I don't know why I ever expect this place to be anything better than what it is.....sticky table dirty floor my hand got stuck to the table like 6 times.....this fork was left in the little holder I can guarantee it was used and someone stuck it there and whoever cleaned the table did a really bad job at not only wiping down the table but clearing it of items that were not supposed to be there. Ketchup bottle was completely empty. Waiter was friendly I had to ask for a refill of soda when my empty cup was sitting on the edge of the table for like ten minutes.....I'm all over the place with this review but when I walked in the one girl looked at me and continued to sweep which I guess is fine but ended up seating me.....maybe it wasn't your job to seat people? For a Denny's I think this place does a nice job. You can't compare it to 5 star restaurants, it is a Denny's. It is clean though, the service was fast and friendly and the place is conveniently located. I brought my infant with me and the waitress was very nice and accommodating to our newborn. The pancake puppies are always pretty awesome, and their breakfast foods are pretty much solid. The bacon is not their speciality, but that's okay. I've never had anything but breakfast at Denny's so I can't speak for the rest of their food, but their pancakes, eggs, waffles, french toast, and pancake puppies are all decent and the pricing is very reasonable. read more

I went in with a party of four at about 12am and the place was not busy. We were seated right away, and ordered right away. I ordered the Tbone steak and eggs and asked for medium rare. The steak came back completely raw, very undercooked. I asked for another steak this time cooked properly. Once they returned the cook steak to me it DID NOT taste right at all. Ok I figured the cook didnt know how to cook steak, it happens. But then I realized the one waitress used to be an exgirlfriend of mine. The manager came to me and I said I see theres an exgirlfriend of mine working here who DID NOT wait on us that may have something to do with this problem I am having with my food. The manager immediaetly said I know, but your exgirlfriend (dont want to mention names, but the manager said her name) does not cook. I replied back by saying, how did you know she was my ex there are 3 waitress my age working here, how did you know it was her? The manager got very defensive and didnt know what to say. But did say well your waitress and your exgirlfriend talked, I over heard them. Needless to say she took my meal off the bill and that was that because I refused to eat the steak. .Now after returning home my sister started puking from the bacon she ate from her meal. Coincidence? I recommend if you live in the area and have either an enemy or exsomebody who works here, stay far away. Because its clear this Denny's does not care about their customers. But dont worry there are plenty of Denny's in the area to go to. And this is the FIRST bad experience I ever had with any Denny's, I have been going for the past 15 years. read more

Sickening filthy. Thought I was getting bitten by bedbugs as I had a bloody bite on my leg after eating. Took an hour to have breakfast because service was terrible. Food was passable but bacon and hash browns where improperly cooked, eggs watery. Pancakes were ok. A complete waste of time and money. I had to go right to Wal-Mart and buy rubbing alcohol to make sure I didn't take bedbugs home with me. I will say other dennys are potentially fine I'm speaking about this location. read more

Visited: Sunday - March 8, 2015 - 11:30 AM The previous Denny's visit was about 20 years ago in Clifton Heights, Pa. The food was passable but the service was virtually nil. I had no intentions of returning. My lady friend suggested Denny's. The 20 year memory quickly returned but, I agreed to go with trepidation. We ordered the 55 + Senior vegetarian platter - yes, I am over 55 years of age. We received our coffee and tomato juice. The server acknowledged my request for additional napkins. After an approximately 20 minute wait, I left my table and asked the server of food status. She she'd check. I replied thank you and returned to my table. Within one minute our server presented our food and I asked again for the additional napkins. She delivered them promptly and walked toward the kitchen. She did not ask if we needed anything and frankly, I forgot to ask. My lady friend and I had about a mouthful of coffee remaining. I waited for another minute for a coffee refill in hopes that the server was returning with a pot of coffee. Again, I left my table to ask the server for a coffee refill. She acknowledged my request and returned to her duties. I thanked her and returned to my table. Within seconds, the server took the order of four people and returned to the kitchen. The sever emerged and began speaking to diners to my immediate right. I waited about one minute and recognized that my coffee refill request would not be forthcoming. Once again, I left my table and this time walked passed the server. I calmly and discreetly explained the situation to the manager. The manager apologized and served the coffee. The server took note and apologized. I simply stated "we are done". I do not consider myself entitled or demanding but, after several respectful requests for service resulted in apparent indifference, I felt mitigated to decline her apology. I'm not really sure why I'm even reviewing this place. I only came here because my babe and I missed our plane to ATL and my mother-in-law wanted to go to breakfast. We all ordered coffee, which was pretty good. Strong like I like it. Everything beyond that was just...meh. Not bad service....but it just wasn't a good experience overall. I ordered an English muffin instead of toast and when it arrived, not only was it NOT an English muffin, it also looked like a dirty biscuit. Yes, dirty. I wish I had taken a pic. Excellent food and excellent service. My. Husband had the pot roast and loved it. Very tender . I had the Tuscan super bird and asked them to add avocado and it was delicious . I also asked them for a bowl of any veggies they could wip up for me and they accommodated my request. I've been on vacation for a week and veggies which I love has been very limited. So I was very pleased that they did that for me. We will be back for breakfast. read more

