Horrible! I got my nails done here (a brand new full acrylic set) on a Friday, they didn't come out exactly the way I wanted them, but I was like whatever. I left out of town that night for a funeral and the next morning before the funeral, 3 of the nails broke, I had to file all of them down to match because I was on stage and couldn't have jacked up nails for my speech. I got back Tuesday night and called them Wednesday morning to fix my nails cause I had just got back in. When I got there, they were going to make me pay to have them redone because I filed them down, because 3 of them broke and the others were so long it looked stupid having them that way. By the way the acrylic on them was as thin as the gel polish, so I know why they broke. Horrible work. She rushed through them. If you don't have time to do someone's nails then just don't do them at all. I would never make someone re pay for a service because I messed up, I would gladly put them back in my chair and fix my mistakes. They would of gained a long time customer if they did that, but now they lost a lot of customers because I will never recommend them to anyone. And 90% of my friends and family get their nails done. It would of been an easy fix, but they chose not to do it. NEVER going back! read more

I found out about Demi's nails on line. I gave them a try. I was very happy!! but on the 10th visit she did a very poor job. I went back for Kim to Repaint my nails. I noticed when I got into natural light that my nails was streaky so I called to make an appointment for them to re-paint my nails. so at that point they told me it would be $20 to get it redone after i already pay $65 +10 dollars tips come on now you pay all this money and they have an attitude when you just wanted what you paid for who in the hell do they think they are? there was another lady there, too. That wasn't happy with the outcome of her nails, and they had to redo it. She was sitting right next to me. just because they have a fancy looking salon doesn't mean that they can take a vantage of their customers and they're always in hurry so they can start on the next customer it's all about money it's not about customer satisfaction that's BS I will never go back there and I will never recommend anyone. and another thing if you don't ask for services they should not prompt you to get things done like waxing your eyebrows and mustache. she doesn't even wash her hands before waxing and facial hair. The manager is a total you know what I'm gonna keep it clean. And how about hand washing after other customer. read more

This is a big nail salon. Very clean and they have sealed, individual pedicure packets and the packet is given to you after, love that. The pedicure given was excellent. Going on 8 years with Demi's Nails. I love that the girls stay on top of new trends and think outside the box with new ideas on nail art. They listen to each of our unique styles! They were also one of the first to bring gel paints to Albuquerque and have more color selection than any others!! Most importantly, the salon is well cared for and always sanitary and clean! My mom and I love Demi nails . We just got our nails and feet done and waxing of eye brows. I always get gel for both nails and feet. I got this new gel color and I absolutely love it! They did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Everyone is so nice in there and they take walk ins. You can also make appointments so that's really really nice! They do get really busy. Sometimes you can wait maybe 10-15 mins if you choose to do a walk-in based on my experience.. I think that's not to bad of a wait considering other places. I love Mimi and Lynn!!!! read more

Went into Demi Nails to get my eyebrows done and I had a horrendous experience. The woman who was going to do my eyebrows was talking on a cell phone. She continued to talk on the cell phone while she was prepping to do my eyebrows and I assumed she would hang up before doing my actual eyebrows. I was wrong. She continued to speak on the cell phone while she placed the wax on my brows. I was so appalled that she was willing to do my eyebrows while on a social call. I left and had to take the wax off my brows myself. Horrendous experience. I will not go back. read more

What a disappointment! I took my girl for her 13th birthday to get a mani/pedi, and first of all they kept up separate practically the entire time which was very upsetting. She has only gotten her nails done a couple of time and needed help, but they had her at the other side of the salon. They showed inappropriate R rated movies while we were there and there were younger girls than mine present. To top it all off the quality of the work done was just awful! They didn't even trim our cuticles, the small heart I asked for is jacked up and you can still see the previous nail polish in the pedicure. The acrylics are already lifting. We went in on 1/27/23 and this review is being written on 1/30/23. Do not go to Kim, she is so rude! Verbally scoffed at me when I asked for my nails to be shortened, and rushed through as fast as she could. Not as good as it used to be. They are in such a rush to get you out that they are sloppy. Over filing until your fingers hurt even when you ask them not to over file. No matter what I ask for they say they can't do it this time maybe next time even on a simple French ombré. Asked if they could use the forms on my nails so we can have straight sides and grow my nail from over filing but was told no by the girl who works the counter now. They don't do that. What? A nail salon that only knows how to glue tips? Pedicures aren't as good either. Pre-covid I would have given a 4 maybe 5 star but they are not the same. They last time I was there I had a pedicure and nails done. I left a $30 dollar tip for each. They don't care about doing a good job just want your money. Went to Demi's once and when I told the nail tech I wanted a certain shape she laughed and said I should get a different style, I told her I still wanted my shape and after filing my nails she again insisted i get the shape she suggested and I finally gave in. As soon as I left the salon I noticed one of nails was peeling off and a couple days later more of my nails started peeling off (the gel color). She did not properly dry my nails as I already felt rushed. I also had a friend come in today with an APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED and she waited for almost an hour!!! They never acknowledged her while she was there until she eventually got fed up and left. She was felt neglected for being young which is what I myself have experienced as well. And with this, they acted like I was somehow at fault for leaving after being there an hour without being serviced. Completely unprofessional, I would not advise you to waste your money here. NEVER again. I wouldn't even give them one star. Every single worker I incountered was disrespectful. I called before hand asking how much a full set of acrylic powder would be and they told me $35. Come to find out they don't even have colored powder. The lady doing my nails filed my nails slightly shorter than asked. I politely told her they got too short & she was mad she had to take the nail off and restart. I understood but she gave me an ugly face the entire time she did my nails even though I was completely respectful to her. She passed me off to 2 other ladies who weren't welcoming at all. They started putting on clear powder on my nails. At that point I realized I wasn't getting what I asked for & they were putting gel polish over clear powder. I wasn't going to say anything because they already seemed like they didnt want to help me or do my nails. At the end I asked the front counter what they call colored powder & she said they don't use that because the color is " stuck" . I didn't get what I asked for & they gave me an ugly face when I chose not to tip them because of their mistakes and attitudes.
