The lounge at Concourse E is one of the best I've experienced. Amenities: Fully stocked bar Soup, salad, pasta dishes, bread, other salads and dishes with different proteins, dessert Coffee/espresso machine Large areas of space with charging ports and different types of seating Beverage cart (non-alcoholic) was pushed around for convenience Hand passed speciality items Counter staff was the best I've seen. This is a sweet little spot that ushers you away from the airport craze. It's a haven of silence and peace. Delta is my favorite airline - so this club is my favorite. You are greeted by professional staff and welcomed to a buffet or a corner spot to chill. They have clean bathrooms, showers and unlimited supply of coffee. For the club: I actually like this club better than the new club in F which has some seriously tight chokepoints around the bar, restrooms, and entrance to the outdoor terrace. And not nearly enough seating. Club in E on the other hand is actually quite spacious and well laid out. Review for the concourse itself: Not nearly as nice of course as the new concourse F. Arriving internationally in E for ATL destined passengers stinks because of an epic walk that's required to reach immigration in F. Domestic flights out of E are really the pits because of the distance from the domestic entrance on the other end of the airport. read more

Delta Skyclub Concourse E ATL (Better Food & Now Massage Services) Location: Centrally located on the concourse but a bit tucked away from main traffic. Just look for the Sky Club signs. Facilities: Spacious, clean with showers and a quite room for cleaning up, and (not sure if this is a trial or permanent) massage services. Extra Amenities: 1. Massage Services: Just used these and was really pleased with price and services. Admittedly I was skeptical at first but the booking staff the massage podium were polite, professional and not the least bit pushy. I was especially appreciative they took my boarding time into consideration and helped pick a massage time that suited both my aches and pains and my time schedule. My masseuse was excellent. Didn't rush the massage and concentrated on the areas asked but did NOT forget the rest of the body. 2. Showers: Consistently high marks for cleanliness, spaciousness, and quality of products, i.e. towels, soap, shampoo, etc.) however; never get a warm welcoming feeling from the staff at the shower area. Professional yes. Welcoming....ahhhh...not so much. 3. Quite Room: Haven't used recently so no can't give any input except hoping they finally got rid of the uncomfortable slippery material, horrible angle of the lounge chairs. Food: BIG improvement from what was being offered before. Makes these dang long filights a little more pleasurable. Still have the soups and salads, etc but now they seem to offer something a bit more substitutive. Bar: Good choices and experienced bartender. Service: Excellent. Overall: With the improvement in food and the addition of the massages I have to give this lounge its 5th star. read more

My wife and I visited the Delta SkyClub in Concourse E on our way home from a quick weekend trip to attend a funeral. We had a 3 hour layover before our connecting flight and this SkyClub was a great place to unwind and relax after a busy weekend. We visited in the late evening and and it was crowded when we arrived; however, as the international flights started departing the crowds became much smaller. We were impressed with the food and drink selections and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything here was clean, including the food areas, seating areas, and restrooms which was impressive considering the crowd size when we arrived. This is my second favorite SkyClub in Atlanta after the one in Concourse F and I look forward to relaxing here again soon. read more

The Concourse E is definitely one of my favorite domestic Sky Clubs, and absolutely worth a stop for you if you're a Sky Club member with some time to kill at ATL, and you can't make it all the way to the newest Club at F. You've got the compulsory creature comforts of all Sky Clubs, like the cardboard tube hummus, yogurt pretzels, olive salad, unlimited Biscoff cookies, and those weird Savannah sugar cookies. Okay, so I'm a little cynical in that regard. However, this Sky Club is pretty spacious compared to some of the other Clubs at ATL, and they do have newly-renovated private shower suites, which are worth the cost of admission on their own. There is definitely ample seating, and they have a "nap room." Free WiFi is more than adequate, employees are friendly and helpful. Good access to Concourse E centerpoint/train, and the gates. Located next to a TGI Friday's if you're truly peckish and the free snacks aren't doing it for you. I've noticed also that this Sky Club has a very ample quantity of power outlets and USB ports which are woefully hard to come by at many other airport locations. read more

Here's MY way to start the New Year off with my first Yelp review. First, I've just returned from an island with nice beach, lots of sun, a great room with the family right on the water, and lots of topless young la--er, scratch that. Well, maybe... I digress. So traveling back to reality it's just not right when there's a 3+ hour layover without a fine Delta Sky Club to kick back in, and that's just what I did. Really fine house cabernet, no charge, really decent free food which takes on a new paradigm when you've been paying ridiculous fees for food and drinks on a Caribbean beach. Nice people? Yes, the folks here have been quite pleasant vs. some of the harsh comments below. HINT: try being nice yourself and it returns to you. Tip the bar folks, say please and thank you. You know, the stuff they taught in first grade. So, cool club ala what I expect in Hotlanta. Really great showers, nice, spacious clean bathrooms, different areas to kick back in with a variety of moods, and LOTS of electrical outlets for plugging your gear into, variety of televisions, etc. USBs included. I found the staff to be staff to be EXTREMELY rude and condescending. My wife and I purchased first class tickets to celebrate our honeymoon. From the second we entered the lounge the people behind the desk were rude and dismissive. They were unable, but more likely unwilling to answer simple questions. All in all it was a pretty frustrating way to start the honeymoon, we ended up leaving and the person running the snack cart where we bought something had better customer service then the Delta employee in charge of the higher class service. read more

