I don't want to jump to conclusions or accuse anyone of discrimination based on race, age, appearance, or anything else. However, the experience genuinely felt like we were being treated differently based on how we looked or were dressed. What makes it more concerning is seeing other reviews describing similar experiences. At the very least, the seating process needs to be more transparent and consistent. If there is a reason one party is seated before another, especially when they checked in later, the staff should be able to clearly explain why.
