After my last review on Denny's, I visited Denny's one more time actually twice. The restaurant was clean, floor was clean. Waitress was helpful and attentive. When they brought the food out, it was plated so that it looked like it could have been used in a commercial. My husband's egg was perfect not swimming in grease and the hashbrowns were wonderful. My pancakes and bacon were perfect. Fluffy not like cardboard. The bacon was perfectly cooked. I was totally amazed, but very happy because that restaurant is so close to our house and it's just very convenient to be able to go over there for breakfast or lunch.. We will be going back. Brainy was our waitress. She should be training other waitresses. Whatever ever you did to improve that store it's just short of amazing. read more

This place was the worse Denny's we have ever been to. We have been to many over the years and eat out for breakfast all the time. First they sat us by the bathroom. We should have left. The smell was as if the place was not cleaned in some time. Then came the food after a bit of a wait considering that it was mostly empty. Dirty utensils and slow service. Didn't finish the meal as half way through the pancakes the taste was some king of super onions like taste but strong. Hash browns that I could have drained and cooked another meal. read more

Menu has changed,and they serve liquor here now. The building's the same but man is totally changed they got two movies like they got better things on it. They have steak and eggs for $9.99 comes with a hash brown and they got other things on here too that I haven't never seen before. Like baked lasagna baked macaroni and cheese. I am not a chain food restaurant person but we needed breakfast on our way to Disney and saw this place. We were seated quickly and they made fresh decaf for us. I order a Moons Over My Hammy sandwich with hash browns. The sandwich came quickly and looked really good. Surprisingly it was very good. The sourdough bread was perfectly toasted, and the combination of ham, eggs and cheese was perfect. Who knew??? Our server was attentive and all in all it was a good experience. read more

First Sunday off in a year and my husband asked me would you like to go to breakfast? Very happy to go to breakfast. We went to Denny's. They had a gram slam going on took us like five minutes to get seated but 15 minutes to even get a drink and I know it wasn't the waitresses fault but the food was atrocious was horrible. Disgusting. They gave me 10% off and they took i off the hashbrowns which I couldn't even eat. I really didn't even eat my meal at all. I had one piece of bacon. The toast wasn't even toasted. I didn't eat any of the eggs but I paid for the whole meals , I know it's not their fault. They were overwhelmed too many people not enough help that's what the world come to. !! was there for almost 2 hours to get breakfast, which is ridiculous they were all very nice and I get it. I understand I work in the industry we're all overworked underpaid and there's not enough people Corporate just keeps when I got home. My husband actually made me an egg with toast because I was starving. My husband has been going there for over 25 years taking my children they have since grown up and moved on, but it was so bad you eat with your eyes and with your stomach. I don't understand all of the negative reviews of this location, this is probably one of the best Denny's locations I've ever visited! Our waitress was such a doll! As well as the lady who seated us, and the lady who rang us out. Our food came in a timely manner, fresh and hot. I ordered Buffalo wings and blue cheese, and they gave me the perfect amount of blue cheese. It was my first time trying these, and they were so delicious. Better than the last time I ate at Bdubs! I also want to mention, that this restaurant made me feel so much more comfortable about eating out during Covid, because they have walls put up between booths to keep parties separate. They also spread everyone out around the restaurant as well as they can to practice social distancing, and sanitize the tables well between customers. It's greatly appreciated! read more

I used to count on Denny's for a top-rate burger because they always had a really good grade of beef. My last experience broke that record. I guess with the pandemic and the hack of the beef dispatcher's business, the price of beef must have greatly increased and the only way they could break even is if they lowered the grade of beef in their burgers. The last burger I ate - July 8th, was terrible. The taste was not like the beef had gone bad, but perhaps was freezer burned or just low quality. The REALLY sad part is that I got to taste it again and again the rest of the evening. Don't order burgers from Denny's for a while!!!! read more

So last night we decided to have dinner with some friends. We arrived and it was empty we were seated about 20 ft from the restrooms, the smell of urine was pretty strong from the register to our booth. I kept my face mask until my food arrived. I would say about 15 minutes into our experience the restaurant started to get busy. There were 3 employees working the whole restaurant. Let's get back to the food, we ordered the nachos I haven't had these in years and they were delicious. Some of us ordered water and it was gross normally don't have a problem with tap but this water just was so bad tasting we ended up drinking soda instead. Our sever was very accommodating despite being the only one working all the tables. My food arrived hot off the grill just the way I like it. Everyone's orders were good and the right temp. No complaints other than they need to do a good cleaning in those restrooms the smell is overwhelming and the water was not good that's why the 3 stars read more

I love the people here. Amazing service, friendly and welcoming. My food is always rightand nice and hot. The restaurant always looks clean. The cook came out and asked how my food was. The manager up front was very helpful at helping my husband who just had surgery find a comfortable spot to sit. Everyone there working hard to make it a great place to enjoy a meal. read more

We have been big fans of this Denny's but today their policies and customer service were lacking. Ordered online for delivery through DoorDash. Order received was wrong. Called store and they could not resolve, either by refund on the card or remaking the order, without us returning to the restaurant. The food we got was good but not what we ordered. I will never order online again and not sure I'll go back at all 3/2/20. I responded back to Denny's as requeand have heard nothing. 3/6/2020. Have heard from Denny's manager, Kelly, who apologized, and received a refund for our meal. It took a while Nd a bit of frustration, but they made it good. Increasing my stars. read more

