Our family came here on a Monday evening, which was surprisingly busy. This was no issue for this Denny's as they were staffed very well. Our server James was an excellent and personal server. He and the manager, Ella, kept our drink and pancake refills coming at an amazing rate, we were very impressed as a family of 4. The food was very good; we had chicken tenders, pancakes, and salmon. The new restaurant here is very nice and aesthetic with a great ambiance. We haven't checked the outdoor patio yet but it seems like a great option for a family with a great outdoor setting! read more

First off, they're new. They have kinks to iron out. I went there once for breakfast and another time for lunch. When we went for breakfast, we sat inside and it was fine. The food was good, the service was a little slow but it was fine. When I went back for lunch, we sat outside. I think the waitstaff forgets about their tables outside. It took forever to get our order and forever to get our food. The food was great. The burgers are delicious. We waited forever to get our bill and boxes, that we had to go inside and ask for our them. Out bill ended up being wrong because they mixed up tables and another table paid our bill and they wanted us to pay theirs? Say what? The servers need more training on their handhelds and point of sale system. I know it's a new restaurant, but you need to be trained when things like this arise. This location has an awesome outside set up. Great for kids who don't like to sit in their seat. The wait to get seated wasn't bad. However once we got our table it took 15 minutes before we saw our waitress, another 15 minutes just to get drinks.server brought out a root beer that had no syrup in it, I could tell just by looking at it. We never received our appetizer. Then when our entrees started to come out they weren't even correct. We had enough and left. We arrived at 11am and still didn't have food by the time 1pm rolled around Patio area didn't have the support it needed for their servers to be successful. My family and I have been to this new Denny's a handful of times and have always been satisfied! Service is always great and their staff are always kind and accommodating. Super cute and family friendly environment and you can find something to eat even for your pickiest eaters. They do get busy on the weekends so be prepared to have a little of a wait, but that is expected at most places in the area. read more

A nice Asian lady came up to us and said I'm going to clean the table for you right now, and saw an open table and ask if we would just like to sit there. Her hospitality was great We got to the table and no one greats us after that. We waited until 1:22 for a lady server with purple hair wish I got her name finally said let drop this food and I will be right over. 1:25 she helping another table and still haven't got back to us. Me and my mother just left since we didn't even get a drink. For the store to be that small and for that purple hair lady to take that long just to even say hi , very sad. Sad to say, Denny's (in Brentwood ) has pretty much been a disappointment each of the three times we've gone there. For some reason, their hashbrowns are always lukewarm and if you pick them up with your fork, they're like lace that won't come apart. So, this is the last time we'll be eating at Denny's (in Brentwood). We stupidly thought we would try it one more time because we had a reward on our app that would take $10 off of any check that was over $30. I figured that's not too bad and I could just leave the lacey hashbrowns. Our bill came to $30.15. I thought that was a great deal. When I went to pay, the cashier said "oh, it has to be $30 before the taxes". She got the manager. Her and I went back-and-forth as to what we thought was right. My mom, daughter, son and I wanted to try the new Denny's and ended up with food poisoning! My mom and I shared the chicken sandwich, we live in separate houses, the next day when we talked we both discovered we were sick after eating at Denny's. My daughter and son were okay but had pancakes. My mom called and spoke with someone that apologized for our experience and assured us she would refund us our meal, we never received the refund. We weren't looking for a refund, we wanted the manager to be aware that they may have spoiled food. It's just extremely disappointing that they didn't follow through with what they said on top of having spoiled food. Sadly, I will not be returning and don't recommend anyone to go. read more

Well below average! Arrived on a quiet Tuesday morning, took a long time to be greeted and seated. Service was very very slow, server was pretty illiterate addressing adults poorly "what does he want, what does she want" server did not bring any refills on coffee, until after we asked for the check, so an expensive $3.79 for 1 half full cup, once the check came we gave up on a refill on the coffee. Breakfast was extremely greasy and not properly cooked, eggs were terrible, tasted of poorly cleaned and burnt hot plate. Will not be returning. read more

We were looking forward to visiting the new Denny's in Brentwood and decided to stop by on a whim. The restaurant has a combination of booths, tables, or outdoor seating with a comfortable and clean interior. The menu has tons of options from a "build you own" omelet or grand slam breakfast, or you choose from a number of a la cart choices, if you prefer. The grand slam breakfast offers your choice of four items that can include meat, eggs, any style, french toast, and pancakes, all for less than $15. You can add premium items like ham for a bit more. The eggs and hash browns were good and cooked perfectly. The bacon slices and the sausage links were pretty small and sort of tasted like they cooked both meats in the same pan. I ordered a side of toast that ended up costing more than I expected. So, I would leave that out the next time. The service was pretty slow, even though it was early on a Saturday morning, and there weren'ta lot of people in there at the time. We ordered a refill on the orange juice halfway through the meal, but it never arrived before we finished. We also had to chase down the waitress for the check, so there's that. Anyway, two grand slam breakfasts, side of toast, and two glasses of orange juice cost around $47. We may return to try the burgers and hope the service is better the second time around. read more

This is Denny's elevated. Entertainment area, outdoor seating, umbrellas with LED lighting, this isn't a typical Denny's at all. The food is still Dennys typical fare, but served in a much better atmosphere. We chatted with people at four different tables, our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is impeccably clean. It's totally worth checking out. While it's not fine dining, it IS open when everyone else closes up their sidewalks. This place is 5 stars because it far surpasses all other Denny's visited not because it competes with high end restaurants. read more

They were extremely friendly and helpful and the next time I went in they made sure I did not pay for my meal, and I was flabbergasted I thought wow that's above and beyond.
