. We enjoy the classy, contemporary ambiance and the amazing food. The wood-fired flavor really is everything! Additionally, I never knew I needed duck fat in my life, and food, until I tried the fries here. The hamachi tacos are fantastic. So much better than the Japanese restaurant I tried them at last night. The green garnish on top is such a cute touch! The salmon and sea bass are delicious. Not only are the desserts (cheesecake and molten cake sundae) fun to crack open, but they are also the perfect end to an amazing meal. We will continue to come here for so many reasons!

In town for the PPAI Convention at Mandalay Bay and decided to hit StripSteak after a coworker recommendation... SO glad we did. Everything was on point. I had the filet mignon (chef's kiss), my wife went with the salmon, and my brother-in-law crushed the ribeye -- all incredible. And the sides? Absolutely off the hook. Zero misses at the table. Huge shoutout to our waiter Glen -- seriously top-notch. We had a couple people with food allergies and he handled it like a pro. The place was packed and the kitchen was in full-on rush mode, but Glen kept us taken care of and made sure we never felt forgotten. Extra bonus points to GM Sandro for stopping by to check on us -- love that kind of personal touch. Great food, great service, great vibe. StripSteak is officially on my must-hit list every time I'm back in Vegas.

I'm on the fence with this restaurant. It was very expensive, small portions, nothing to write home about, good but not great. Service was good, a few particular servers were really great, then the others were ok. We celebrated a birthday but we all walked away feeling ripped off unfortunately. The steaks were good, a couple of us had the swordfish which was not good at all. Very fishy. Their complimentary French fries are off the chain. But that was the extent of the excitement. Even my white chocolate martini was milky and not great. For the price you hope this would be delicious.

Such a wonderful dining experience! We had a fairly large group of adults and kids and everything was handled smoothly . I loved the suggestions on what to order from appetizers to main course and drinks . Service was exceptional and one of the most delicious steaks I've had in a while ! Love the dark moody ambiance as well

Pouring this much gravy over a Wagyu steak should be a war crime. Especially if it's "award-winning."

Does this restaurant have Creekstone Ribeye or steaks except for Tomahawk?

    Are there decent vegan options?

Yes. Excellent cucumber martini. In terms of food you would need to check the menu or give them a call.

Are kids (10years old) okay to eat at StripSteak? Or suggestions for a 10 year old in Las Vegas who doesn't like hamburgers?

Yes. There is no age limit but I'm am not aware of a kids menu.

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

Buyer beware, the lobsters were warm water lobsters and not cold water lobsters...always ask before you order lobster in any restaurant. If it's not cold water lobster, it's just not the same. The standout of the meal was, without a doubt, the seafood tower. It was absolutely worth ordering. The generous portions of crab, lobster, and shrimp made it feel like a great value, especially since the crab was already out of the shell and the lobster was perfectly prepared and ready to enjoy. We also loved the mango and raspberry sorbets for dessert--they were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We brought our own bottle of wine and paid the $50 corkage fee. I also ordered the Black Cherry Margarita, which was delicious, while my husband enjoyed a glass of the Domaine Laroche Chablis. Unfortunately, the steak was just okay. We ordered it medium-rare, but it came out a bit overcooked. The wedge salad and French fries were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. We expected to spend around $500 for dinner, so the price itself wasn't the issue. We were simply hoping the quality would better match the cost. While we enjoyed parts of the meal--especially the seafood tower, desserts, and the wonderful service from Xavier and Kimmy--we left feeling that the overall dining experience didn't quite justify the price tag.

The atmosphere, style, vibe, service, and even the bathrooms are all worth mentioning. I ordered the Tennessee Sidecar, and it was easy to drink. My favorite cocktail is a classic Sidecar, so I really enjoyed this twist on it. My husband and I shared the Tomahawk for Two. The menu didn't mention that it came with any sides, but it was served with cooked carrots and asparagus in the same pan as the steak. Since we didn't know that ahead of time, we also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini. The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately the tomahawk lacked flavor. My husband and I both ended up adding salt to our steaks, and that's honestly never happened to us at any steakhouse before. The steak itself, however, was cooked perfectly. The carrots, asparagus, and broccolini were all decent, but they also needed a bit of seasoning in our opinion. The standout side for us was definitely the whipped potatoes. Those were delicious! One dish that really caught our attention at the table was the Surf & Turf. It was served with melted butter in a small bowl that sat over an enclosed flame, which made for a really nice presentation. I included a video. As for dessert, I have to admit my husband and I were disappointed. After seeing photos from other reviews that mentioned getting a large slice of rich chocolate cake, I was expecting my husband to receive a nice slice of their chocolate cake for his birthday, too. Instead, he was brought what they called a "Green Velvet Cake," which tasted like a cheesecake-cake hybrid. I'm sorry, but it was very underwhelming. It honestly made me think it was a cake idea from St. Patrick's Day. Not only did it look unappealing to us, but all of that bright green food coloring wasn't exactly appetizing either. We also expected there to be at least one birthday candle, but there wasn't. My husband ended up sticking a toothpick into the cake and pretended it was a candle, which at least gave us a good laugh. I'm also hoping that "birthday dessert" wasn't something we were charged for. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I even loved the bathrooms. Each restroom has its own private sink inside, which was thoughtful and that I really appreciated. (Photos included!) That said, the food my husband and I ordered simply didn't live up to our expectations, especially for a steakhouse at this price point. Because of that, we probably wouldn't choose Smith & Wollensky again for celebrating a family birthday. If we did return, we'd definitely be ordering something different.

Had an Open Table reservation on a HOT 109 degree Wednesday evening. Nice small place, somewhat…read moreintimate indoor setting? Got seated right away and had a nice waiter go over the menu. Drinks: FINE, YOU?: It's an Old Fashioned and it was delicious. PIPER'S CHOICE: My wife likes her Espresso Martini creamy and a little bit on the sweeter side. This has more of a stiffer espresso forward taste which kinda put her off. Apps: CRISPY CHICKEN SKINS: Fried chicken skin with honey dip? Who knew that would work!? My wife and I loved it. "DEVIL'S" EGG: First time trying caviar and I think it pairs pretty well. BACON BURGER: My daughter finished it I'd say she like it! Main Course: BACON BURGER: My daughter got this and it was a thumbs up. No notes. COCOA-ESPRESSO NY STRIP: Nice sear crust with a perfect medium-rare. Great flavor with no burnt after-taste from the crust. SHORT RIB STEAK: The meat itself is very tender but with the pepperoncini it got my head scratching . When I think of pepperoncini I'm thinking of Italian subs or pizza? Does it work? I guess? They put the check inside a softcover novel which is pretty cool. In the pages were notes/comment from patrons. Could't help myself and got in on the fun!

Small place, good music playing and it wasn't terribly loud in the dining area, which we…read moreappreciated. We could carry on a conversation at the table. The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
