This store is big, spacious. They have room for me and a friend to sit side by side for our manicures or pedicures. Me and my friend got pedicures. It costed around $30 (tip included). I love the hot stones and the girl had really great pressure on my feet. I had gotten acrylic nails from them previously. These were the best nails I ever had. They didn't chip or lift for a month! Super disappointed. I've been going here for 8 years on and off. The last 4 years I've been going here consistently every 2-3 weeks. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Not only did the nail tech, Amy, spend an hour doing my nails, but the design was still horrid after I asked her to fix it. It literally looks like a 10 year old did my nails. Demi even walked by and looked at them, yet said nothing to her. They charged me $48 for a fill and this horribly done design. I used to love demis nails now unless you make an appointment with your favorite nail tech you just take your chances. Chair 13 thinks this is a coffin nail, no this is a square nail. This is the second time I have gotten this tech and she does whatever she wants, not what you want. So if you want to play nail roulette go with chair 13. If you want to choose what you want do NOT. It is very disappointing. I even told her twice, I do not mind making an appointment so Demi can do it the way I'd like it. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back without an appointment with my favorite nail techs. She didn't do a terrible job, but she didn't do what I asked for, a red coffin nail. Simple, no designs. I went in with my friend for my birthday to get pedicures. First off, it was super jam packed. It's not a relaxing atmosphere either, there's too much going on and they make you feel really rushed. I sat and waited 45 minutes for my nail tech to show up and she literally never did. I watched my friend get her entire pedicure done while I sat with my feet in freezing cold water. Finally the manager came by and asked another nail tech to do my pedicure. Then he poured super hot water into my foot tub and it almost burned me. Then the girl who did my feet was extremely rough and it was a rush job. She cut me twice, she kept repositioning my legs even after I told her I have arthritis and it was painful to move my leg a certain way. THEN to top it all off, they charged us for the deluxe package which we didn't even receive. The entire experience was a complete nightmare. 0/10 read more

Went yesterday for my Birthday. Made an appointment a week ago for 4 people. We sat with our feet in cold water for over an hour!!!! Then they rushed through our pedicure. Demi's is a very busy nail salon which is a good thing for a local business. We go to Demi's often for pedicures, manicures and gel nails. They do a good job for the most part. The only issue we have (3 girls in the family) is the polish doesn't stay on for more than a week for the pedicures. Other than that we will keep going and keep addressing this issue with them. read more

I have religiously been getting my nails done at Demi's Nail Salon every month for the past 6-8 months. I have vouched for them as a quality Nail Salon but my most recent set of nails has changed everything about how I perceive this Nail Salon and the owner, Demi. I took my last set of nails off a few days ago expecting to get a new set of nails that same day but when I removed them I was absolutely disgusted looking at 5 of my nails that appear to have fungus. I have always taken very good care of my nails so this caught me by surprise. My first instinct was to tell the Internet how I feel about my most recent experience but I reevaluated and called the Salon to see if there was anything the owner was willing to do to compensate for what had been done. I called the Nail Salon and to much of my surprise the girl on the phone sounded annoyed and indicated the owner, Demi, was busy. I was very irate and asked to speak with the owner even if I had to wait and advised her this was urgent as I have fungus on my nail due to the salon not cleaning their tools properly. Within 1 minute I was speaking to the owner, Demi, and she also sounded annoyed and advised me to come in so she can see. I immediately went in to Demi's and patiently waited to speak with the owner. After 5 minutes she approached me in front of all of the customers in the salon (~20 Clients) she attempted to advise me this was my fault and the cause was water getting under the nail bed. Excuse me? I remained calm and let her attempt to explain and continue to NOT take ownership for her nail techs NOT sanitizing their tools. She kept trying to give me advise and even advised to get the fungus sanded down with a tool? At this point all I can think is "How does this lady run a business"? She stated "If you're not happy with this salon you are more than welcome to try another" MIND YOU this is in front of all of her clients who are watching quietly as the owner does everything but try to resolve the situation. She ended the conversation by advising my friend and I to never come back and to report her business to the better Business bureau. Her clients stared in awe clearly uncomfortable. I am still in shock that I now have to deal with this disgusting fungus and I'm appalled at how this situation was handled. A couple walked in for 2 pedicures, no appointment, about 35 minutes into my wait, were seated at the same time as me in a pedicure chair, and started on before me, as I was left soaking my feet. I anticipated they were a good salon with the number of people that were waiting. After a 25 minute foot soak, they still hadn't realized I was there. I got up and left. I didn't say a word to anyone. I think they were relieved I left. What a terrible business to do this to a potential new client. Started going back after a year long hiatus to get nails and threading done. Hannah does a great job every time. I gave 3 stars due to the overcharging of using your debit/credit card instead of cash...I understand a surcharge sure.....but why am I charged $85 (stated by owner/manager) for a gel mani/pedi when the ticket I gave the receptionist states $70?? Even with local tax and a surcharge that wouldn't be an extra $15??? I give Hannah a cash tip so that's not in that charge!! Prior to this all 3 services added up to $90 and the charge was $96 for using my card...I think I've learned my lesson and won't be going back. read more

