We went to this Danny's waiting for a family member to get through with the hospital, & the wait was pretty long about 20-30 minutes & they were really busy, but the staff from the beginning- the greeter "Isaiah" & the female seating were both very nice, especially Isaiah who was so nice & funny while we were waiting, he's a pleasure to have at this store. Then our server "Vanessa" she was so fast, sweet & efficient with many tables, but gave us great service along with courtesy checks from the very active store manager "Wayne", making sure everyone was getting what they needed, he was very present on the restaurant floor while we were there. So the reason for the 5 stars was first & foremost; great attentiveness from all staff, great service & helping each other, & the food was great too especially the pancakes, sooo good. Extremely rude staff. The moment we walked in the waitress was very rude. She gave us attitude while giving out the menus and we have never met her in our lives. She was having a bad day it seemed but to take it out on your customers, who are the reason you're getting a pay check? They need to fire these employees. And when the manager was advised she was no better. They need training on customer service, because many others like me who receive this terrible service will never return. I'd rather wait an extra 30 minutes at any other place nearby then deal with this location again. read more

Never have i been disappointed from a Denny's Rest till yesterday!! Walked in, no one in the front to greet you, after 5 min i jst took a seat in the counter, tell me why their was at least 6 women employees in jst one spot jst chit chatting away. After Sitting their for about 10 min waitress finally decides to take my order, I would understand if they were pack for her to forget my order but nope after 2min she comes back & asks me what i had ordered, by this time i was pissed so i repeated myself but by then i jst wanted to leave even tho i was hungry as hell and was working about a 10hr shift that day! I love this Denny's. The only reason I can see someone disliking Denny's is if they're going there expecting something fancy. It's the perfect place to go at 3:00am when you're hungry and have nothing better to do. I've had a lot of fun times there. Surprisingly, a lot of memories there as well. We came to eat at this location after a soccer game 13 of us ..... as we got seated we waited about 20 minutes till someone finally approaches us asking has anyone took your order we all said no ?..... she takes our ((drinks )) only..... another 30 minutes passed not even our drinks !!!! We hadn't even ordered our food ! Waitresses are cleaning tables just looking at us ! This Dennys is your typical restaurant when it comes to a breakfast place, the food is good and the service is good as well. I always the Grand Slam with some lemonade. The food isn't AMAZING but also not HORRIBLE. It is good, average. 8/10 food :) 8/10 service. read more

My boyfriend took me here to eat some skillets cause we were craving it and we got there about 12:56 in the afternoon and then we didn't get our food until 1:30 I mean I get it's lunch rush but when I took a bite out of the food it was warm and I was like okay this server did not tell us about the food like thank you for waiting patiently for your food but yeah horrible service. I use to work as a waitress so I know how customer service goes. But as for them they need better training. Plus the skillets didn't sizzle when it came to our table and the server didn't even tell us the skillet is hot so you know the food isn't hot. Worst Dennys I've been to!! If your passing by and aren't familiar with the area don't stop. After we were done eating around 1pm today we needed a to go container and a recipe to pay but unfortunately our waiter never came back. So we went to the front cashier where the manager gave us our bill to pay. After we paid we returned to our seat waiting for the manager because we had asked him if he could bring us a to go container unfortunately again he never showed up, but a bus boy was kind enough to get it for us. We're leaving and we get in our car and start pulling away as our waiter chases after us telling us to stop " HEY, YOU DIDNT PAY, your gonna leave without paying really? My coworker said you guys walked out without paying." Keep in mind this whole time he's being really aggressive and yelling at us while we're taking out our recipe to show it to him and suddenly his whole mood swings. These coworkers really need to work on their communication and customer service because this is outrageous! read more

We normally come every Friday for a meeting in the private room in the back and after our private meeting we order for a large group but this week I was impressed by the accuracy and friendliness of Angie she did an awesome job! We order a plate and split it and she got it perfectly. Very attentive fast and accurate.
