Absolutely awful experience. We waited over two hours and never received a single drink refill, despite asking multiple times. Each time, our server told us to "wait," and nothing ever came. When we finally walked up to the counter--clearly frustrated--to ask for our checks and complain, the server only then started making the drinks as we were walking up. At that point, we asked not to be charged for the drinks we never received. She immediately became defensive and said she could "make them to-go." We declined. That's when she crossed the line and called us "fucking whites." That is an absolutely disgusting thing to say--especially considering we are not even white, ( We are Hispanic for context ) just another rude and offensive assumption on top of terrible service. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. Awful service from start to finish. Do not come to this Denny's. read more

I ordered a Build Your Own breakfast slam from Denny's tonight and I had a less-than-stellar experience. I ordered through their app, only to find out that DoorDash would be delivering (eye roll). I paid and saw through their app app that my order was being prepared. I left very detailed and specific delivery instructions for the Dasher but I guess no one knows how to follow directions anymore. Anyway, when my order was ready, I saw that it was heading toward me. I received a phone call from the dasher but when I answered all I heard was noise, so I said hello several times with no response and then the call disconnected. I tried calling back to no avail. I then saw that the app said the order was delivered. I went to where I told the dasher to meet me, but I saw no one. I then walked up to the emergency room because that's where orders usually are left. No food there either. So I contacted DoorDash support and had to argue with the rep, explaining to her that I never received my order. She told me that since I ordered through Denny's app, that I had to contact them for a refund. I called Denny's SEVERAL times but the line stayed busy. So I'm out $25 and I left the Dasher a $5 tip on a $13 order, which he should have gotten nothing. He didn't try to re-deliver the order, he just left with it or probably ate it. I will NEVER order from Denny's again because they seem to not care about their customers. DoorDash has some good drivers and some very horrible ones, who don't even attempt to deliver good customer service. I once said that I would never order from Denny's again, but I believe in giving second chances. Those chances have run out! I will attempt to get in contact with them tomorrow, but I'm not feeling too hopeful about that! read more

I typically enjoyed the service, but won't be going back because of the food quality and cleanliness. I never expect a Denny's to be top notch in either of those categories, but this location definitely needs some more attention paid to the cleaning and renovations. Considering that they appear to be understaffed, the service is actually quite good. The servers were doing a fantastic job, in my opinion, taking care of 12 to 15 tables while doing their absolute best. The ambience is great and the inside is actually designed and styled awesome, it looks way more modern than you would have imagined. The food was good and fresh, no issues at all. Okay wait before we go any further "A Denny's with a Full Bar"? It's Christmas Morning and I find myself sitting at a booth in Denny's and this place is packed like the gifts under the tree. The atmosphere is joyful and the staff is strutting their stuff with their Santa Hats and Reindeer Anthers and the smell of Slamaritas is almost intoxicating while the dice from last night's craps table are still rolling around in my head. It's not just this Denny's - the menus are too numerous and the selections are ridiculous - and now I have new beverage options at this location to deal with. I had visions of sunny-side eggs dancing in my head, but the pancakes also looked enticing especially with pralines and pecans covering them, but then again I do like the big bird with its buttery toasted seven grain bread hiding the turkey with a side of cranberry optional. Nevertheless I've never seen a Denny's so festive, making me wonder if it's a local tradition or a default because it seems everything else is closed for the holiday. Its obvious the staff loves this shift since almost everyone is in the giving spirit and the free pouring spirits only enhances the cheer, but the fa la la la la seem to be too much for some who sip their boring coffee with a grinch like scorn on their face as "Dashing Through The Snow" blares over the static filled speakers while it's nearly 80 degrees outside. The kitchen seemed to keep up and the restaurant was filled with cheer and goodwill - although this wasn't a planned destination for Christmas morning it did work out well so my review is solely based on this holiday visit I'm sure it would be completely different if I had arrived twelve hours earlier. Denny's has really improved tremendously since they first opened a couple years ago. We always get the Super Slam! It's the perfect amount for a perfect price. The store is always very clean and neat. It's always fully staffed. That's a huge improvement! The wait staffed are all fast, friendly, and efficient. The food is always good for a very fair price. I know it's Christmas but it's not just like this today, it's every day. As me and two of my friends walked in we were ignored as we tried to talk to someone. I waited a whole half hour for fries, chicken tenders, and Mac n cheese it wasn't difficult I was with 2 friends of mine. Only one person had their food brought to them and still me and another friend had to wait for 30 minutes for our food after already waiting for an hour. When he told us about the wait he said "I can charge you for the food I've already brought and drinks and you can just leave if you want" We didn't like how we were treated at all. Where to begin... Strike 1: Walk in with my 2 guest and it begins with the host. She takes my name down. We realize there is a bar here, we then ask the host if you can just cancel our name as we are just going to sit at the bar. She then proceeds to tell me, "you can't sit there" and she looks away. I then stand there and wait for the manager and he says "of course you can sit there." Such attitude from host, she may be better as a busser girl that way she can maybe clean her huge attitude. Strike 2: Bartender took 10 minutes to make a tequila sunrise because she had no idea how to make. And to top it off she told us she hates working here and doesn't like to do what the managers say. Throughout the meal she continued to use vulgar language to her co workers and talked to use as if we were her high school drop out friends. The bartenders name is Jaimee. I highly recommend you do not sit at her bar unless you want her to talk on the phone in front of you and ignore you. Strike 3&4: Food took 25 minutes plus, manager only acknowledged us once we said we just need to pay for our drinks and leave. After that, no manager check backed to make sure we were taken care of. And anytime we needed something we had to wait for Jaimee to finish her conversation on the phone about jello shots tonight before I can get a refill on water. To top it off the General Manager showed up on our way out and only talked to us to make sure we paid our tab because it looks like we were walking out. Seriously? Five stars for Mary (our server) and Marvin (busing tables) who treated a homeless, mentally ill, vision impaired customer with so much kindness, respect, and compassion that it brought tears to my eyes. Assuming he was a regular customer and they knew his needs, I asked how we could help. They didn't know him. He just walked in off the street and was hungry, so they gave him a free meal. Mary checked on him frequently ("You doin' OK, baby?") and Marvin guided him to the restroom and back to his table. This, friends. This is what we need more of in this world.