Ok I am spoiled now! I went last minute to get a manicure. The salon is very clean and open. If you do not have an appointment you may have to wait but it is worth the time. The technician was very fast and efficient. I decided to get a French manicure and it lasted for four weeks. Just from observation, the clientele appears to be returns and regulars. Awful experience. I had an appointment booked with Sam because there are only a few nail techs that can do long nails. After arriving early I was placed with a woman named, Kim. I showed her a photo of the nails that I wanted& she stated she could do them. They were a French tip with pink & white w/ a coffin tip. She began gluing on the tips while watching a movie. I noticed that they were glued on crooked so I asked her if she could fix them because they were going to cost me $100. She cut one off, glued on another and began watching the movie again, asking me if it was a scary movie... I replied by saying, I don't know. I was watching her file my nails while she watched this movie. After noticing that she wasn't doing a good job she told Demi that she didn't want to do my nails. Demi told me how booked she was and told me to come back. I told her i didn't have time to go back so she made her customer get out of her chair mid service and move to Kim's chair to accommodate me. She kept talking about how busy she was. She made me feel like I was the inconvenience. She then cut my nails off and told me I could go somewhere else. She didn't care about the hour I had wasted. She didn't not care because I'm just another customer and she is completely booked. They were very unprofessional and made me feel like an inconvenience. Saddly, I will not be returning. The dip full set I requested was completely changed at the time of service unbeknownst to me they were already set on doing an overlay with gel finish. First my appointment was at 11:00. I wasn't seated until after 11:40. They seat me with an older female who decided to start rough with removing my color and ended up burning my finger with her tool. She attempted to make small talk but I wasn't interested. She must've got the hint because they sat me with another female who was just as rough and kept hitting the cuticle edges, this female decided to change the service into an overlay with gel finish. The smallest move you accidentally make - you're scolded for. The hand massage at the end was gross, they rub your hands with all the nail shavings still on your wrists with no water rinse. To top it all off at the end of service, they gave you no time to get your things gathered and exit the chair because they already had the next customer hovering and standing over behind you waiting to sit in the chair. For a first time visit, this will also be the last time that I will attempt to get a service done here. They also need to keep some narcan on hand because a lady overdosed in their pedicure chair. The quantity over quaity vibe is written all over this place. I hope others have a better experience. read more

I had gone to Demi's and had received a booking with the lady at station 7. I had shown her the nail design I had wanted and she had told me that she as able to do them. As she used the drill she had cut me 3 times, then the French tips were not sleek and had been done sloppy. She had attempted to do the stars in the picture shown and I told her to forget about it because she couldn't do it so she removed it. She didn't remove the product completely so I asked her to remove it again before curing. She said under her breath she couldn't remove it and tried to buff it off. After paying I had observed my nails and saw the poor work, I had called and they had said to come back in for someone else. They had told me next time to show the girls at the front what I wanted so they could put me with someone who could do it yet she woman said she could do it. The manager then agreed to refund me the amount I paid yet when I finished getting them fixed they charged me $15 for the designs I had intended at first and didn't refund me the money. read more

I really tried to like Demi's. The salon itself seems nice - plenty of stations for manicures, separate room full of new, comfortable pedicure massage chairs. Lots of tvs showing good movies. It is quite dark in there though. Almost impossible to match colors. My mom got what she thought was a matching mani/pedi, but when she left the dark salon and stepped outside her nails were clearly an entirely different color than her toes. But the real reason I had to stop going to Demi's is the staff. They were just so rude every time that I had to move on and find a new place. The receptionist was never warm, welcoming or friendly. Always seemed irritated if I asked even the smallest request (even for basic things like asking to look through the gel colors). On my last visit I got a pedicure and gel manicure. My nail technician burnt my legs with the hot stone "massage". She haDid an ok job with the actual pedicure otherwise, but there was no further massage or attempt to make up for burning my legs and there was barely an attempt made to exfoliate. I prefer to have my gel manicure polish soaked off, even if it takes a few minutes longer, because I don't like how weak my nails become if they file it off with that electric rotating file they usually use for acrylics. When I requested that they soak off my existing gel polish my manicurist actually rolled her eyes at me and refused to do it. She seemed really irritated and started talking, loudly, to the other manicurists, presumably about me, in another language and I felt very uncomfortable. She then refused to do my manicure and told me someone else would do it. The new manicurist also refused to soak off the polish and proceeded to file it off even when I asked, patiently, multiple times. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time I was getting my nails done. And those are just examples from one visit! Going to get your nails done should be a relaxing treat. Very disappointing that customer service is so severely lacking at this salon. read more
