I usually go to the location in Culver City. Culver City is much busier than this location on Douglas Street . Pretty much anytime before 1pm Culver location is really busy. However at noon on Saturday this location on Douglas is pretty quiet. Six workers all huddled around the register. Not even one greeted me. The lady at the register maybe she was closing it didn't even acknowledge me but said to the man next to her can you take her. No hi, he says what can I get you. The service is just as important as the food for me so I will not be back. I will try El Segundo see if they prioritize customer service. Don't recommend plus the sandwich was dry. read more

I remember when i would order a bagel with shmear and the shmear was oozing out of the warm bagel. Delish! HOWEVER, that was no longer the case today! I ordered through the app. BARELY any shmear. I chose the Preztel bagel because i was really craving extra salt, but i think they gave me a regular plain bagel! Not cool Noah's Bagel, not cool at all. Customer service is so horrible that I stopped visiting the Douglas location. However, I visited today because I was near and didn't want to visit my usual location on Rosecrans!
