One thing I really like are their selection of potatoes. Had their fries, sweet potato, fries, and tater tots and have really enjoyed them all. I will say the tater tots sometimes are a little over seasoned but other than that, they are delicious. I love trying the different sauces which are an extra charge. I've had the fish tacos, which are a great healthier alternative because the fish is not deep-fried. I also have had their salads which are amazing and you can customize them depending on what kind of dressings and proteins you'd like. I've never had any of their alcoholic beverages, but they look and sound really good. They also always have wines and beer selections that appear to be from different areas in California. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that they always seem a little understaffed when I'm there. Usually, I notice one server sometimes to taking care of most of the tables.

For my meal, I ordered The Local burger (no pickles of course) which was absolutely fantastic. Piled high with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes - this burger was executed to perfection. I ordered it medium, and it came out medium (imagine that). The best part was the sunny side egg that was placed on top. That first bite was heavenly. The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. My family has a sweet tooth. We all shared the chocolate cake and bread pudding . Both are nice options if you need something sweet to top off your meal. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. My friend ordered the matcha, and she says she now has a new favorite. She also asked for slightly less matcha powder, and that was perfect. The price for 2 drinks was $16 which is slightly higher than elsewhere, given the fact you also get served in a paper cup, but the quality was there. Another friend ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage, which she says she gets regularly and loves it. Service was very friendly and I would say average as far as speed. There was only one person taking orders and making the drinks, but he was pretty efficient. We will definitely be back for the matcha and chai and also to try some food.

I declined and explained that I preferred a quieter table because I would be on the phone. Heather then asked for my name and phone number before seating me. Since there was no wait and she was taking me directly to a table, I didn't understand why that information was necessary. After being seated, I politely asked Heather why she had requested my name and phone number. She told me it was so the restaurant could contact me in case I left something behind. What bothered me most was what happened afterward. I personally observed two other parties come into the restaurant, and Heather did not appear to ask them for their names or phone numbers before seating them. I can only speak to what I personally experienced and observed, but the difference in treatment made me feel singled out and discriminated against. It was especially disappointing because everything else about my visit was positive. The food was excellent, and the two waitresses who served me were wonderful. They deserve recognition for making me feel welcome and providing excellent service. Heather was the only person who made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's unfortunate because, without that interaction, this easily could have been a five-star experience for me. I hope management looks into why I was asked to provide personal information when other guests apparently were not, because no customer should be left wondering why they were treated differently.

What makes Neighbor's so perfect is that two friends arrived first, and despite being just a group of two, they were able to snag a table for 8. As other friends showed up over the next hour, we just kept adding to our table. And our server was wonderful! He greeted each new person/couple and quickly took their order. At one point, the poor guy had 4 different orders put in on 5 separate checks. But everything was delivered promptly and to the right person, despite us constantly shuffling around the table and changing spots with each new arrival. I just love the casual and laid back vibe at Neighbor's! The food is also delicious and fair priced, and my draft beer was icy cold and only 5 bucks.

The bartender was cleaning up so we checked if it'd be alright if we sat down for a couple of beers and she was more than happy to serve us. There was plenty of street parking as well. They have a decent selection of beers on tap (about 10-12 if I recall correctly) and I tried a couple of their IPAs, which were both great. The kitchen was unfortunately closed so I can't comment about the food, but this seems like a great place to hang out at the bar and grab a couple of beers if you happen to be in town.

