It happened again... did not get all the food that I paid for even after asking them to please doublecheck the order. About three weeks ago I paid a little bit over $13 extra for some extra bread and I received zero extra on that takeout order. $80 + take out order. TODAY AGAIN! Over a $85 dollar order but also Paid another $13.11 for some extra bread and I received this time extra bread for two instead of three! I need to quit tipping these guys so well ($14+) for takeout orders, this is ridiculous. I did try calling immediately upon arriving to my house and opening up my bag and no one there answering on two separate calls. I thought only McDonald's screwed up that bad. Every time I come here, Edelwina, a sweet and attentive server, always comes to help up. I've been here a few times, and every time she has come to serve me and my father, and makes the experience overall better. The food is very delicious, I ordered the Bourbon Chicken Skillet (which Edelwina enjoys that one too!) and it was delicious. I would totally recommend it. We've come for breakfast and lunch, and coming on a Tuesday at 12pm was surprisingly not super busy. Thank you Edelwina for always serving us! Worst place to ever go, I'm a coach for the city of Los Angeles recreational park and I took my kids after they're game to go eat. My wife was sat outside with my 9 month old and my 7 year old and I walked in after with my 2 other boys. Never once for 26 mins that we was there did a server go outside and asked if we been helped. I got up being frustrated for already waiting and I went inside and I told them that we was never helped so we are leaving 3 servers just smiled and said okay bye. Like REALLY ! It's unbelievable and lack of customer service. Forget me being upset but kids are why we are there for! Servers to busy talking amongst each other gossiping while acting like it takes 2 ppl to put silverware in napkins. I'm furious and upset. This place is terrible. read more

We ordered the loaded veggie omelette and a build your own omelette (caramelized onions, mushrooms, and spinach). The omelettes were surprisingly better than I thought. We were expecting less than average food, but it was pretty decent. Love how they packed the pancakes (they stacked it with the omelettes). The toast had butter on it and they gave us jam (syrup too for the pancakes). The food was ready on time too! read more

Reading the other reviews at the location definitely had us worried however we were terribly hungry so we still stopped here. Big mistake :( The customer service was awful everyone we came in contact with was absolutely agitated and gave quick short responses, grosss Our food was the normal Dennys food except my sister ordered a burger and bit into a bread tie, a BREAD TIE INSIDE OF HER BURGER. We called the waitress who quickly walked away and came back w the manager maybe??? He never introduced himself. Anywho, as my sister told him that the bread tie was inside of her burger somehow, the only response he gave was what a bread tie is and how this is not food. The confusion was real . She let him know she understands what a bread tie is and that she has eaten the majority of her burger and then not into the bread tie so that it had to be layered inside of the burger somehow. He said that's fine. I will take only your food off. Not your drink. That was it, he turned around and walked away. No apology, nada. And it was super weird because she was very calm but all he wanted to do is educate us on what a bread tie is and that he will take it off but nothing more . Meh. I definitely won't be back. I went in to order Togo breakfast on 1/3/25 and as I was waiting to be helped two other parties came in after me and were seated by a Dennys employee named Ceaser. Ceaser did not bother to ask me if I had been helped or if I needed any help. he passed by me a couple of times after the other parties had been seated and looked at me, went back towards the kitchen and still no assistance. I've been going to the place every visit to California, but yesterday it was horrible. The waitresses couldn't decide where to place us and had that conversation in front of us saying things like "I don't want them, give them to...." We didn't feel welcomed so ended up leaving. The manager was called over and politely explained what the plastic piece was - as if didn't already know - we simply wanted him to be aware of the fact that it was in her burger. Wednesday 7:45 AM Lito (manager) is amazing. Excellent service and consideration. everything was clean and lighting was just right. When I was at the register, he comped a meal for a needy patron. Pancakes and scrambled eggs were very good as expected from Dennys. Coffee was a bit strong, but that's what creamer is for. Proficient, Fast Paced, Friendly and Professional would be the words I would use to describe this location. From the looks of things, they take the morning online orders seriously. I asked for my online order to be ready by 7:15. I arrived a bit early and call myself giving them some extra time. They didn't need it. Not only was my order ready but I seen the bags of other packed and ready to go. I was met by Nanette and she knew exactly where my order was and was even nice enough to fulfill my request for a cup of ice. The music was fantastic as well. I love me some "Jackson Browne" "Somebody's Baby"...it came on right when I walked in. Also playlist and employees. The food was on point and it was hot.
