We had no issues here. If fact, it was a totally positive experience. Came in around 10am on a Wednesday in November. They only had a small portion of the seating available at the time so almost every table was filled. The hostess was so sweet, as was our waitress. This woman WORKED. She was the only one working the tables and she managed to keep her cool, was polite, friendly, and handled an uncharacteristically rude table of Canadians very kindly (we couldn't help but to overhear). We both got the build your own grand slam. 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 2 sausage links and hashbrowns- darn good. Everything was flavorful, hot, and correctly made. 2 egg whites, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, hashbrowns- same, mo complaints. So, the two workers we met, as well as the cooks in the kitchen all did their jobs exceptionally well. No complaints. Would return. read more

Not the best Denny's I've been to but it did satisfy my hunger. The food was super oily, and the hash brown was burnt on the bottom. The omelette to veggie proportion was definitely off, as there was more egg then actual veggies inside. Our waitress wasn't that great either, as she had a difficult time accommodating my friend's order of no salt. They weren't able to do that I guess. We also ordered side meat, and it never came. The waitress said she forgot. Lame excuse, especially since it was not busy at all. Anyway, this Denny's is located downtown so it wasn't too clean outside or in either. This is a complaint vs Denny's Restaurant located at 4280 W Craig Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89031. On October 30, 2025 at about 5:30pm, More or less, the server named as "Mirasol" tricked us by putting a price of a soup that we did not order and made it appear that the amount was a discount; hence, upon paying at the cashier/mgr, our 15% AARP discount was not deducted from our meal. When we asked the cashier/mgr to deduct said 15% aarp discount upon presenting our AARP card, it was refused allegedly because we were already given a comp discount which should have been cancelled as we did not order the soup that was listed on the receipt and fraudulently listed by that server as a guest comp which is completely unfair, unjust, and definitely fraudulent. We complained that it was the error of the server but to no avail, our complaint was not entertained and thus, ignored. It is definitely unfair and disgusting! It is considered as a fraud and stealing. Never eat in this restaurant as the servers and the management are all deceitful specially doing this to elderly like us! read more

I had a great experience with a worker called Deanna and she was really sweet, helped me out, food was good, and had a good time.

Food was decent, customer service could've been better. I called in my eggs with grilled onions & mushrooms. I asked for scrambled wet, they weren't that way. They said 15 mins, I came in 30. My order still wasn't ready. The guy who cashed me out, told me there was only one cook in the kitchen and my food would be ready shortly. I waited for another 10 mins or so. Went there this evening. There were 4 of us. Let me say Sharelle was an amazing server. We were bypassed by Vera to be seated. So that was wrong. We ordered our food, two plates come out. Five minutes later the third comes. 30 minutes later the final plates comes out wrong. Mind you the place was not busy at all. The fourth plate was sent back because at that point I was no longer hungry and asked for the check. I asked for the manager and 10 minutes later Santiago comes out. When I attempted to tell him what happen no apology was offered he took the bill and said I will take care of it. The issue in this is service. This was uncalled for and poor service. He cleared the bill but the point was he did not care and that is sad. read more

It's Denny's so what do you expect.....however, when you're down on Fremont Street and it's past midnight, you're drinking and hungry...what other place do you go to. Yep, not a question....that's a statement. The restaurant was empty on a Wednesday late night, and we got seated right away. Typical Denny's food that takes care of your late night munchies, with the hash browns helping to soak up the alcohol you were consuming. Our server, Erin, was very friendly and we had a couple of laughs with her and some of the other staff working that late night. read more

This Dennys is located near Fremont street in Las Vegas. We stopped here for a bite to eat while heading to race car experience nearby. The waiter was friendly but had a lot of tables. They kept forgetting about us. Therefore, it was a long wait for service and food to come out. Part of the restaurant was closed off so only half was open for guests. When I inquired about the section been closed, our server said it was due to lack of staffing. I understand as everyone is struggling to keep and/or find good help. We'll try Denny's again if we are in the area on our next trip. read more

Visited this place back in 2018! It is the ONLY Denny's that serves alcohol in entire states. Their menu is usual but their drinks menu is really good. When we went there, the servers were friendly and got us seated promptly. And we were a group of 6 so we ordered a bunch of food like pancakes, steamed veggies, fries, eggs, some desserts etc. All the food was really great and simply delicious. For drinks we ordered: Mimosa and wine. Mimosa was good and had a good balance of orange juice and alcohol. There was enough space for 6 of us to sit and we were seated in a booth. The place was really clean and the staff was really attentive. Overall highly recommended for good food and drinks around Fremont street. read more

This review is specifically about 450 Fremont St Las Vegas, NV 89101. I was so impressed by Hilo, our waiter, that I simply had to do a review to commend him. Eveything about him was perfect: appearance, demeanor, voice, recommendations, service... He handled all his tables with balance. No wondering if he'd be back for a coffee refill and no hovering to rush us out. There were 3 of us, each with a different type of meal. Pancakes, lasagne, and a meat dish that I don't recall. But here's impressive: when our meals arrived, all at the same time, each one was hot. It's more common at the Denny's in Los Angeles for something to be left out, to come when it was ready, and therefore for something to either become cold or be served cold. I was so impressed by this that I went to see the manager and compliment him on the entire experience. We came around noon on a cold January Sunday. As we sat to order, every table in our view filled up. We didn't linger long but I ate slow and enjoyed every bite - and noticed that tables filled, emptied, and filled again. (So many people eat so fast.) Hilo handled it all with apparent ease, which means everyone in the kitchen was attentive as well. This is a special Denny's. I've seen it called a "flagship" and heard/saw that you can even have a wedding there. The lamps are styled as their logo. amazed to say that everything about the meal and experience was perfect. We went there because my friend wanted to see it. The only thing you should know before dining there is that it doesn't have the $4.99 (or such) specials. Expect to pay $12 or so for any meal. (For internationals, remember this is before tax and tip.) I'm from NY where we have (had?) and love diners. Denny's (and Norms) are the closest to a diner, but until this experience I would never have had a fondness for either. Kudos to the manager and staff of this Denny's. Went here twice while in Vegas for my wedding. They have gluten free english muffins that I absolutely love. The service can be drastically different from day to day. We went back to back mornings, at roughly the same time. And the same amount of busy. On the first morning, which was a Saturday, we were sat right away and service was outstanding. Food was cooked well and everything was great. I couldnt have been more impressed with the staff that was working, both front of house and in the kitchen. Kudos to everyone! The next day, Sunday was a HUGE disappointment. Different staff were on and they seemed like chickens with their heads cut off and their heads shoved in their rumps. One person in particular was quite rude, a larger male bodied person in a blue shirt. Whoever he is, he can take a long walk off a short peer. He obviously doesn't care for his job and/or working with people. Had the service/experience been like that on Saturday, I would not have come back. I almost left because that person was so rude. Today I ordered for delivery. Once my order was received I noticed that I was missing an item that I clearly stated on the receipt to not forget. For a second time this business forgot a food item I paid for. Yes they issued a refund but that's not the point. I ordered something and it's expected to be received with all other items.
