Came in around 2:00am. I just wanted a milkshake. No one was in the front at all. A guy came in after me and had to yell hello a few times before someone came out to help. The guy must be new cause he took so long to help us. Another lady came out and helped me. Took another probably 15-20 minutes just for one shake (on top of all the previous waiting time). The Denny spot (off Blue Diamond) has the best service and courteous employees! The managers are always there to greet there guest with Today we had the pleasure of chatting with Francis who was checking in with us on our food and service! The other manager who also deserves kudos is Katreese! We come here regularly and have had the best service from server Joe and Yanuri!! We arrived and noticed it was a bit busy so we immediately kept a patient mindset. We tried our best to be understanding, we were seated quickly but it did take a while to get our orders in. It took about 30 minutes from being seated to receiving our meals. I asked for a beyond burger patty in my burger and when I got it, I took a bite and had to spit it out as I realized it was real meat. Took about 10 minutes to get a server to help us. Another 15 to get a replacement and at this point my family was already done with their meal so I had to take it to go. We got a half hearted "sorry" and that was it. This Denny's location is relatively new so everything is really nice and clean. Most of the food that we ordered was fine. Except for a still doughy, under cooked order of pancakes. Unlike the cook the waiter actually did her job right by removing it from the bill. that's why I decided to still leave her a nice tip. It is brand new so it was super clean and tidy. I sure hope they keep it that way because it looks nice and nostalgic inside. Not a top of seating but that should translate to better service/food. Everyone knows the Denny's menu and what Denny's is all about. Consist bit average food that tastes even better after a night out until the wee hours. But it is familiar, comfortable and the staff is used to all sorts of odd things. We went at 6pm on a Sunday and it was all very familiar. The host seated us quickly and immediately asked us if we wanted to start with a beverage which was nice. He told us the name of our server and that he would be right with us. Our server took our order promptly but I guess he was green because he had a heck of a time getting it entered. Must be new location/staff teething issues. The food arrived fairly quickly and was all correct sans one small snafu that was corrected quickly. The food was exactly as expected and there was no surprises other than how excellent the pancakes were! They were the highlight of the meals. Paid at the register with little fanfare and we were on our way. Exactly what I expected from a Denny's only much cleaner and with better pancakes than I remember. Please keep up the good work so I can come back and relive my younger days in a clean Denny's! read more

The WORST service ever! The waiter serving us was slow, he had two tables including us and a robot to help him. And he still couldn't get it right. We had to ask for water three times. Remind him of the hot chocolate we ordered. We had to remind him that our order was ready and he brought it to us incomplete. Then we told him we asked for sourdough bread and he insisted it was sourdough when it was regular white bread and he almost put his finger on it to check. I can't believe the manager was there the whole time and didn't even say anything or help him to understand you have customers you have to attend. Never would I come here.
