Ordered an appetizer, crab queso, and I ordered the Ultimate feast and wife ordered surf and turf (medium on steak). 10 minutes later waitress tells us that they are out of tortilla chips and wondered if we wanted anything else, no we didn't. How does a restaurant run out of tortilla chips (damn it chest and have someone run to Gordon's). That was the start of all the failures! Meals came out, steak was rare, waitress took it back, then we found the rest. The lobster (both of ours) was not thoroughly cooked, potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the butter, my crab legs were barely warm to the touch. Drinks were good! Couldn't talk to manager because he was on a conference call! So waitress comped everything and we left! Would not recommend this place to anybody! Do not believe we will return for long time.

It was awful. The shrimp was steamed/broiled but the tilapia was fried. Who puts a buerre blanc sauce over fried fish and pasta? The pasta was lumped together under a third of the plate instead of under all of the food. I ate half, and boxed half because I didn't want my friend to think I was ungrateful, and threw the rest away when I got home. This was on a Friday at lunch time. Unlike when it was a Mitchell's restaurant and full on Fridays--there could not have been more than 8 other diners. I noticed that the host was still seating people with dinner menus. Due to a mix up a week earlier, I was unable to meet my friend and he stayed and ate. He told me they gave him the dinner menu that day too. I don't think they 'forget.' I think that business is slow because the quality of the food has declined, and so they make up the difference in the lunch sales drop off by hoping people won't notice that they've not been offered the lunch menu. They take my order promptly and professionally. Their service is awesome. Second, the food is actually good.
