Came in at 2am with 4 adults and 2 babies because our flight arrived after midnight and I must say, our dining experience was very good...considering we were exhausted, tired, and hungry after traveling so far. We were immediately shown our table (because, you know, business is slow at 2am). The woman who served us was great. She was friendly, helpful, kind, and generous. Food was not too bad--flavorful and well proportioned. There are men and women restrooms that have stalls and changing tables in both! They even have a security guard who was also friendly. He made sure we got to our car safely. Overall we had a wonderful experience, especially at such an odd time but thankfully they are open 24/7...a sight for sore eyes needing sustinance. read more

The service is attentive although frequent minor mistakes are made on my orders for example, no straw no utensils I can go on, but they quickly come back and get me the things I need. Went for breakfast with my family (4 of us) the restaurant was pretty empty so we were seated quickly which is about the only good thing I have to say about this location. Our order was taken and we waited a long time to actually see our food. Once our food got to us we saw they got 3 out of the 4 orders wrong and multiple of the things that we ordered were never brought to us. We said oh well and just ate what we received. Upon receiving the receipt we saw we were charged for the items we didn't receive and when we brought this up to the server she argued that she had brought them when in fact she never did. Her service was poor, she was not attentive and got our order completely wrong. We couldn't even enjoy our food because halfway through our meal this odor took over the entire restaurant. A homeless man had entered and his foul odor made multiple customers uncomfortable as I noticed many of us were looking around trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. I've tried to like this place but the service is horrible regardless of which server we get. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If youre considering going, don't. read more

My family and I had breakfast Saturday morning the 18th of February although it was busy our server Lizette was very attentative. We were sat down with in 5 minutes of arrival and our order was taken shortly after sitting down. I was a bit weary that because it was so busy that it was going to take a while to get our food, but to our surprise the entire staff was on par. We got our food, Lizette our server refilled our drinks and had a pleasant dining experience. Thanks to Lizette for being so attentative and the the rest of the staff for being so organized and quick with the service. 2 thumbs up and 5 star service!!! read more

I walked in with high expectations...was told someone would be with me shortly. I stood up over 3mins and just decided to sit down. Were they crowded, you ask??? Absolutely NOT!! There are four tables seated in the entire restaurant. I know bc I walked & counted them myself. I proceeded to ask for the manager and saw it was the same lady who said I'd be seated soon (Delia). I saw that it was her & I sat down bc again, no one sat me. Delia had the nerve to ask me if I seated myself. I said, "YES, after standing in front of the register for almost three minutes with no acknowledgement, yes...I sat at the closest seat to me bc I was ordering to-go". On the receipt the customer name says Delia & my name is Jonnetta and the servers name says Delia. If the manager is this lazy, why would I be shocked that the servers on duty are jus as lazy well! SUPER DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICES & the treatment I received. Will I ever come back, you ask...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! She did not know that eventhough I am Black, I am fluent in Spanish bc my parents are from the Dominican Republic so I understood everything she said about me. It's unfortunate that DENNY'S hire managers like this when there are plenty of caring people who need employment. I would have returned this food & got my $$ back but it's for my Dad; he's outside n R&Js (right down the street is closed). If you can avoid this DENNY'S...please do so!!! Then she gives me a raggedy piece of paper with the name "LITON" on it. I say does he have a last name or email?? Delia says that is the only number she has on him & she does not know his email info. I would appreciate someone from corporate to respond to me via email at jonnetta29@gmail.com and take the necessary/appropriate actions in regards to this matter. I paid for my food in full (no discounts were given) so do NOT think that anything was given to me "complimentary". The Bible teaches us NOT TO HATE but I HATE I ever walked into that DENNY'S. We hardly ever eat here, but it's usually pretty good. The skillet breakfasts and pancakes have always been fine. Servers are always nice. But this time I decided to order one of their new cinnamon pancakes. I don't expect things to look exactly like the picture, but what I received looked like phlegm hocked up on top of pancakes.....visually it was disgusting. When I called corporate, they never offered to make it right. Said sorry and that they hope I'd be back....lol. Look at the picture I post, and you'll see what I mean. Should I have complained? Yes.
