Every time I come here they are absolutely amazing. My wife, daughter, and I usually stop in about once A week. Always quick on getting the food out. There are 2 employees that stand out! Steven is one of their names but I didn't catch the other ones name, but hands down the best servers I have ever had. They remember who we are and already know what we are going to order for our beverages. They see that my daughter is getting anxious for food and they bring her some gold fish to pass the time. This Denny's is the worst when it comes to service, if you even get served or your order taken at all. My boss and I were there early this morning and after waiting over 20 min for someone to acknowledge we were seated and ready to place our order - WE NEVER had anyone come take our order. So we signaled to the host/cashier/manager whoever he was and he just threw his hands up in the air "like what am i supposed to do?" We waited a few more minutes , thinking someone would take our order - but NEVER happened, so we got up and left, along the way wished everyone in the waiting room, "good Luck" & hope you're not hungry anytime soon. This place has poor customer service, poor management and obviously doesn't care about its customers or running a decent business. It was pathetic...and I will Not be returning here again, NOT EVER. Love going to this Denny`s the Staff is very friendly and the wait time is very short . We have been to other local Denny`s and they do not compare to this Location. Great customer service ! Î like this Denny's. The food was prepaired correctly, the service was top notch,. Being a low cost resturant there are no ftills. Ît would be nice if they could spend a few cents an garnish or some how make the meal look half way decent. I had the build your own beafast' I chose eggs over easy, bacon,sausage and a bisket. When I got the meal, I was suprised how the plate looked. I have had left overs that looked more appealing. This place is a disappointment. Walked in at 330, place was dead with only two servers. Servers saw us walk in but never acknowledged us. We waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever came until some guests from before came up behind us to wait and pay. We are then instructed to go to this booth. We wait another 5 min.... and no menus were ever brought to us. So I go up to podium at the front grab the menus myself and sit back down. Obviously that got their attention because a male waiter came to take our drink order and then said that the female server will be with us shortly. Food came out warm not hot. Our female server never checked on us until after the meal at which point we were just fed up and done. We were very dissatisfied with everything. read more

I went about two months ago with the family to this location for the first time we normally go to the one by Ontario Mills. The worst Denny's I've been to In My Life. You would think because of the location it would be one of the better ones but it's not. Save your money and go to the one by Ontario Mills instead it's a lot better even the one on Valley in Fontana is better than the Rancho location. Which is sad to say. The biggest turn off is they allowed someone woth their dog inside the restaurant and it wasn't being used for a disabled person. At first I thought it was a baby the waiter and other people were fussy over since the customer brought it in a stroller. Looked like the owners were 2 drag queens which I have nothing against but they can be sooo dramatic. We were getg ready to leave I wanted to see if they had a really cute baby with them or why was the waiter and some guests makg a big deal. It was a damn dog! Wow are you kidding me! That grossed me out. Not only was this Denny's sort of chaotic...waiter took long amd now a damn dog smh. Never again coming to this location which is sad because I'm moving into some apartments located across the way but I'd rather drive to Ontario location on Milliken or Fontana. read more

I love this place. I come here all the time and I enjoy my food almost every time. It's better to come here overnight instead of the morning/afternoon. I find the servers overnight more enjoyable and nicer than some of the ones in the afternoon. We also get more help at night. I'll give a shoutout to some of the awesome waiters: Steven, Justin, Robert, and Quentin. There also a waitress there who I see every time, she is awesome as well, she's currently the shift lead and she's really great too - wish I could remember her name. Good place for fast food and nice people. The customer service was really good, we were sat down quickly and our server was really kind. The food came out fast and was good. I always get the spaghetti and meatballs (which are so good) and a birthday cake milkshake (my favorite). I used to go to this Dennys when I lived there. On July 1st it was my mothers b-day and she asked me if we can go to this Dennys so I took her. I was disappointed no sourdo bread. according to the waitress the bread man had not come in so we had to eat wheat bread. that is a good way to use left over inventory. We had to ask for hot water every time for tea when other tables had a little kettle by there side so I asked for one and again the waitress said they had run out. My sister, brother, and grandpa got hungry so we stopped here for lunch. My brother offered to pay so of course we were all game lol. We walk n and there is no one at the front for awhile. Our waitress comes and we're seated quickly. Place was pretty empty. Our waitress was very friendly. My grandpa and sister ordered burgers and they were huge and from the way they chowed down it was good. My brother got french toast, eggs, and sausage. He got full quick. I ordered the banana pancakes wit carmelized pecans, hashbrowns, egg whites wit cheese and spinach, and turkey bacon. Yea I wanted a nice healthy meal :p it was sooooooo freakin bomb. I was just at this Denny's location for the first time yesterday and I have to say it is one of the worst. The food was gross, I usually get the super bird sandwich, when I got my plate the only thing inside was turkey ham on soggy bread, I asked the waiter what was this on my plate, it did not look like the super bird, he then stated let me go look, they added the tomato and when he brought it back it was super soggier and cold. They never gave us a kids menu, when my husband asked the manager for one at the front counter he rudely told my husband " I already told you we ran out" my husband said this is the first time I asked and this is what he told me, so I went to ask him again, and he then gave me attitude again. The service is bad, the manager is lazy and doesn't help, the food was horrible. Never going back to this location. read more

The customer service was ok, but myself and my friends expected more help being that we were 1 of the 4 parties in the entire restaurant. Now onto the food: to be quite frank, the food was atrocious. The pancakes tasted like raw cake bater, the fries were limp and tasteless and the water even tasted tainted. It left a nasty film on my tongue, and my entire party had complaints about their meals. This is the Denny's we usually come to, but for future reference, I wouldn't come here until after 10pm. Went in last night for dinner when I entered, we stayed standing by the register until someone even acknowledged us (took about 5 minutes) they were all in the back chatting it up. then the gentleman that took us to our table came up to us got 2 menus walked us to our table and literally said NOTHING at all to us because he continued talking to his co workers. Our server younger gentleman with piercings didn't write anything down of our order and Shockingly got It wrong. I'd give 0 stars!! Ordered food on Dennys.com with option for delivery. Received a call from postmate which is the delivery service stating they will not release my food but have charged my card! Called to speak to the supervisor and explained to him what happened. He then stated that his manager says they can not release the food with the actual card present.... how does that make sense for delivery and ordering online? So I tried to explain that it was on the actual Dennys site and he said we don't use 3rd party. Anyhow I demanded a refund and he said he couldn't do it. I asked for the customer service number and he hung up! Not sure about your management team there but you definitely need to train them about being professional! Don't have the option for delivery for your store, if you don't have it or allow it. Very upset and disappointed will never go there and will tell everyone not to waste there money there!!! Went here this morning. The food and service were great. There was a broken syrup bottle underneath our booth and my son had stepped on it when he sat down and had syrup all over his shoes and pants. The server moved us to a different table and provided excellent service the rest of our meal. The prices were great and the kids enjoyed their smoothies. We will be back! read more

I know I shouldn't expect much from Denny's but when I'm paying a $50 check I expect more than what I got. The food was disgusting! My hash browns were sitting in a pool of oil and my French toast was so cold that the butter kept its shape, wasn't even melting. My daughter's scrambled eggs had something mixed in them and her toast was burnt. So disappointed and grossed out. read more
