I got in it one day and tried to make it out the driveway And I was dead in the water. I had to gas it to get it back to the yard, it was slipping bad ..I called him immediately. He said there's nothing he can do. I even asked if he can help me out a little bit first Transmission he quoted me 2500 over the phone next thing you know it's $3600 and then I asked how much to do it again he said 4500. I feel that he should've been able to help me in someway in which he refused. I took it to another transmission shop. The pump failed is what the whole problem was he charge me $1000 to fix it when Jasper could've done the same but refused to do anything...Also, another coworker brought his truck there a Dodge and he put a new billet torque converter for $2600. His transmission is still slipping. He will not take it back to Jasper's and neither will I

Plus, I had this terrible noise in what I thought was my suspension. Turns out that when my new mechanic took my car apart to fix the clutch, he discovered Sierra hadn't put my car back together properly. It took this long for the problems to come to light because I put very few miles on my car. Of course, the warranty is expired.
