Showed up on time. Explained what was going on with my clogged vent and pipe which was full of tons of water. They had to go into crawl space to drain all the water and remove lint from pipe, and took video of the process. They are reliable, cleaned up after the job and are extremely respectful young men. We purchased a new home and was told by the inspector that the dryer vent under the house was torn and would need replacing. These guys literally saved us thousands of dollars. We were about to buy a new dry cleaner because ours wasn't drying anymore. A friend recommended we check out the vent to see if there was build up in there. Sure enough I tried cleaning it out myself but I got stuck. I put a quote out and these guys responded right away. My dryer kept giving me damp clothes after multiple repeat drying sessions. It also kept giving me the "clean dryer vent" message. Turns out the ducting in the wall was full of lint. Mark Jr is a wonderful young man, honest and helpful. He came with the other guy who didn't even want to take a look at what's going on in the attic where I need help.
