Went into here today this morning and did not appreciate the frigid employee Lorena who gave me her bad attitude when I asked if they can rush my order since I was short on time. If she had need any of her orders rushed and the role was reversed, I'd be glad to help her with that. She turned around and scolded me with her obnoxious rude af foul attitude that I can call in for my order before I got here. I was driving, ain't no way I'm calling when I have to focus on my driving. I didn't ask for her opinion. Let alone her mouth of talking back to me. Just do what the customer wants and shut up. DUH. Furthermore, who the hell talks to customers that way? If she's not happy to work here or she's not getting laid in her life therefore making her be such a bitch, then don't work here. General Manager guy, when you stand at the next register, look up at your surroundings to notice so you can greet your customers. That, being me. And you got young employees walking around looking busy working but ONLY ONE register open with one cashier while next register can be used too but isn't while you have a long line, makes NO sense. At all. Period. Train your young employees to work faster. Help the customers out in line and ordering. I saw the one dude in front of the line ordering took forever like he was struggling and then he walked to the side unprepared without the young cashier trying to help him out with making his order go smoother and faster. Smooth order process via DoorDash. Bagel itself tasted decent. Would have preferred the avocado not chopped in small bits so it wouldn't fall out so easily. It got annoyingly messy as every bite created droppings of sauce and avocados falling. The iced coffee should have options for cream and extra sugar. Customer service is so horrible that I stopped visiting the Douglas location. However, I visited today because I was near and didn't want to visit my usual location on Rosecrans! Again, customer service was bad; I asked for a bag & knife and the lady practically threw the bag at me and never gave me a knife. I think this Noah's has the best bagels of Noah's in the area. Their bagels are softer and fluffier, and their asiago isn't super stingy with the cheese. What prompted this review was my recent visit today. I didn't check the time and happened to walk in 2 minutes before closing. Oops! Despite that, JoJo (?) his tag said shift lead was so chill, patiently letting me pick my bagel selection and waiting while I tried to sort through the app barcode (because it was down and not working) and he helped with looking it up. Pretty standard Noah's location but I had several problems with them. Sorry can't give five stars. Multiple times I've ordered bagels to go, only to discover that I received someone else's, completely wrong orders. Fixing bad orders is never a problem, employees here are more than willing to do it but sometimes I could be miles away or even back at home when a problem is discovered. I was craving a nice chewy bagel so I stopped in to order a toasted cinnamon sugar bagel with CC on the side. If you want a truly toasted bagel, you'd better ask them to toast until it is CRUNCHY; otherwise you end up with it warm but not crunchy. And I do not recommend the cinnamon sugar bagel; they basically take a plain bagel and throw a tiny bit of cinnamon sugar on it. Service was quick, and there was quite a lineup when I left.
