We were seated quickly and our waitress addressed us promptly, which is much appreciated. I ordered the nonalcoholic blackberry mojito. It took all of my might not to drink it all at once. So refreshing, not overly sweet. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer, which appeared faster than we had expected. Yummy I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with the fried chicken. He ordered the burger. Fettuccine light but with excellent flavor, the fried chicken was moist and not over coated. The burger was oozing with beef juices. Although his mashed potatoes were a bit dry, the gravy was very tasty. I'd say the atmosphere is casual, but not shorts and tank casual. Definitely not business casual or dressy. The staff were all so kind and checked in on us and attended to our needs when requested. Go in and check it out for yourself, you won't regret it. It's a great place but one drawback is the inside dining seating isn't comfortable for "lazy" dining (as you don't want to sit on the seats long)

The staff is knowledgeable, and it's refreshing to see a restaurant that cares about where its food comes from. Unfortunately, that attention to ingredient sourcing seems to stop when it comes to cooking oils. Many of the menu items are prepared with soybean oil, which was disappointing given the otherwise high-quality and health-conscious image of the restaurant. Soybean oil is highly processed and contains large amounts of omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. While omega-6 fats are essential in moderation, excessive consumption relative to omega-3 intake has been associated with increased inflammation in some research. Soybean oil is also more susceptible to oxidation when exposed to high cooking temperatures, potentially producing compounds that some studies suggest may contribute to oxidative stress. In addition, many health-conscious consumers actively avoid industrial seed oils such as soybean, corn, and canola oils in favor of alternatives like olive oil, avocado oil, butter, or tallow. I had heard great things about this place, which makes it even more disappointing. The only positive was the quaint country ambiance, including a nice old mural on the wall. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Sunday morning, so that's understandable and not part of my rating. The food, however, was inedible. I should note here that I came in quite hungry and with a specific hankering for a greasy chicken fried steak and eggs, so I was in a very easy to please state. I ordered the eggs "over medium," and the eggs came out with raw, runny whites and were also cold. The toast didn't arrive until 5-10 minutes later, so everything just sat there getting colder. The "steak" was mostly fat and gristle. The first couple of bites I ate were gristly but doable with help from the gravy - but the third bite was a giant glob of gristly fat that I couldn't even chew - i spit it out and that's all I ate. The hash browns tasted like frozen unseasoned potatoes with only a patch of sear on the outside while the bulk of it was mushy and pasty and gross. Of the whole meal I basically only ate my toast plus a bite or two of each thing on my plate. I left feeling sick to my stomach. After dropping off the food (and later the delayed toast), our server never checked back. No refills, no follow-up. When she finally returned, she asked to clear my very full, barely touched plate without any acknowledgment. I had to volunteer that the food was inedible. The response was dismissive and rushed, with no effort to understand the issue or make it right. An offhand "sorry about that" was offered while walking away, followed shortly by the $60 bill. The complete lack of accountability and concern was frankly abhorrent. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won't be back. I would have left hungry except that I was queasy from the gristle and paste.

I come in here occasionally and while I love the food the service by Karina is sub par. I don't understand when the space isn't that big how my server can walk past my table multiplied times without checking on me. There weren't many tables being served and it wasn't that busy at the time we came in. Saving grace was Moons over my Hammy! Delicious hash browns. read more

Wow, really really terribly ran restaurant. Management is nowhere to be seen at night. Owner puts no effort in making this a sanitary restaurant. Hair in salad, wait time was ridiculous, chicken under cooked. Pretty gross just warning anyone it's really bad, really, really bad. read more

Denny's should always be your last resort. There's usually only one waitress and one cook, no matter the day or time. The manager must be a straight up idiot. If you do come here don't give the workers lip. They're trying their hardest to serve 20 tables at once. read more

Founded in 1964, Del Taco has always been a standout in the fast-food market compared to the sometimes unimaginative Taco Bell. At least for me anyway... Many fast-food establishments these days have an app that streamlines ordering and unlocks various rewards, discounts and benefits. Available on the Del Taco app is something called the "Micro Meal" for only $2.99. It includes a beef & cheese burrito (small), some fries and a donut bite. I was intrigued by this tasty combination so I added it to my order. It was actually bigger than I was expecting and tasted great. Crinkle cut fries were hot, crispy and salty; the burrito had a nice balance of seasoned taco beef and their house shredded cheddar that you can taste in every bite. Also got an order of "Chili Cheddar Fries"! At first glance it looks like an unfortunate obscenity, but it's really tasty in fact.
