We didn't mind though because it gave us time to go through their massive menu. They have lots of soft and hard flavors, along with sundaes, shakes, and much more. My friend was set on trying their Dubai chocolate ice cream until he saw that it was a massive cup with an overwhelming amount of ice cream and toppings. Since we both decided on their apple pie ice cream, we shared their medium size ($6) to save a couple dollars compared to two smalls. We sat outside, but their tables are far, with very little lighting so it was sad. The apple pie ice cream literally taste like the first bite of vanilla ice cream over a slice of apple pie during thanksgiving dinner, without the cold and hot combo you get with the real experience. This is a seasonal flavor so it only comes around September, but I would highly recommend. I thought their prices were fair and aligned with most ice cream shops.

I did have plans to play golf after, so I made a quick decision on ice cream, then took a couple minutes to look at the animals in the back (mostly cows). I was in heaven the moment I saw my favorite ice cream flavors in one on the menu: peanut butter caramel cookie dough. Call me controversial but I was also so grateful it didn't have chocolate chips. The ice cream was very smooth and creamy, with each flavor popping up at different moments. There are a couple of tables to choose from under a covering, but since I was in a rush, I chose to stand and watch the animals. They have a little gumball machine filled with animal food and a sink to wash your hands after. It's a very cute and semi-isolated place. The staff member was friendly and portions are good.

And according to their yelp page, I am late to the game. After a short drive on some pretty tree lined winding roads, I arrived at my destination. It was another blistering hot day when I pulled into the parking lot. A cute white building with a big ole tent in front for shading waiting guests. Already a good sign! The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant, although when I mentioned I wanted to try *her* favorite, I almost laughed as she hesitated before saying, "it's cotton candy, is that okay?" because little did she know I happen to LOVE cotton candy ice cream. Genuinely a sweet young lady. I got my colorful cone, snapped a few photos and jumped into my car to eat in the AC. The ice cream was very good. Very creamy, wonderful cotton candy flavor but didn't over do it in the sugar department. Sometimes cotton candy ice cream can be too sweet with the sugar on sugar combo, so I appreciate that Simcock Farms knows how to balance it. I'm bummed that it took me this long to find this place, but consider this the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

It's a…read moregreat little shop on Hope Street, and if you're already spending time in the neighborhood, it's an easy place to recommend. The hardest part of visiting is deciding what to order. They have a huge selection of flavors, and every time we go in I end up standing there longer than I planned because there are so many tempting choices. It's the kind of problem every ice cream shop should have. The ice cream itself is outstanding. It's fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy. Every flavor we've tried has been excellent, and it's easy to see why this place has developed such a loyal following. In my opinion, it's the best ice cream on the East Side. Just be prepared to wait if you're stopping by on a nice evening. The shop is fairly small inside, and it's not uncommon for the line to stretch right out the front door. Thankfully, the staff keeps things moving, and the wait has always been worth it. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ice cream and the generous portions. Parking can be a little hit or miss since it's mostly street parking, although there are a handful of spaces behind the building. Somehow we've been lucky the last few visits and managed to grab a spot right out front, even when there was a long line. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the small space and limited parking can make visiting during peak hours a little less convenient. Once you have your ice cream, though, it's hard to complain. If you're looking for fantastic homemade ice cream in Providence, Three Sisters absolutely deserves a visit. Just bring a little patience if you're going on a warm summer evening.

Having a job that has me outside most of the day it is really nice to have a friendly space to stop in and cool off. There are no steps to get in, the menu board is large and readable, and they offer things like individual ice creams, smoothies, and milkshakes as well as larger tubs of their homemade ice cream, ice cream cakes, gift cards, and do in store pickup for online orders as well as delivery through doordash.
