Yes! I have a mouse in the house!! Manny came out on time and we went through house garage and back yard to figure out where mouse getting in. Turns out behind washer and dryer. Yikes lots of traffic and poop. He set up the bait traps that he will monitor. No need for me to worry about cute little dead mice. Manny has treated two separate homes for appx 2 years. He is extremely professional and knows his profession very well. We had a horrible brown widow problem at one of our houses! At the time our son was learning to walk and was cruising every surface of our teak patio furniture (which apparently these spiders love). So I was terrified that he would come across one of those ugly suckers. Although it took a few times for Manny to come out to nearly eliminate the problem (it was so bad!), scheduling was never an issue and he would always be available to retreat when needed between scheduled service times. On the first visit Manny spent an hour cleaning up spider webs and spraying the perimeter and inside of the garage.