We stopped coming to this location about a year ago, the service was terrible, the staff was rude, the food took forever, never got refills etc. We decided to test our luck today and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in it was so great. We were immediately greeted by the hostess, and when we were sat she made conversation with us and was very friendly. Our server was very personable and did a great job taking our orders and delivering everything we needed. We were never short on refills. The manager was walking around clearing tables, refilling drinks, and asking customers how they were doing. Our food came quickly and correctly as well as any extras we needed. I in tonight or I should say this morning at 5 o'clock in the morning I was greeted by a guy name David. And let me tell you something that was the best service I ever had. He was polite. He helped me out with the issue I was having heck he even reminded me of the condiments that I forgot to ask for.He made sure I had my silverware and napkins everything I needed. And then he even offered to bring it out to the car for me even though I went ahead and ordered it to go. The husband and I walked in to the restaurant and was greeted right away. Got seated super fast and our server Alena was awesome!! She is wonderful and super friendly. Even though her section was overloaded with customers she never forgets anything we requested. She always come check on us and ask if we needed anything else. Before we left we asked for a To go container and a Togo coffee cup. She went and got it for us right away. Alena also brought us a new cup of coffee and creamers. So first and foremost Denny's as a whole is an amazing diner and affordable to boot. However more then that Denny's has a certain standard for service. Now this Denny's in particular has a place in my heart. Here they usually take things a step further, more attentive servers there is always a seat in the house, and speaking of seats I do like the layout of this one quite a bit. Last but not least the food never dissapoints. The 2-4-6-8 menu isn't cheap in quality that's for sure. In any case would highly recommend for sure (especially the french toast slugger). I created a Yelp account JUST because of the experience I had with my husband and son. We had Jenise as our server and we were thoroughly impressed. To be honest, I don't expect great service at a Denny's but yesterday she made a big impression. She was so kind (big smile!) and was very attentive. She seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. (Ranch, extra napkins, extra ice for my iced tea, etc!) She engaged with my toddler numerous times and even brought him some crackers because he was getting fussy. Little gestures like that mean a LOT. I've been coming to this Denny's for about one year and about twice a week. The service is excellent and the staff members from the Cooks to the Clean-Up personal seemed to be focused on satisfying the customer. I have certain places that I prefer sit at and the waitresses have memorized that and when they see me come in, they look to seat me where I will be happy. The atmosphere at this Denny's stands out above others and I am not only happy to write this review, but also to tell others to come to this Denny's. Just came by last night and the service was great and quick! One of THE best Denny's I've ever been to. All the workers were super cool. I went in with my buddy and our waitress attended us immediately and made us feel very welcomed. Food came out really fast, I had the crazy skillet and it surprised me in taste nonetheless. We sat at the bar because we like to see the work happen right in front of us, even when our waitress was busy she kept a conversation with us and made sure we were okay. Thank you so much Annay! I took my elderly parents out for dessert at the 1151 Herndon Ave location in Clovis CA for a late night dessert the other evening. Jerimiah was our host and he did a FABULOUS job seating my elderly parents and I - taking time to find an easy path to the booth; followed by a very appetizing description of the desserts we shared we would be ordering. She knows our drinks already and knows the little items my mom orders on the side and remembers how we like our food cooked and style. I been to too many restaurants and this Denny's in particular made a big difference. Since the minute we walked in, they greeted us with a smile and helped us promptly. Me and my family came in for breakfast and we made a good choice. We were super hungry and the hostess and our server Miguel was exceptional! He went above and beyond to treat us like family. Went out to dinner with the family tonight after some grocery shopping and Christmas shopping. Seemed like the whole town had the same idea. It was packed but our server was Stephanie was AMAZING!! She kept checking in making sure we didn't need any refills. Tim is a WONDERFUL manager! He checked in on every table more than once and helped the servers. Once again this Dennys's blows it out of the water. Great food. Amazing service. The cooks are friendly and always wave when I come in here. They have cakes and pies for sale in the front too! I ordered their patty melt sandwich with fries. It came out really quick, fresh and delicious! Of course coffee is always bottom less. They also sell their own hot sauces! my favorite is the papa bear sauce I believe it's a spicy habanero sauce and it's so good but it could be spicer imo! Overall I had a good experience. Must try!

It usually feeds a child perfectly and keeps costs down. Super smart option. Prices are reasonable, portions are solid, and the food comes out surprisingly fast every time. Service has always been efficient and friendly. Highly recommend -- this place deserves way more love.

Sizzler's food quality appears to have unhealthy chemicals and flavoring which makes it one of the worst restaurants in Fresno. Only 1 server and 1 busboy for the entire restaurant. I had to wait a long time to receive a second plate. Finally, I got frustrated and approached another employee to bring me another plate for the salad and soup bar. The men's restroom had no soap at all to wash my hands. I had to ask several employees for soap. Finally, one employee went to the women's restroom and removed the soap container from the women's restroom and placed it in men's restroom. I recommend that this restaurant shut down until they start serving real authentic and healthy food rather than fake, synthetic, and unhealthy food! The only positive note I can share is that the interior design and ambiance of Sizzler's Restaurant is quite attractive.

It took a good hour to get our actual food. We seen people come in after us and leave way before us, and their parties were larger. I asked for a refill on my ice tea 5x and they should have also filled my water, but instead took it away. Our waitress Hannah was told that my cocktail fork for the crab was given to me dirty with food stuck on it, she took it away and never replaced it. We also asked for a metal cracker, but were told they didn't have any and I was only given a PLASTIC utensil to crack open my crab. I ended up using the end of a steak knife to help me. My husband had endless shrimp. And for his final order, Hannah said she wouldn't put the order in until he finished what he was currently eating. He was simply trying to get ahead of the game since she was completely scatterbrained. Asked for the check twice before actually getting it, and with extreme reluctance I still tipped her, generously. Needless to say, we will NEVER return. This was horrible service and the food gave us a stomach ache. I'm not sure where the problem lies, but it's fair to say that management is responsible for this poorly run restaurant. I wouldn't be shocked if this place closed in the near future, it's completely disintegrated into seated fast food service, and that's being nice. This place used to be a staple in our family and we had many good gatherings here. Unfortunately, it's much better to spend our time and money elsewhere.
