We had a party of 25 people, kids included separate checks. the service was impeccable, food was brought out back to back to back, and was perfectly cooked no send backs if we missed something or needed something, right away it would come out, 4 plates of steak were ordered all mediums and were so soft and tender tasted like a steak from a steak house. Elvia was so attentive and and cheerful. I give her a 10 on all areas of service. The cook who prepared my steak made it perfectly. Rosa is and excellent cook! I had a steak recently at a popular steakhouse, but Rosa's steak was better, perfectly seasoned and seared on the outside with perfectly pink inside. I didn't have to use any steak sauce because it was already amazing as it was. This staff definitely could benefit from training on how to keep the front doors and waiting areas clean. Front doors were filthy and we watched as an older female employee (not wearing the usual "Denny's" uniform) dressed in all gray was sweeping the floor under tables, picking up trash from the floor by hand, and a few minutes, she was walking around filling coffee cups. Our food arrived "cold". Biscuits and gravy are NOT best served COLD. My husband had recently been told that service at this location had greatly improved but we did NOT share that experience on this visit. read more

Server: Rebecca Date: 7/29/2021 Order: 125383 Table: 67 with 5 guests Arrived around 12:30am. Starting from the beginning it all started wrong with waiting at the front lobby. The restaurant was slow with one table finished with their food. Then we got seated finally and took another 5 minutes to have her do your drink order. Apparently they did not have the drinks if wanted which was orange juice so I asked for another drink and she said they don't have the ingredients for it but after a couple minutes came back to tell me they could make the mango smoothie because she found it. We finally get our drinks but all separate because she couldn't carry a tray which I thought was weird.  Took almost an hour for her to take our order when the restaurant was slow and didn't have new customers inside until about 30 minutes after getting our drinks. Only 2 people came in during our time inside restaurant. We finally get to order our food and she needs to be retrained or find another job because she didn't know anything about the menu and it was sad that we knew the menu more than the server. After another hour waiting for your food it all came separate. First 2 plates out and took another few minutes to get the other food except for my plate which was the crepe breakfast plate as you could see attached on the receipt. She ask if I wanted something else when everyone already got their food. I don't know why she didn't tell me this in the beginning or during the long time period of getting the food. After she brought my food I had to get up to grab condiments since she never brought our condiments and she comes back to the table to tell us she's going on break and if I can pay the bill unless we want to wait for her to clock back in to pay. Why would we wait for her on her time when we are the customers so I went up to pay because it was inconvenient for her to be an actual server. We wished she made new coffee. We love Denny's coffee and since we do eat at Denny's frequently we know how fresh coffee taste compared to old coffee. The food was decent and only warm but she didn't listen to any of our request for extra country gravy. I felt like I had to bug her for it. Overall, she never checked our table to see if we needed refills or see how the food was. The worse overall experience in any location is have been to. I would like this employee to be retrained in knowing the menu or simply tell her this job isn't for her.  This was my first experience in this location since I just recently moved out this way and it was the closes location to where I was at. As you could see on the attached picture we paid at 2:14am and our food is mainly breakfast when we arrived around 12:30am.  I have never took this long inside Denny's for breakfast food especially since there was no one really there. read more

Waited out side in the parking look for 30 mins for a confirmation. Nothing. Saw there were people walking around inside. Waited longer. I got off. The door was locked and an hand written note saying. We are closed sorry. Went around the back where the door was open and employees outside smoking weed and kicking it. They laughingly said "sorry we're closed, come back tomorrow morning for a refund." Had to go back for a refund. Then call grub hub. This place is a joke. Do not go here. read more

On our way out of town for the day we stopped for breakfast. The bar area was empty so we decided to eat there, I was surprised they used these bananas on people's pancakes.. that was awful! If it were my meal I would have sent back the grey looking bananas. I just cant believe they would serve them like that. One of the bananas looked like it had fuzz on the peel. Denny's is a reliable place to stop to eat. Rarely do I ever plan to go to Denny's nor really crave it, but when on a road trip and you see the sign, at times you can get inspired to come and it's a nice sit-down place. This is my opinion of all Denny's (as well as iHop, Norms and other chain diners) The only downside of course is when you're on the go and there's a wait, you have to ask yourself if you can spare 20+ minutes waiting for a table and then about 40+ minutes for the process of eating as opposed to grabbing quick fast food. If you have the time, it's okay, and generally speaking after tax/tip it's about $15 per person. Sure, they have discount menu items under $10, but most of the stuff people want to order is priced a bit higher. The service here was good, no problems. On a Saturday morning / noon, it wasn't too busy nor crowded beyond a less than 15 minute wait for 2 to get seated. Parking was easy. You pay at the counter and you have to tell them the exact total if you're including the tip to your credit card payment (as opposed to writing it in and totaling it yourself as most standard procedures at the majority of restaurants), I think they do the payment processing to the exact amount to reduce any fraud or miscommunication. read more

Last week I ordered through the Dennys app breakfast for my wife and I from Dennys at 8011 E Brundage. We ordered Two "Eggs Over My Hammy". Hash browns toast and 1 side of pancakes. DoorDash delivered it. NO PANCAKES. I time mistake I'll let it go. Today I ordered 1 Omelette, toast and hash browns. Again it was through Dennys App. The order came but again missing items. NO TOAST!! I tried multiple times to call to ask about the order. They never answered the phone. I contacted the delivery driver and he reported back that the manager was too busy to discuss it. I drove to the restaurant and I asked to speak to the manager. The attendant indicated he was busy. I walked to the breakfast counter and asked to speak to a manager and the manager said I would have to wait until 1:00, it was about 9:30 am. I said no I'll just address it here at the counter with you. He started yelling that he wasn't going to talk that the other customers orders were before mine. I explained that's not true I placed my order early this morning and you never fulfilled my order. He then came out aggressively from the kitchen and said we'll talk outside. He was yelling at me but told me to not talk to him in that manner. I asked his name. He said Sebastian. I asked who can I speak to above him he said only himself. I asked about corporate number he said go ahead. Once we exited, I explained that this was the second week in a row. I explained that he needs to get his staff some training to ensure attention to details and that the manager should be answering phone calls and being available to his customers. We argued outside before he threatened to call the cops. I said call them I was the one robbed twice in two weeks by his restaurant. He put the phone away. I left him with this. It's not about the toast it's about attention to details and having access to a caring manager. Sebastian should be a cook not a manager. read more
