They are sold out of so many items and then the ones that aren't marked may still not be available. AVOID tables with direct sunlight unless you are the lord of the flies. Our server Angelica did amazing! Only one cook and one server for a slow afternoon but you wouldn't know because service was great and speedy. Service was slow here. Waited for more than 5 minutes before we can be seated (they were not packed and no one was waiting ahead of us), and another 15 minutes to order food. The waitress attended to the other party came after us instead of our table first. When I waved my hand at her, she came by and said "let me get them their (the party who came after us) drinks first or are you ready to put in all of your orders?" Stopped by for breakfast Friday morning with my family and had a really great experience! Service was really fast, food was great and place was very clean! This place was a welcome site after a 10 day hiking trip! The dining area is open and clean. Our server, Dulin S. was cheerful and friendly. She recommended items from the menu that were perfectly cooked and perfectly hit the spot! When the cook Hermenia heard we had a disappointing Thanksgiving dinner at different diner, she sent us a sample of her mashed potatoes and gravy, that was delicious. I absolutely love this Dennys it's always very clean from the floors to the bathrooms! The servers are extremely courteous and very knowledgeable of their food. They have one server for an entire restaurant and she works her tush off. She's the server, the busser, the hostess and the cashier. It's crazy!!! I've never seen a woman hustle more. There should be two people working the floor every day!! We are here on a Thursday morning at 9:50 am and it's crowded. Not packed, but there are definitely enough people to have two employees plus the kitchen staff. Also, blaming covid is getting old. Hire more people!!! Give the ones you have more hours! Came in to order Togo cheeseburgers 9/7 After I put my order in and paid I asked if I can make my fries seasoned fries she said she wasn't able to do so because of the 99 cent up charge. Denny's in Santa Nella, California for dinner. The waitress Dulin was great and the cook Edwin did all our food just like we wanted. Only problem was, it was 107° and they had no air conditioning! The people working there were beings as helpful as possible in the heat! We felt so bad for them. They did tell us they had no AC when we came in, but we were hungry and stayed anyway. My friends and I stopped at this Dennys on our way to Monterrey and we had a great experience! We enjoyed our food and had such great and fast service on a Friday morning. All of my friends and I received our food 10-15 minutes after ordering and everything was perfect! Our server Maria offered us avocado for our lunch which was such a great idea. Our server was so efficient and welcoming, she always was on top of refills and if we needed anything else. The food was so delicious, I had the double berry banana pancakes which were excellent. My strawberry banana milkshake was perfect as well! The place also looks very well maintained and clean especially the restrooms! Okay, this must be the worst night ever here, or just a fluke. Ww come here occasionally, and usually isn't too bad. But. Tonight was record breaking bad. I asked for over-easy eggs, got hard cooked, solid yolks burned edges. Terrible. There was a group of 8 people, and the server was overwhelmed. Tool 15 minutes to get a drink order. The place is a mess. The windows are filthy, it looks like whoever cleaned them couldn't clean the tops of the windows. The server did put plenty of butter on the toast, and the hashbrowns were perfect. A short order cook should be able to handle this sparse crowd. They really need to up their game.
