The morning shift 9:00AM customer service was great, they were friendly, my server can't remember her name, my waitress Stacy was awesome! she put my order in quick my food was serve warm maybe in ten minutes, she came by to see if everything was ok, which I like. I know she has other tables to wait on. This Denny's is so amazing! The staff is great and they're very sweet. Maria our waitress was very fast and always came to check up on us. I got breakfast potatoes, two sausages and an English muffin and it was all so great. I wasn't a huge fan of the sausages, though I don't like any sausages so I'm not sure why I ordered them. The coffee was fresh and hot and very delicious, I drank about 3 cups. The women's bathroom was very clean and it smelt really nice. Really enjoy Denny's breakfast. Stopped in to catch up with a friend. We love their pancakes and appreciate their patience with two chatty ladies lol. I usually order from the value menu which is on the table (if not ask for it). I like flavored creamer for my coffee so you have to ask for it sometimes (hazelnut for me). I always get 2 eggs (over medium) & sausage but today I was in a biscuits & gravy mood. I got 2 eggs (soft scrambled), hash browns & sausage, meal was pretty tasty. We shared an order of fluffy pancakes & extra butter. We asked our server to warm the pancakes (as they were cold by the time we finished our eggs). And she didn't hesitate, she also made sure we had plenty of coffee and checked on us periodically. Place was clean and fast service. She did a great job... and for the first time in a long time, we enjoyed our experience at a Denny's. I'm going to make the long story short because the pictures will speak for themselves. I ordered for curbside pickup and found mold on the bread they use for the grand slamwich. Called the restaurant and all they did was apologize and provide us a refund and to make us a new order. I didn't bother asking for another order I just wanted my refund because I was so grossed out about what I found. The manager on the phone tried saying it was avocado residue and I found that to be so insulting that he couldn't clearly believe it was mold!!! I ended up going back to the restaurant with the order just to prove to him I wasn't lying. I already complained to EHS and corporate. I'm going to take legal action if they don't get another re-inspection. These people should feel ashamed of themselves serving old moldy bread to customers, especially during this global pandemic. read more

Prety smooth service here, located in Fontana by the 15 and baseline. Just a heads up, at night it can be semi-ghetto here due to homeless who surround the place begging for change. I wish Dennys would focus on getting rid of them. As for the service, as previously mentioned above it is smooth; you aren't neglected and all the staff here are friendly. Management is always on-site and ensuring your meal was tasty. Food comes out rather quick and if you're enjoying breakfast (in the morning) you can often find a third party onsite who creates ballons for your little ones. Quite entertaining for the little ones. I personally love their lumberjack slam with scrambled eggs, and bananas inside of the pancakes with a side of whip cream. No real complaints here, the good is great and so is the service! read more

Terrible service. Was sat for a party of four when we clearly had said five. We had to ask to move because even though it wasn't busy we weren't attended to. I've been going to Denny's for many years. I always love getting Moons Over My Hammy, but every time I've gotten it from this place it's just not the same. It tastes soggy and just thrown together. Of all the Denny's that my wife and I visit to eat, we enjoy the location in Fontana at Baseline Rd and I-15 freeway. Very clean, good food always and the waitresses are excellent. We have never experienced a problem here. The waitresses we have had serving us at this location for the last several years, were always cheerful, very helpful and great on assisting on our order or whatever is needed to make the meal perfect. My friends and I were very excited to go to Denny's for breakfast. We typically enjoy Denny's breakfast and it was an easy choice. We were extremely disappointed in our experience. The service was terrible. The initial server who took our drink order was rude. The server who took our food order seemed annoyed we were there. The food took an excessive amount of time to come out. What's better than my favorite meal of the day??? My favorite meal of the day with a COUPON!!! No, I am not, nor will I ever be below, using a coupon! I consistently get coupons for Denny's food, in the mail, and this makes it all the more delicious. This is my go-to Dennys. Why? SERVICE, that's why! We used to have a go-to waiter, Tom, who was the most amazing Denny's waiter we've ever had. Unfortunately, I haven't seen Tom at this location for quite some time. The other servers have been pretty great though. Not as great as Tom, but still great. There was one server this weekend, however, that practically yelled out "ANOTHER TABLE?!" I was pretty shocked that she'd be so openly disgusted about having another customer, but whatever, whatever, she wasn't my server. So the food is always great here. Denny's food can be tricky too. If you go to the wrong Denny's you can potentially find hair in your food, or go home with some good ol' food poisoning (sadly, yes, this has happened to me before). Fortunately, this has NEVER been the case for me at THIS Denny's. As I said before, the prices are EXCELLENT (especially when you use those trusty coupons they send you in the mail! USE THEM!). I usually wind up paying about $25 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal. Doesn't get much better than that. So why'd I subtract 1 star? Because it can be hit and miss. Took my family here for after Graduation dinner. Too long of a line. The hotess made us feel that we were not special. It felt like it was a burden to help the customer.they final seated us and took 15 minutes to give us our food. What a wasted night. We got our food cold and we had to find somebody to give us our refills on our sodas. But the sad thing was is that they had open table but not enough staff to help out the clients.