He stepped back to let her do whatever she seemed to be doing (nothing) and waited for her to ask if he needed a table, etc. Then two more hostesses came behind the hostess stand so I walked up. They were sitting there gossiping to one another and kept side eyeing me as I stood there waiting to be helped. All three of them just stared at us. We sat and waited to ask for a table and decided to just leave and go next door. I don't know why people work in customer service if they're not prepared to at least acknowledge people when they walk through the door. Went to Denny visiting for a funeral. There were a few people in the restaurant. We ordered our food and water. The waiter serves those who came In After us. I told her that I did not want onions on my taco, she said sorry it only comes with onions. She came back 15 minutes later to ask if I wanted any thing else, I said fries. Fries came back look beautiful on a dirty plate. At that point I could not eat ended up paying for bad food. I know why It was empty now. Yuck never again. read more

We came here late at night after an eagles home opener when we beat the falcons and we got the utmost amazing service. We are from California and we don't get service like that. Our waiter Jerod T was excellent and he tended to our needs in a timely manner with a great attitude. It made us want to return the next day and I just have to say the manager James Johnson really seems to care if his customers are having a good experience there. He remembered us from the night before asked us how our trip was going and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service, we are from Cali but we will be returning. Let me start this by stating: I LOVE DENNY'S. NOT Philadelphia Denny's, though. I am the traveler who books accommodations based on the proximity of Denny's locations. I know...I know. Please don't judge me. Now, I've been to this location a number of times and it can be a hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to get Ron as your server, your experience will be that much better. I always order a breakfast skillet, but at my most recent visit, the portion was literally cut in half. Not that I need a full skillet of potatoes and cheese, but..hey. I mentioned it to the server but didn't make a big deal about it. I'm not sure what that was about but it will definitely decrease my chances of returning and stick to my "out of town" Denny's. My niece ordered a salad and was told they were out of eggs, so they wouldn't be able to put any on her salad. However, they compensated by adding more steak to the salad. No argument there. Hopefully, if I return they don't force me into portion control and they have eggs. It'd make for a more enjoyable experience. read more

Went there this morning for breakfast. Ordered two buttermilk pancake eggs hash n toast. Food took more than 30 mins. Waitress came once after 20 mins of waiting saying the food should be out shortly. 10 mins or so pass by n it did. 1. Buttermilk pancake: I received two very different size pancake. One was like 4 in and the other one was like 7 in. That's fine. I looked at it closer and I see dark pieces of burnt food on the pancakes!?!? Waitress ask me if everything's alright. Ok I don't like judging a book by its cover so I did not complain about it. After I took a bite it was extra chewy. I push the plate aside. 2. Hash browns: So hard I couldn't even chew it. I went with my boyfriend and his daughter at 8:30 pm to get dinner, I ordered a burger, my boyfriend got a chicken, and his daughter got Mac n cheese. We sat there for 25 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Once we finally got our order in we got two appetizers after waiting another 25 minutes, we still were waiting for our meals. It's now 10:12 pm and we still don't have our meals. Note there were maybe 4 tables at the most that were sat. So it wasn't busy. Finally me and my boyfriends daughter went to the car and my boyfriend went to pay for the appetizers and was told by the girl running the register that they have been out of Mac n cheese since yesterday, and he got charged for our whole meal that we never even got. So after he fought with them he got his money back. I won't be coming here again. I like Dennys but this one wasn't up to par what so ever. Now we have to figure out what to feed his 7 year old daughter for dinner at 10 o clock at night. read more

