Very bad swrvice and along with that don't order the Philly prime rib or chicken they gave me very little and charged me 4.96 extra for more meat because "they portion it out" manager would not do anything to help me. Gave me the wrong order then argued about the portion then gave me the right order and still charged me extra on top of that. I noticed that Denny's had a build your own burger family deal. Since everyone in my family enjoys burgers, I decided to give it a try. These burgers did not disappoint! They were delicious! I ordered for curbside pick-up and was pleasantly surprised that the food made it to my house before becoming soggy. My interaction with the staff was also pleasant. I came to celebrate my nephews birthday and she was kind enough to discount our meal although, when I went to pay the hostess I believe her name was jessenia? She had red hair. Idk but she was RUDE. As I was paying for my food she seemed so careless and rolled her eyes and wasn't friendly at all. I never felt so neglected in all my life. I came in with my roommates to get some quick food on the way home. Got seated very quickly and then was left abandoned for 15 minutes until they asked me what I wanted to drink. Of course ima be thirsty for waiting so long for someone who ignored me for 15 minutes. After 7 minutes, we get our drinks after 2 people who came in after us got their food. Finally got to take our orders, and next thing you know, we waiting 20 minutes for our food. Order all you can eat pancakes. Didn't even get to finish my first stack and the waitress already handed me my check. How the hell you going to give me my check when I ordered unlimited pancakes? My fiance and I come here once a month. We always come on a early friday morning. Our experience is always really great at this location. The place is very clean, the people greet us very friendly. Our server has mostly been Juan. While that part of our order is understandable, other part of the order was not prepared (chicken wrap) Yes, thats understandable, but I would encourage the location to be more proactive since the shortage was going on throughout the day. The service was very terrible as we waited a very long time for our meal to come out. We ordered the most basic menus items and they were still having difficulties. Martin the waiter needs some extra training on how to work under pressure "speed and intensity" and I also believe that Denny's should hire more cooks. This is a busy Denny's location. I stopped with my wife for a veggie burger before we ran errands. We were created and seated immediately. Our waitress was extremely busy. However, she was very friendly and great at time management. Jenny did a great job accommodating our vegan diet. My only complaint is how loud and rushed the whole vibe of the place was. Walked in for a late dinner my daughter was craving spaghetti the spaghetti sauce was super watered down & no longer serving Parmesan cheese along with her side of apples which the apples were very welted me being an experienced server I wouldn't of gave those to a child. They were out of all dinner sides besides mashed potatoes, broccoli & fries. They didn't have any lettuce at all. Just the carrying on within employees was so disturbing felt like I was in a loud environment not able to hear the restaurant's music or enjoy dinner. I refused to complain to them anymore it wouldn't of made a difference there was no manager on duty. This location has changed dramatically from the past. They refuse dine in after 9:30 since they close at 10 which I thought that was weird they must of turned away 7 different tables that walked in... that could of been a plus for business. This was my first and last time customer service was just horrible the Manager who sat us (Yvonne) we waited for about 10 minutes before she decided to come take our order for drinks we told her we where ready to order and she turned around and said your waitress will be with your shortly. I get during COVID they are short staff but as a manger she should help her team take order not just stand around looking at paper work at the register. This place has pissed me off! As soon as waitress came up I showed her a coupon which she read and said I needed to by 2 drinks (which I normally always drink water and saves me $2.29 per drink). I asked her specifically if at right location and said yes. When I go to check out cashier states they don't except coupon. I tell her waitress didn't tell me that and she points to a sign (8X11) and not very visible. I didn't see it when coming in, why would I? It's at check out and I didn't think to look for a sign especially when waitress.... there employee tells me I can use it. Sure enough, they wouldn't honor. Any good business would have since there own employee said it was good. I feel like it was done on purpose where I actually paid more since had to buy drinks so instead saving $8 I paid it with an additional $4.58 with the drinks. Worst service ever!!! All cashier had to say was, sorry, the waitress knows. Her comment really made me feel it was done intentional. If the waitress knew, why wouldn't she tell me sorry not valid instead of confirming right place and need to purchase two drinks. Food wasn't horrible but not that great. It's the fact that I was mislead that has me so pissed and that the cashier/shift leader what ever she was just said "sorry and pointed" and didn't even try to rectify the situation. read more
