The only reason I am giving this location a star is because I have to. I have eaten here several years ago once nd never came back for the very reason I am writing this review today. I went to this Denny's for breakfast and after I finish eating a poorly put together country fried steak skillet, I start feeling like something was crawling on me and biting me. our booth was invested with ANTS. You would think that some years of complaining they would have corrected this problem... NOT. I got up and shook off 5 ants from my clothing, went to the bathroom, which was disgusting, just to shake off 4 more ants from my clothing. I must say that this is the worst Denny's I have been to and I recommended if you are in this area, grab something to eat from 7-11. it is cleaner and I bet the food taste better. read more

Having dinner with my husband and overheated the Mananger was arguing with some guy over twenty minutes that he doesn't want to pay that guy. He's keep yelling and yelling and getting crazy then trying to pick up the fight. The whole time we were just could not enjoy our food. This is very unprofessional that arguing with someone at your work place when you on duty for your personal issues. And he's just so dumb, like very very very stupid. The whole conversation he was just being pissed for nothing and yelling like a pussy, he won't listen and refused to pay with someone worked for him. If I could leave a half star review I would, but that would be too generous. This has nothing to do with the food rather more of the service. I just recently went to this location to pick up an order my girlfriend had placed online. And they were EXTREMELY RUDE, this lady said I had to have the exact name of the order and what I'm picking up though, ie grub hub etc.. I said my girlfriend.. (insert name/nickname here) placed an order online, I listed the items in the order, her name, I just didnt know if it was either grub hub or post mates or door dash. This lady wouldn't even bother to check because simply I didn't have an exact name or service I'm picking up through, even though I knew the items in the order and the name. I work in a restaurant and I know takeout can be a hectic situation but I WOULD NEVER deny service or checking if an order was placed and or made. I'm extremely disappointed at how this whole situation was handled, and this was a horrible experience I had endured ONLY TO PICK UP DENNYS FOR MY GIRLFRIEND. Service was okay when we sat down, but then our Orange Juice, coffee and water came out in filthy glasses, we then looked at our silverware and that was also dirty so we asked for plastic cups and utensils. We placed our order and our food came out but one of the orders were wrong we ordered chicken instead of steak, the manager took it back but the waitress had an attitude, the manager the comes back and says " you have to make sure you order exactly what you want" as if we have never ordered food at a sit down restaurant before, now there are TWO Philly Melts, one chicken the other steak, now being a waitress myself in a very busy restaurant here's a TIP, if we didn't say Chicken which we did the waitress should notify her customer by saying which would you like, the chicken or steak Philly. We come to Denny's at least 2 times a month and we decided to spend our last day of the year having French toast slams. We planned on ordering to go but my five year old daughter insisted we eat here because she loves the service and they always spoil her. I don't want to sound like a grinch or anything but First off I wish there was a way I can give this Dennys zero star review. Just about every time I go to this Dennys they give horrible service and the pancakes always come out under cooked (next time I go I'll take a picture). One time I went I got really high (And I mean stupid faded) and decided to go for a bite after coming from six flags, long story short I blacked out for a while and threw up all over the table, payed for my food and left. The reason I give this place a one star is because it's the lowest I can go. The waitress got our order wrong on numerous occasions, ignored us when we called her on multiple occasions, and never once came to check up on us to see if we needed refills. The cook also needs to learn how to cook eggs especially when your establishment is known for its breakfast. Overall a bad experience. Just wanted to get our check and leave. read more

This is my favorite Denny's, only because of the waitress named Cintya (spelled as it is on the receipt) who works from approximately 10p - 6a (most times later). She is courteous to all, and I mean all. I love her spirit of making sure her customers are pleased with the food, atmosphere and service. She changed my thinking of Denny's, and it is now more than acceptable to eat there. The cook excels too, because of Cintya's interactions. I haven't received this level of graciousness from other waitresses at this time of night to early morning, sorry to say but it's true. I stop by daily, if not at least 5 days out of the week, and if I don't see Cintya, I ask if she's there. If she's not there, most times I leave. I have watched other customers that come in at that ungodly time of morning, and Cintya changes a frown to a smile every time. She works well alone, and that's an asset to Denny's. I was only here once. Several of us in our family came in after a death in the family and Jose and the team were great to us. We were seated in a quiet overflow room and treated to the best service that we ever had, so that was awesome. read more

The service at this Denny's is horrible. We had to ask for silverware. We noticed that all minority customers were put in the back room and ignored(we were among them). It took over 20 minutes before anyone even asked us for our drink order. After we ordered our food the same waitress that took our order kept asking us if we ordered things that we didn't order. After 45 minutes our food had still not arrived. We finally decided to leave and go to IHOP. If you want to go to Denny's it is a good idea to choose another location because this one is awful. read more

Since it is relatively close to the place of my employment, I tend to make my way over to Denny's a few times a month. The service is hit or miss, depending on which section you sit in. The manager is friendly, and always seems to remember me, and is quick to refill my Iced Tea. They recently remodeled this location, so the booths are not craters into the abyss, they were before. I typically stick to breakfast items, (eggs, bacon, fruit, steak) and they are always accommodating to switch out toast for another egg. I wish they additional healthy options, or organic selections. But then again, it's Denny's. read more

The service was okay in the beginning , but after we ordered our food the server was chatting away took forever with our food and didn't bring all our food out at once . Plate by plate , then she comes back after we had already ordered and told us they where all out of shrimp for the steak and shrimp dinner . Lies she made that excuse for forgetting to write down the shrimp because we head the chef say " what shrimp,? You didn't write it down on your ticket," had to keep asking her for refills , napkins and A1 sauce , I walked up to her to see what was going on about the refills we had asked for and the utensils and she said we never said anything , so whole she was talking and laughing with the store manager Jose , Jose had to come and attend us. Because he knew she did wrong and wasn't being attentive with us... Server doesn't know what's available. Horrible service in this place at night! Takes forever for a server to take your order or even acknowledge your presence. So, I didn't bother waiting and just walked out (because I have feeling the food will take forever also). If you're in a rush and hungry, don't go here! I shouldn't review mad, but since they kept the receipt when my bf paid, I don't have the # to call in a complaint. One of the deals now was called "blueberry muffin pancakes" for $6. It was supposed to be pancakes with blueberries, white chocolate chips and whipped cream. I got pancakes with milk chocolate and white chocolate chips. Server tried to tell me that blueberry muffin pancakes was just the name, it had chocolate chips, not blueberries in it then left our bill on the table. I was pretty annoyed and we even tried to show the manager there were no blueberries in the pancakes, only chocolate chips. Server asked what I wanted and by this time everyone else in the family was done eating so I told him never mind. He said he would get pancakes with blueberries. I repeated that I wanted what I ordered, if he was going to get a different plate and I would like it to go. Server brought another plate with regular pancakes with just blueberries then asked if I wanted a box. I was tired of explaining what was on their menu, gave up, paid and left annoyed.