"It's Dennys...you know what to expect..." Biscuits and gravy, hash browns (very well done) and a small orange juice. The restaurant was not busy at 8 AM Friday morning. I was seated rapidly. Hostess let me know my waitchickie would be along shortly. 5 minutes later, she appeared. As has been mentioned, the speed of service is not quite up to 21st century standards here. Not sure why...the restaurant was not busy... I ordered, and wc went to the kitchen. Another person was seated; he greeted both Hostess and Waitchickie by name. Apparently, he was a regular. Amazingly enough, his order was delivered before mine. Ah, well...that's the power of being a regular customer. Breakfast appeared after 9 minutes. The biscuit looked to be about the size of those that come out of a poppin' fresh refrigerator can. It was cut in half and covered in sausage gravy. This was not 'sausage' gravy in the Southern sense, that the gravy was made using the grease from cooking sausage. It was, at appearance, like no sausage gravy I had ever seen. Make this stuff rusty redbrown and it would look like sloppy joe. I cut into one of the biscuits and tasted the combination. Gravy has a respectable amount of pepper...LOTS of sausage...just not what was anticipated. Hash browns...I guess I am going to have to start saying "Carbonize 'em" when I order hash browns. Generally, when I order them extra well done, they at least come out brown. Like most hash browns in a Dennys or Sambos or Village Inn, they are rarely found to be done well...and rather than displease myself, I put the fork down after my second try. Orange juice, while not fresh-squeezed, was certainly refreshing. 8 ounces in the small. Served ice-cold but not iced down, it was very pleasing. Unless the restaurant is pretty busy, once I am finished with breakfast and have pushed the plate back with my napkin on top, the wc has about 5 minutes to deliver a check. If it is not on the table by then, I walk to the register and wait. Between the occasionally present hostess, register chickie and the tough-to-find wc, 8 minutes to pay out and leave. Orange juice, biscuits and gravy...those parts of my experience that garnered a 3-star review for this Dennys. The service...slow unless you are a regular...just is not working for me. read more

This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. General disappointments: They were out of orange juice, diet coke, and to go boxes. Someone waited twenty minutes to order food to go and then overheard the staff tell someone else they were out of to go boxes and couldn't accommodate any take out orders. (I think all customers would have appreciated knowing upfront that these items and services were unavailable.) Service disappointments: While our initial interaction with our waitress was seemingly standard and friendly, I can't provide any additional positive feedback about her because we barely saw her again.The waiter who brought us our beverages informed us of their lack of diet coke and forgot 2/3 waters. We spent over 35 minutes trying to make eye contact with our waitress to get her attention - and although we made eye contact, she never came over. We spent 45 minutes waiting for refills on water and coffee (and of course our food), while other customers who had been seated after us and were simply sitting closer to the kitchen enjoyed their food. At this point I stood up and walked over towards the kitchen to request refills, and a different waitress said she would be right with us. Ten minutes later our waitress came over with refills and said our food shouldn't be much longer. This is now 55 minutes into our breakfast. (Just to be clear we all ordered eggs and the restaurant was not full.) While she was at our table we requested a set of utensils (since only 2/3 of our party was given a set of utensils when we were seated). In addition we requested salt and ketchup - because at this point we had high hopes our food would be arriving soon and our table was not prepared with these items unlike the other tables near us. Finally over an hour after being seated our food arrived with unmelted cheese on the eggs and 2 packets of ketchup for our table of 3. When the waitress walked away we took the bottle of ketchup from an empty table nearby and ate our breakfast. This was a disappointing visit to say the least.
