The chicken and waffle was very good. The chicken was well seasoned and fried to perfection. I added hot honey to mine. That way I can further that sweet and savory flavor. The strawberry stuffed French toast tasted like delicious strawberries. The cinnamon and nutmeg was infused throughout the French toast. Literally an amazing meal. The only thing that I feel I would've skipped out on was the eggs because they didn't taste like real eggs but everything else delicious.

I hope that this isn't the normal service because it was my first time coming here when I got to my car with my bag of food, the food was lukewarm to room temperature which leads me to believe that it had been sitting on the counter now, and no one was paying attention to it. All I ordered was a meat lovers omelette with extra vegetables and tater tots and one slice of French toast I don't know why that took an hour and a half to complete or why my food was cold when I got it. My total order cost me $28. I wouldn't have felt so bad paying that price if I got the good service and fast service that I paid for but for an omelette and one slice of French toast, it wasn't worth treat your kind. I'm sure everybody was working really hard, but it was so disorganized and they had no system in place on how to get things done they really need to come up with a plan on how to handle high volume days if you serve your people in under an hour and provide quality food at the same time then you need to start turning people doesn't make any sense to pack your restaurant with you can't serve in a timely fashion, resulting in a lower quality of service and food at your own I'm sure my food would've been better if it was actually hot when I received

The customer care has spiraled into borderline rude and is definitely not the same as it was. I told the server and the owner that the hush puppies were cold and hard as rocks. The check rung up a haddock even though it was cod that was served. The burgers are very good, but they need to grill the bun since the bottom bun was super soggy. The owner needs to step up and take some responsibilities for the drastic changes in poorer service, too. The menu pictured is the one we were given even though the increases only showed up on the check.
