So me and my husband went last night to Dennys the customer service was great but I noticed my boneless wings had a particular taste to it and I couldn't figure out what was up with it maybe because it was smothered in wing sauce. Then I got to my meal which was the fried chicken and just by seeing it I already knew they have not changed the frying oil in idk how long (I used to work in fast food so I know)..... I tried tasting it and it was not good! When cooking with old frying oil the food absorbs more of the oil so it's going get soggy and dark. Who ever is in charge needs to do BETTER making sure the frying oil being changed at least once a day or if it's already looking bad please change it! So I know Denny's is a chain but I have to say tonight I felt right at home..... Our waitress, Tanya W is amazing.... We've been sitting here a bit just listening to her with the other customers and really listening to everything they say; obviously are regulars as she asked each if they wanted the usual.... very relatable with everyone... she constantly checked on us to make sure all was fine. Anyway, I had to brag about her as if you decide to come here try and get a spot in her area... Really Great Customer Service..... The food of course was excellent and cooked just right.... I had the Chicken Fried Steak, Mash Potatoes, Veggies, and Garlic Bread and the hubby had Sirloin Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Squash, and Garlic Bread.... The reason for that is when I was finished eating I went into the restroom and one of the employees I believe was a cook walked out of the stale without washing his hands. I'm fine with waiting 10+ mins for the waitress to take our drink order, I'm fine with over an hour wait after ordering.... We are patient and realize there is a serious lack of people willing to work, and are very appreciative of their time and effort showing up every day. I'm even ok with a cheerleader at the next table over from us puking everywhere. What I'm NOT ok with is the waitress asking us in an accusatory way "Who Puked?!" And then sloshing the mop water aggressively next to me, and me feeling drops from the splashing. Went on a breakfast date this morning and back in December I had gotten 2 $5 bonus cards. When I went to use them the old ladies were having troubles being able to use the bonus cash and looked overwhelmed with the simple task. The larger of the two old ladies put one in but when she saw I had two she was super rude to me saying you can't do that. Rather than asking her to split my $50 bill and then using both of the bonus cards I was wanting to get as far away from this lady who was acting like I was stealing money out of her pockets. I love Denny's which is why I've come back even though this location is terrible. This recent visit will be my last though. This location is just a whole mess and has been since I moved here several years ago. My biggest complaint is their staff, they act like they could care less about you, they are not polite or inviting for even a second. We also heard half the staff arguing infront of all the customers with eachother during our visit. Super tacky... and speaking of tacky... I feel like there should be more of a standard of what you look like for work. Our waitress looked super dirty and it had me concerned that she was the one handling our food. Casa Grande has the worst restaurants I've ever experienced when it comes to customer service and quality. Just sad read more

Don't Eat here. I stopped in only because i could not access the online ordering system. I ordered 2 Turkey club sandwiches to go I asked what was on the sandwich and told them to hold the avocados, when sandwiches came up they had them on them cook proceeded to remove them but did not replace the bread , they had juice all over them, getting home I discovered he forgot to put the bacon on the sandwiches Paid $ 28.00 for 2 Turkey Sandwiches!!!Waitress was more interested in counting her tips than getting me on my way The whole ordeal took more than 50 Minutes and it was not crowded between 1 & 2 P.M. read more

I came to this Denny's, once a month, when I visit my grandfather. At first our experience was rather unorganized. We were almost skipped, by the hostess, she has glasses could find her name. She than tries to seat us, at a dirty table. We were sat someone where else, our waitress was amazing, Valeria. She got out drinks and food orders. And within a matter of minutes our food arrived. They deserve a "1" in this category of service, wake up manager for the store! Service by wait staff is excellent v and restaurant v is clean, and good food at a good value. So the manager hires well and expectations for this part of the business are good. My wait staff today was Cheyenne. I give her a 10. Fast check-in, brought my coffee fast and refilled it without being asked, checked in often, and brought my check efficiently. Fast order taking, delivery and exceptional courtesy, service, and tableside manner. Cheyenne is one of the best wait staff I've experienced, not just at Denny's but any restaurannt or bar ever. AZ Cowboy I have been going to this Denny's since it was built, and many others in Arizona and elsewhere. I remember studying all night at the Denny's in Flagstaff in the 60's. I have been in the Denny's in Casagrande three times in the last few months and 3 times they did not have the makings of a salad this happened at least two Sundays in a row and at least one other time. I was in today and the Bill was 21.10 All I had was 2 twenty's They did not have change to give me. I don't know who the General managers are but they must suck. Turnover is atrocious, but the waitstaff, and assistant managers are traffic, helpful and friendly. If it wasn't for them I probably would not go back. I have a bet on whether or not the AC will go out this summer as it has almost ever summer. read more

Can I put a zero? Waited a while because they weren't cleaning the tables. The front desk had to go bus tables finally. After we sat down, waited about 10 mins to order. Other tables ordered and were receiving their food and leaving, some tables were just up and leaving! We waited almost an hour after ordering for our food to arrive. We are seniors who took our grandson to Dennys in Casa Grande for supper. That's the last time we will ever go there. First of all a fly pestered us relentlessly. The waitress took our order which included coffee...the coffee never came, we asked for it a second time. She went off to get it and never brought it . She had the nerve to come tell us she was going on break and asked was there anything we needed? YES, COFFEE! Never got a single cup of coffee. We ordered from the 55+ menu..usually the portions are smaller. The two egg omelette was Gigundus, big puffy dry thing with greasy brown vegetables inside. Filled the whole plate and tasted awful, as did the greasy hashbrowns. Grandsons pancakes were dry, like old sat around for a while. He couldn't eat it. They we're playing loud music, I think it was John Mayer..that song Your body's a Wonderland, and other songs like it same singer. Not my idea of eating atmosphere music, plus too loud to talk. So if you like waitresses with bad attitude, greasy bad food and flies that sit on the rim of your glass or on your plate then get on down to this Dennys. You'll never find me there. read more