I tried to give this place 3 chances...the waitresses are nice but "nice" doesn't get your food out in an appropriate amount of time I watched my food sit under a heat lamp for over 20mins and I even tried to get someone's attention. Myself and my two(2) children ordered food and they came out at separate times...make that make sense! It wasn't super busy so I couldn't fathom how the cooks couldn't get entrées out all together but ok. Won't be returning. This is by far the worst Denny's I've been to. I ordered a simple burger TOGO with nothing but cheese and onions and they messed that up and gave me cheese lettuce with NO onion smh. When I let them know how it was supposed to be they still got it wrong and just snatched off the lettuce and brought me back a cheeseburger with once again NO onion. From all The Denny's I have been to this is by far the best. It's my go to restaurant whenever i'm feeling lazy, or not really in the mood to cook. It's distance friendly. And let's start with the staff, the staff are so warm and welcoming, not to mention how fast the food is prepared. I've never had to wait at least more than 10 minutes (depends on what you order and the quantity) for my food to arrive. The quality of the food it's amazing, I mostly get their nachos, The nachos are not bad at all, try it whenever you get the chance. Monday 6/24/2019 A gentleman attempted a dine and dash. The manager blocked the door while screaming for him to back the f up and simultaneously pushing him. I felt as though we were put in danger of violence because it seemed the manager was escalating the situation. I felt my well-being was at risk while we were all confined to the restaurant with the man she was yelling at. We were prevented from leaving until the police arrived. I wrote Denny's via thier website but got no response. Update: I found out via a (calls for service report) that the manager didn't have the man criminally charged and op-ed out of filing a police report saying that the man can come back after 9 when the bank opens to pay the bill. read more

Our large group arrived tired and hungry after a long day at the theme park. We were welcomed by friendly staff and seated right away. Service was excellent- our waitress was especially wonderful. They were out of a few items, but isn't everyone these days? They made quick adjustments and the food was delicious and hot. A few of our group ordered the endless breakfast. This Denny's was trash. First of all the waitress my table had took 20 million years to help us and kept saying "I didn't forget about ya'll!!!" But she definitely did. Secondly, she was so nervous for some reason and it had me nervous. Third, we didn't see the food for another 20 million years! The waitress apologized and gave us 20% off but that should not have happened in the first place sis. This place has very poor service. I have had only two out of at least ten services be quality. Every time I go in, my food is either overcooked or undercooked and always missing something. The servers take forever to give you silverware, drinks, condiments, etc. Last time, my husband order coffee and an entree and he asked for creamer and sugar. They brought a small bit of sugar but no creamer and no spoon to stir. He waited until our food finally came out (almost 20 mins later) to get silverware because the absent-minded waitress kept forgetting. This was on his birthday no less! read more

I visited Denny's tonight with my sister, her husband, and her three children. We walked into the restaurant, were seated, and spoke to the waitress by 9:50. We asked if she could go ahead and take the children's order as it was getting close to 10, which is when the kids eat free promotional ends. The waitress refused and assured us that she would be able to put it in even if it was after 10. My sister asked the waitress to check with her manager to make sure. The waitress agreed and left; she returned 10 minutes later and assured us again that we would be able to get the children's meals free. By then it was about 10:15. We put in our order and settled down to wait. 10 minutes later, the waitress came to our table and sheepishly stated that she would be unable to honor the promotion. My sister asked why her manager had told her otherwise, which is when the waitress admitted she did not speak with her manager. My sister asked the waitress to check with her manager to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager then appeared and stated unequivocally that her hands were tied, even as our orders were being set out on the counter. We were eventually forced to leave, even though we were there well before 10 and tried repeatedly to order by the cutoff time. As a customer service worker myself, I can say it was badly done. The manager made no attempt to make restitution or make any real apology, only to say she had no choice. After over a decade in customer service, I can say there is always a choice if you are willing to go to the time and trouble to make it right. read more

I walked in here for a business breakfast after work and was throughly disappointed. I got a side of lipstick with my coffee to start my meal and my pancakes had chocolate streaks. This means 1) the cook(and I'm using that term loosely) cooked chocolate chip pancakes and didn't clean the griddle or 2) he used the spatula and did not clean it. Either way unacceptable and gross. This is the worst Denny's, no the worst restaurant I have ever been to. You are better off starving yourself rather than heading to this Denny's. We had a pick up order for 6 items, and received 3 out of the 6, and each of the 3 items we received was wrong or missing sides/toppings. This Place has really updated this whole place. It looked so nice in here I forgot it was Dennys. I always order breakfast food and for the first time I randomly tried what ever our nice waitress suggested. it was the Hulk burger. OMG soo good though egg, bacon and hash brown with pepper sauce on a chedder bun... OMG!! I want to go back real LIFE. Make your own burger, and make your own grand slam. The manager sat and had a conversation with us and he was nice too. This really changed my view on Dennys.. I love this on though!! Oh and the lemonade for some reason was the best I have ever had.. The past few times we have been in for breakfast have been terrible. This morning was the worst. There is a sign in sheet that customers can't use, someone has to sign you in. People stay lined up inside to even get on the list. We were seated and waited for drinks for about 20 min. We weren't given silverware so we couldn't stir our coffee, our waitress never came back once to check on us. We waited another 40 min to get our food... Which we had to ask a front desk worker about and to get us silverware. They need a better manager or they will lose business. We won't be back read more
