If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The manager was extremely disrespectful--he stood near the front counter and took a photo of my mother's butt. When I confronted him and asked if he had taken a picture, he denied it. I then asked him to show me his phone, but he refused. Instead, he kept apologizing for what he had done. When I requested to speak to the manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Please be cautious of people like this. I stopped by on my way through town and didn't realize at first that I'd been here before, but that was almost a decade ago. It didn't occur to me until I was seated that I was the only customer here. It was kind of creepy as nobody else came in the entire time I was here. The employees were really nice and seemed a bit surprised when I ordered enough food for two people, despite dining alone. I hadn't eaten all day so I was starving. I had the philly cheesesteak omelette and the avocado bacon cheeseburger. Both were very good and were prepared correctly. I've had both of these items at other Denny's and on almost every occasion something was missing or cooked improperly. Almost all the orders are wrong, the server was lazy and sent half of the order to wrong table. The cooks took forever on the re-fire and again got half of the order wrong. I had had a lot of bad experiences at a lot of different Dennys, but this is the worst one by far. No compensation for any of the mistakes was ever even offered. There was quite the wait for breakfast on a Monday morning, it was about a good 10-15 minutes. Pretty good sized place, but they were definitely understaffed, because there were a few tables open, but customers were not being seated due to not enough servers to cover the floor. Ordered a bunch of items and everything was fresh and prepared well. The coffees were hot and fresh and the food ordered was great as well. The food did take a while to come out though, but the place was packed. Our server was Jose and he was very nice and accomendating to questions, and was a pretty decent server. Took a star off because the place could have been cleaner and the overall customer service could have been better in terms of ordering times, wait times and food wait times. I would give less if I could! My 6 year old and I just walked into this Dennys to receive the worst service ever! There was only one waitress that could be found and she was too busy having a conversation with friends to even acknowledge us. A simple " I will be right with you." after 7 minutes waiting for a hostess, or anyone would have been nice. And there were only two tables full in the entire restaurant! This Denny's has a lazy crew that don't want to work at all. They ignore they're phone calls at night. You make a order through doordash or online and they ignore it. When you eventually do contact them they literally say they are closed... Its Denny's, they're always open 24/7 and they have a a nightshift crew in there and answer their phone and tell you they're closed.... I go to the location and they're serving like normal. Walked into the building to be seated at about 6:05 was not spoken to by anyone but the host till about 6:27 while I witnessed the server counting his money at the register and what looked to be clocking out. Ordering by going online and following the prompts failed. They charged me $48.00 for two burger meals for pick-up. Then said that the meals weren't prepared "because they didn't have a chef tonight" and refused to cancel the order and charge to my credit card insisting that it is my fault for following the prompts to order and not calling the store. Instead, I was told to take time off from work, travel 20 minutes during the workday to come talk with the general manager to request refund the next day. I came in at 4:53pm today. I used the bathroom then came out to the dining area. I asked if I should sit anywhere. There was only one other customer at this time. A waitress name Maria rudely instructed me to go to the counter and check in. Maybe she was having a bad day but if she hated her job that much, she should take a day off. Again, 2 customers in the restaurant but Maria was too busy cleaning. Fortunately, Rosa helped me and was very polite. She was my server and blessed me. If I could give 0 I would. We ordered from a nearby hotel. We went there and they said they didn't have our order, that it was the other Fremont location. After driving to 3 Denny's, we called back, and found out our order was placed in LV Nevada. Why? When we called the location next to our hotel, with an address? After finding this out, we wanted either our money refunded, or made for us. The manager then stated he has to talk to his boss to see if they can make our food or give our money back. The people in the call center obviously do not know what they are doing, and also refused to give us to phone number to the location since the number they use is not a direct contact.
