Sewage stench! I went there once.for takeout, mentioned the smell of poo as I walked in, waitress said there was an issue they were fixing. It was about 2 years later I went for takeout again. I'd forgotten about the smell, until I walked in, and there it was again! Obviously it's NOT something they're working on. I don't know how anyone can eat in there. I ate the food, at home, only because I was starving both times. Would you eat in a food place that smells like sewage? The only plus is that the hostess/waitresses were very nice. Why is it that EVERY Denny's that I go to smells like sewer? Do they not know that you have to flood every floor drain with water at least once a month? Unfortunately, I do not believe that my family will be returning to Denny's anytime soon. We were seated pretty quickly, but it took a good twenty minutes before our server made it to our table to give us menus to look at and get our drink order. The restaurant was not busy at all, so we did not understand the hold up. Once we finally got our menus and were able to order it took over an hour to receive our food. The worst part would have to be that our food came out cold after all of that time waiting. Whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed and corporate should step in!! Dirty tables everywhere and the bathroom was filthy. The server didn't even know we were sitting in her station for 10 minutes. The music was too loud! Then I hear some employee break out singing in the back really loud. Our server brought our salad and food at the same time . Just not a good experience I won't be back!! I have been going here a long time, but never ordered from the sandwich melt section until then. I was excited to try the Brisket Melt, but was let down. The meat that came with the sandwich was fine, but the bread was solid and rough in texture. I usually love Dennys but the this Henderson dennys gave me the worst experience so far. My order was a milkshake and Philly cheesesteak omelette, the food took forever and on top of that it didn't even all come out at the same time, my omelette was tiny and my bread didn't even come out with my food at the same time and by the time it did there was no purpose. Service was fine but the place smells like an outhouse. I wanted a milkshake to wake me up. I normally go to Denny's on 190 in Springville. The waitress brought me a milkshake in the milkshake glass. Half of it was the horrible fake whip cream they use. At the Denny's on 190 they bring you the glass full of milkshake and the left over in the metal container. I don't have any whip cream put on it. We were here on March 10, 2023 and, to my surprise, our bill was covered by another group or family dining at the same time. I hope they read Yelp reviews so they know how much that meant to me. They had already left when I went to pay so I couldn't thank them myself. I have the receipt that shows zero balance owed on my desk at home just so I can remember there are kind people out there. Delivery only, so eating inside would be smarter; my food was barely warm. Heated it up in a skillet at home. Nothing like ordering Delivery food you have to re-cook. Breakfast sausage was gross. Denny's is a restaurant I don't visit often and when I do, I remind myself why I don't eat there. I like to think of myself as someone who is usually very understanding and patient, however, this restaurant always manages to upset me. Not only but the food, but the service is horrible. Their food is always undercooked and the staff seem to enjoy bickering. I've even attempted their mobile ordering to avoid much interaction and somehow they manage to not give me my full orders or always forget items. I've had many incidents where I've had to ask for managers since staff never seems to cooperate with me or customers. read more

Friendly and fairly attentive staff. I feel they were dealing with staffing issues as it did take some time for me to be able to pay out and there was a line gathering to be seated. The food was hot and the orders were correct. I'm happy they have more gluten friendly options now and the staff seems knowledgeable of what that means. Okay, usually never have to post a bad review, but this in dire need. My boyfriend ordered the classic Benny, but received a different order, like a southwest benny. Eggs were fried, not poached, ham was diced, not slices, and to top it off the food was cold. I ordered the triple double slam, eggs over medium. I received eggs over hard, and yes, it was also cold. One of the things I appreciate the most is the customer service. Everyone is kind and very understanding. I also like the fact that it is very clean (even the bathrooms). Usually restaurants don't prioritize cleanliness resulting in sticky tables, I have yet to have that experience with dennys. Also their menu is very diverse. My favorite order to get from there is the cinnamon roll pancakes. The cinnamon roll pancakes are full of cinnamon flavor and very soft. I highly recommend dennys. read more

And one table finally left so the guy had to talk to us because the people were paying and he told us oh we can't sit you guys down we're out of plates and silverware. It was just two of us.