This is the nicest sky club I've ever been to. It's one of only 2 sky clubs at the Atlanta airport that have showers. There is also an abundance of seating, and there is a really nice bar area. You can get SweetWater for free, and the snacks here are decent (especially the hummus). If you order from the "premium bar," it will cost you, though. I'll be honest that I've not been into too many Delta Sky Clubs in all my years of traveling. I was never loyal to a particular airline or desperate enough during layovers to fork over the extra cash for the comfort of a private sky club. But my boyfriend, however, travels for work quite often and has elite status with Delta (as well as Delta AMEX card), entitling him to enter any Delta Sky lounge at any airport at any time. Sweet. On our way out of the country to Cancun, we stopped at the Delta Sky Club before our plane - and it was an early morning flight (8:20 AM), so we were there at 7 AM and in need of some kind of breakfast / coffee. This was when the Sky lounge shone bright like a diamond: free coffees of any kind, breakfast pastries (bagels, mini cinnamon rolls and waffles, muffins, toast, etc.), oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and a full bar at your disposal if you take the term "It's 5 o'clock somewhere literally." Although the coffee leaves a lot to be desired when compared to Starbucks, it's free coffee/cappucino/latte, so I won't complain. There's a good mix of tables, booths, tall tables, club chairs, and even some super comfy, padded chairs that are high backed to give tired patrons the option to sleep undisturbed without nodding off and having their heads fall back in an uncomfortable position or bugging anyone else (I saw one guy utilizing this type of chair with an eye mask). For the most part, the staff's quite friendly, the bathrooms are immaculate, there's plenty of room to spread out and plug in anything that needs charging, and everything's free once you're in the door. What more could one want on a layover or at the beginning or end of a trip? Works for me. read more

The terminal E Sky Club was great. See discount depending on CC. The seating is typical of Sky Clubs. I popped into Terminal A's club seemed to have more seating. I was told that the E and F terminal lounges served hot food which they did! Tasty pasta and a chicken and mushroom. The business section had plenty of stations. This lounge also had attached tablets to surf the web. The bar staff was nice and seemed to recognize regulars easily. Make sure to leave a tip. The WiFi was clear with no sign of slowing down. Tons of computers everywhere. And take a few cookies to go :) read more

This was my jump off point for my trip to Paris. A space that though it can get busy allows plenty of space as well as a quiet area that really can help one focus on a presentation....or like me...just relax before getting on a plane for 6 hours heading to Europe. Wi fi, free food and drinks...a bar that can make anything and servers willing to please. In comparison to other Delta Sky Clubs in the US I would rank this one as one of the better ones. Having been renovated in 2011 the club has an open layout with a modern look and is the largest Sky Club in the ATL airport. They have 8 shower suites here as well since there are a lot if international flights that come through concourse E. I was in here last during the morning when they have their breakfast foods out. I like to grab some of the mini banana nut and blueberry muffins. The cinnamon scones seem to go fastest, though I've never tried them. But in comparison to the airline clubs overseas the US clubs, not just Delta, don't stack up at all. The ones overseas are a lot bigger and have a lot better food. read more

This is likely the 100th+ time I've been to a Delta or KLM lounge since 2003 and I have never reviewed any of them because they seem similar enough that as a commodity, and sure, a perk for the folks who can afford it or people like me who travel 70% of the time, there is just not much to talk about. However, the service at the lounge in Term E was so amazing, it warrants a review. Not many enjoy being delayed or stuck on a long layover, and this amazing staff knows how to take the edge off the insanity that is the misery of waiting. Other than the obnoxious Buckeye fan at the bar, the lounge was classy, clean, and quiet. The staff was super attentive and engaging, so much so that many 'patrons' didn't want to go to their gate. That says a lot for an airport lounge staff, given that most lounges have a snack offering of blah and restrooms that have a bit of a funk if not cleaned in the past 30 min. Bravo to the bar staff and front desk staff of the Delta lounge in Term E; you've renewed my faith that even when serving a captive audience, a team can recognize the importance of customer service and customer care. read more

He's like he's a guest not a member. Well we are definitely members. Then Miss Sandy and Barb take over. What a refreshing change! Complete opposite of the grizzley man. They were so helpful! Went out of their way so helpful! We had been up since 3:57 am and sitting in an airport all morning with huge delays and missed flights. As Yelp describes 3 stars, A-OK. I've experienced several airlines international business lounges...The Delta lounge is comfortable and a good place to crash before your flight. I would say the best parts are the free drinks (while United Airlines charges for alcoholic drinks), wifi, and a quiet place to crash before your flight. They keep changing between providing hors d'oeuvres to not really having much food. When you're paying for the lounge membership or a business class ticket, you'd expect there to be real food as many other international airlines lounges have. Delta could up their game by consistently providing hors d'oeuvres / light sandwiches at the international concourse (E) Crown Room. Also, they could do a slightly better job with the quantity and variety of newspapers and magazines. Otherwise, a good lounge. (: read more

One of the top two D skyclubs I've been to. It can get busy, but there's a large variety of seating options all with access to outlets for charging up. Also love the quiet area where you can knock off for a while in an oversized lounger. Lots of flatscreens, wider food choices than the other ATL skyclubs (except terminal F), a ~12 seater bar with 2 bartenders, showers and business carrels. More than enough amenities and distractions to cover you while you wait or are stuck on layover. read more

They renovated the Skyclub and while it looks great and all, there's no place to sleep! We first settled on the comfy red couches but a staff told us to visit the "nap room" instead. The room is quiet and warmer but the chairs are absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable even for sitting, nevermind napping! Everything else is great but c'mon, get some nap-quality furniture for the tired travelers please. read more

This is one of the better of the "new look" Sky Clubs. I like it. They layout is good, with the snacks counter laid out at a 45-degree angle, and it's long. They stock little plates on each end, so it's a two-way deal, improving efficiency of use. It's not huge, but bigger than the newer ones down the concourses, and there are lots of seats. Many seats have electrical access, too, which we all need. read more
